Written on the 21st of September by Chancellor Blackforge

Attendance list:
Senator Thoridge Darkale
Assistant-Senator Stormpike

Senate starting as usual at 20.00 local Ironforge time.
We began with an interview of an applicant to the position, Kuba Roughshot, who have plenty of experience behind him commanding troops and leading units into and out from battle. He was also asked if he was able to keep a level head when it comes to dealing with matters of diplomatic worth, even when the other part insults his honour, for the good of the realm.

Roughshot replied that the best way to ensure the protection and safety of our people was through axe and hammer. However, he is willing to do whatever it takes to protect the populace of Khaz Modan. He agreed with the terms as long as it benefit the people of Khaz Modan. We then welcomed him into the Senate and proceeded with reports.

Assistant Stormpike reports troubling news from Northrend, as arcane and void-related incidents are occuring enough to warrant the attention of the Explorers' League. He wish to send an expedition to the vicinity of the Titan constructions and also the old Nerubian kingdom in Dragonblight. Stormpike strongly suspect a magus of some kind who have uncovered a magical artifact to be the cause behind these disturbances.
Reports have been coinciding with League surveys of the magical strata in the ground, ripples of magical energy created in different geological profiles, which points toward a powerful artifact sending out magical energy waves... or worse.
Intelligence suggest that this magus and the source of power is dangerous enough to warrant this expedition to Northrend.

Sen. Darkale objected and didn't wish to risk our troops on such endeavours against the void, to which Assistant Stormpike responded that he has documentation to hire willing recruits and mercenaries for expeditions beyond our borders. If we approve of this, a time and location will be settled afterwards for the trip.

We then moved on to Sen. Darkale's report, who mentioned that Brewfest is around and that a celebratory event will be held on the 30th of September at nine bells in the evening. Preparations for Harvest Festival are underway, even if the focus for our workers has been Brewfest. Our deep gratitude is to be sent to the workers, along with a few casks of drink, for their hard efforts.

With the reports done, we moved on to the free word. First to raise a hand was Sen. Roughshot, who wished to know if any progress has been made between Stormwind and Ironforge relations lately. Sadly the response from Stormwind side has been less then lacking, thus we had to say no.

Since no other topics were raised, we concluded the meeting after slightly more than one hour. May the Titans grace us with their wisdom, always.

Lord Cyrik Blackforge, Chancellor

Assistant-Senator of Artifacts Gimli IV Stormpike

Written on the 28th of September by Chancellor Blackforge

Attendance list:
Seat of Relations Darkale
Seat of Transactions Blastbolt
Seat of Magic Kaylock
Seat of Order Roughshot
Assistant-Seat of Relics Stormpike

Senate starting per schedule at 20.00 local Ironforge time.
We opened the meeting as Sen. Kaylock entered the room, horns on her head. Shocked us all, except Sen. Blastbolt who thought Sen. Kaylock sported those always. Sen. Kaylock explained it was the result of a journey that got longer and more dangerous than she had intended, and that for now there is no way to remove them.

After that, we moved on to reports. Sen. Darkale reminds us that Brewfest will be held on the 30th of September, the day after tomorrow. After that, he mentions that some form of celebration of the Harvest will be held too, still to recieve details about when.

Sen. Blastbolt reports nothing new, attempts of trade contacts has been made, she'll report when she knows more about the result of those. She reminds us of the Ironforge Market that will be held the first friday of October, which will be located in Kharanos. Anyone interested in selling are welcome to contact her about details.

Sen. Roughshot reports that he has been busy familiarizing with the documentation left in office by his predecessor, Lord Hutchins, as well as reading through the latest reports from the battlefields. He happily mentions that there have been successes in establishing footholds alongside our allies on Argus. However, there are rumours that have arisen among the troops on Argus that some ancient, powerful warriors of the Legion are causing losses among the allied ranks.

The overall situation is stable, morale will be kept in check and the particular matter will be further explored. On another note, the rotation of our forces deployed to Argus have been going according to schedule. Modifications in the troop composition may be required, since the Legion currently have superiority in the air.
Thus Sen. Roughshot requests added engineers and mortar squads to handle repairs of damaged instruments of war as well as blasting some demons out of the sky, seeing how our gryphon riders currently have a hard time with the hot and toxic air on Argus.

In other news, the Territorial Defense Force is progressing well. Bulks of letters have been sent out, and many have had good responds to the request. Following that is a meeting that will be held with interested parties, and the expected date for unit deployment is on either the 7th or 8th of October. In the meantime, recruitment will continue and anyone interested can help by signing up or spread the word to help the cause.

