Both dreadnettle were and shentin (in there own way) toaly oblivious as to the shrouds reputation for examply my do was actualy tecnicaly enslaved and new nothing of theoutside world juring cata and as such were totaly unaware of this dark side of the shroud.. Uppon joining taking oaths of behave or die. Shentin assumen them law followers so this banishment has come as a true supprise to the two who idly enough are truly innocent ant ignorent to the shrouds darker side

Unfortunately, Lex, your DKs haven't been very subtle about filling that bad guy role. I wouldn't have argued for banishment myself, but what's done is done. It's not a case of hating on your guild or its RP, so let's just... RP things out and see what happens?

TBH, Lex, people have been telling you to reign in the Shroud ever since it was founded. Dru left because Lexgrad wouldn't. The Shroud is really not the victim here. This has been a longtime coming, even without the Shadowrend issue (which itself arose because of you not reigning in the Shroud and guilding anyone who asked). Again, something I told you to do when I was in the guild which you ignored. Many of your members have been less than ideal as a result, and have caused many, many problems over the months.


Deli: No, it's not fair, but it's the price you pay for being part of a rogue organization. Don't blame the people punishing you, blame the people in the Shroud who ruined its reputation, because they're the cause of the banishment. Dread doesn't have to follow the ruling, she can sneak into SW/hide her allegiance. Alternatively, she can leave the Shroud in response to its actions so she doesn't have to share in the consequences (as Dru did months ago). But the punishment has been dealt, as a result of the Shroud as a whole continually causing problems, and she has to find out a way to deal with it.

There's nothing wrong with having to deal with unfair, bad situations. It's still RP. Conflict isn't a bad thing.

This is the guy I was trying to pinpoint at. The annoying elf! All his actions should be discounted against the Shroud. They dealt with him accordingly.

I really would like to know what you mean by this Lex? Just what do the Blades have to admit OOCly when it comes to our interations with the Shroud? The fact that some Shroud members turned up being dicks ICly (Lex included), threatening people who didn't cower and bow to their IC demands, and were told in no polite terms to "jog on"? I mean have some Blades members been dicks towards the Shroud ICly? Yes, Humphry included, esp when it came to "Windy" (his little pet name for Lex). But it all stemed from when Lex and indeed the Shroud were first created and walked around demanding this and that, calling anyone who didn't bow to his/their demands a Scarlet and spouting about how it was all declerations of war. So yes, after the first couple of interactions with some Shroud and Blades it was decided that they were not the sort of group we were going to be friendly towards, and after a few assaults/a kidnapping and torture of a friend early on brought all their future IC interactions to be somewhat unfriendly.

So please, tell me what it is we are supposed to be "admitting" to here, as I am rather confused by your statement.

(Alright just returned from a Real shitstorm in my life and i see this, This really sounds like a really old thread about a certain guild, and to make things better, i see even people say the same things they have said in that old thread, now to look at this like this Shroud you are Exiled from SW, live with it, i know how it feels to be cut of from the main rp hub good enough but fuck it doesn't matter so much, and for others, or better said for all of you here, for the bloody love of God this is a IC thread and i see more bloody OOC banter then anything here. Take everything ingame and IC, and stop this OOC crying, this is the bloody same Thread as the one about the Certain guild i was speaking about, Kill the OOC talk here! )

Threat dragged out way too long. Keep what is In character where it belongs. Fingerpointing is low and pointless. The debatable points have been killed. Have fun arguing over a pickle rather then continuing your own RP experience in a constructive manner.

So very, very dissapointing to see so little concequential thinking from even the most experienced of RPers.

It's already stated that we'll discuss this and make changes where we can with regards to the decision. Omanos wasn't part of it, so, it's not like it's entirely impossible for tweaks here and there. You'll just need to wait and communicate IC'ly.

Having said that, I think this thread served it's purpose bloody pages ago.
