Declaration regarding the Ebon Shroud, etc.

The Stormwind Council is aware of the concerns brought before it by members of the public of the aforementioned city and kingdom. It is a grave misfortune indeed that any order purporting to serve the King's interests should be suspected of crime, of subversion, and of wanton violence.
As it is the Council's business and purpose to advise the King and to offer aid and rule where needed, rather than to oversee the courts directly, let it be known that any person who wishes to bring suit against the order of the Ebon Shroud as a whole entity (rather than suits against individual members of said order) should bring their concerns to the attention of Grand Magistrate Baron Braiden Mistmantle.
Should their be any concerns with the particulars of the law, as they might relate to the Ebon Shroud or any other organisation, concerns may be addressed to the office of the Minister of Justice, Omanos Galenos.