Sen. Roughshot also points out that while Brewfest is currently going on, Remembrance Day is soon upon us. He would like to honour the fallen by hosting an event at the ruins of Dun Garok on the 28th of October. He will discuss further details with Sen. Darkale.

Sen. Kaylock reports that the relic we acquired and used against the Legion ships have been devastatingly effective. It is currently being shown to the Illidary by one of her engineers, so that it can be successfully used further on the battlefield.
She would like to mention that she has been absent the last few weeks, due to her journeys pursuing something not related to her work.
She requested for some of her belongings that were stored in our vaults to be removed, so that they can be transferred elsewhere. Since they are her belongings, we could not object the withdrawal of the items she requested. We then discussed how this might affect her appointment as Senator, and I stated that I do not remember the specific rules or law for this, but Sen. Roughshot will look it up for us.

During the talk, Assistant Stormpike excused himself and ran out of the room, to our curiosity and concern considering what he's been through. We wrapped up our topics, checked for visitors and found none, thus we closed the session for the night after eighty minutes.

May the Titans guide our path, always.

Written on the 5th of October by Chancellor Blackforge.

Attendance list:
Seat of Transactions Chiu Blastbolt
Seat of Relations Thoridge Darkale
Seat of Magical Affairs Rose Kaylock Hutchins
Seat of Order Kuba Roughshot
Assistant Gimli IV Stormpike

Senate starting as usual at 20.00 local Ironforge time.
As. Stormpike reports about an Explorers' League expedition that was lead into the frozen wastes of Dragonblight, more precisely Azjol'Nerub, in order to pursue a powerhungry troll mage who was already pursued by the Horde. After our group disguised themselves as members of the Horde to bypass the surrounding Horde forces, the group gave pursuit, only to get trapped by the mage.
The mage knowing what danger he was in, fled the area while magic fire that he had cast forth crept closer toward the trapped dwarves. They managed to break free however, and tracked the mage to Storm Peaks, where they found out that the mage had somehow managed to fool the guardians and infiltrated the sanctuary of Ulduar. His plans were foiled though and the defences of Ulduar got activated, forcing the mage to flee once more.

During the encounters with the mage, the group noticed he was carrying some form of dagger with tremendous power. Sadly they lost track of his when he fled the premises. As. Stormpike informs that the dagger might have a history from the time of the War of Three Hammers, through Dark Iron accounts of information.
Seemingly the dagger was wielded by Sorceress-Queen Modgud, which gave her frightening powers over the dark arts, as proved by her acts at Grim Batol. After some discussion regarding the dangers of the artifact, it was agreed upon that we will take measures to locate and retrieve the dagger as soon as possible, to keep it out of enemy hands.

Sen. Roughshot reports that the situation at the main front remains stable. The troops are preparing to assault the main stronghold of the enemy, the additional reinforcements in the form of engineers from the Engineering Corps has been well used on the battlefield.
Additionally, there is organizing of troops in preparations for cutting off Legion access to supplies and to disrupt their invasions of other worlds starting this Tuesday. The forces are to gather at the Hall of Arms until they are ready to move out.
Finally, the Territorial Defense Force will be deployed this Sunday to provide extra security on the home front. That however might be moved to Saturday, due to troop mobilization have been going better than expected. Further information will be provided following the first battle reports.

Sen. Blastbolt reminded us that the Ironforge Market will be held tomorrow at nine bells in the evening. There is plenty of space for merchants and buyers to come and visit.

Sen. Kaylock had little to report, but is soon leaving for a search operation regarding her husband who apparantly have gone missing. On another note, the Illidari have been shown by one of our engineers the power behind the relic, damaging a Legion ship with it. Sen. Kaylock would call it a success but she will not continue with that mission until she is back from her search.
Lastly, she asked if her current condition would be a problem with the Senate, both because of her role in it as well as her contacts with the Kirin Tor on behalf of the Senate. Sen. Roughshot said that the matter will need to be cleared up, and called in a blueclad mountaineer priest named Aodhfionn that will examine her closely to deter if she is fit to work for the Senate or to be removed from office. After we tried to question Aodhfionn about his qualifications (tried as in getting past his hearing problems), he left the room and left us to discuss the topic at a later date.

After all was said and done with reports, we let the word go free and Mountain King Greyblade wished to notify that he is also moving out to Argus, to aid the war efforts there. He will assemble strike teams on the Vindicaar, the Draenei vessel, and informs us that he'll be leading his forces on Friday next week at eight bells. Every able-bodied volunteer is welcome addition to the force.

With that done, we concluded the meeting after eighty minutes. Sen. Blastbolt and Sen. Darkale had to leave earlier however due to other appointments, thus they are unable to sign the document for tonight. May the Titans guide us, always.

Written on the 19th of October by Chancellor Blackforge.

Attendance list:
Assistant Stormpike

Senate starting per schedule at 20.00 local Ironforge time.
I was tasked by Senator Roughshot to remind our guests about the Remembrance Day event next week, which will be held on Thursday at eight bells in the evening, meaning that the Council of Three Hammers will not recieve a report of any gathering at that date.

A hand was raised and a question asked about if we still allow the audience to have a free word when the reports are done, to which we stated yes. The visitor then stated that she will wait until reports are done then and stepped back.

Assistant Stormpike reports that a trail of arcane energy was found on one of the relics we obtained from our expedition to Azjol'Nerub. Judging from this, it seems the trail of the renegade mage was found once more, but this time in Silithus. While I do not doubt Assistant Stormpike's word on the matter, I could not help but think something was odd about this occurance, due to the great distance between Azjol'Nerub and Silithus.

He continued by telling that one of the Wardens had shared information regarding a warlock, Drak'thul, located in Thal'Dranath who currently is hiding from the Legion. Seemingly this warlock had recently contacted the Horde regarding one of his grandsons, who posed as an ally of the Horde, and the renegade mage that we are looking for. Seemingly the grandson is a Legion spy, but Drak'thul called for the aid of the Horde to locate his grandson, but then they lost track of the grandson. The last reported location reeked of shadow magic however, according to reports, and they state that the grandson and the mage had been seen together before vanishing.

Another artifact was found near the last known location of the pair, which seemingly belonged to the other item we found in Northrend. Combining the items, Assistant Stormpike started to read out loud the inscription, but soon after he vanished. We discussed that the two artifacts must've been a hearthstone of some kind, which brought him someplace else after being reassembled. I offered a hefty bounty for the safe return of the vanished Assistant, due to his condition. Investigations and search parties will be organized in due time.

When the word was free, the earlier visitor raised a topic about a contract that has been awaiting signing for ten months now, to which I stated that I cannot sign anything without trusted advisors expertise aiding my decision. She then offered her aid in finding Assistant Stormpike in return for discussing the contract closer, to which I agreed unless someone else finds Stormpike first to claim the bounty I set upon his return.

Another visitor raised a hand, to ask about Remembrance Day and its location, which is Dun Garok. We warned the visitors that the Forsaken might notice our approach of the site, but that I hope we won't come to blows over this.

When that was done, I concluded the meeting after roughly seventy minutes since no other topics were raised and we need to organize the search parties. May the Titans give us clarity in these trying times.

Signed:
Lord Cyrik Blackforge, Chancellor.

Senate starting as usual at 20.00 local Ironforge time.
I began by stating that we have lost two Senators from our flock, due to freak occurances. Sen. Kaylock's current situation hasn't gotten any better, thus we had to vacate her Seat. As for Assistant-Senator Stormpike, he has with much certainty been killed, due to an orc warlock casting a fel meteor upon him just as we had been able to track his whereabouts.

After that, we continued with the reports, though neither of the present Senators had anything to report, hence we moved on to the free word.

First visitor to raise a hand was a scout from the Ninth Company, who reported that there have been sightings of demons and their ilk in Felwood forest. He then requested our aid, to which I replied, since our Seat of Order isn't present, that we do not have any forces readily available in the area to my knowledge, but that we will try to open a portal to the closest available settlement and send what we can to aid the elves.

After that, Minister of Trade Haythorn invited everyone who listened to the Stormwind Market that will be held tomorrow. A theme will be had due to the celebration of the Day of the Dead, thus costumes and money is adviced to bring.

After that, we concluded the meeting after roughly half an hour. May the Titans guide our steps, always.

Due to the lack of Senators around the table, we have no proper reports to forward to the Council of Three Hammers this time. I have announced the need for two new Seats, Transactions and Magical Affairs, as those have been made vacant due to resignations.

First to raise a topic, Judge Bloodbath, who stated that while Ironforge and Stormwind doesn't always see eye to eye on things, she wish to improve our relations and that we are to contact her should we wish to do so.

Second to raise a topic, Captain Nightfall of the Ninth Company, asked for permission to move throughout our lands to station his forces in Refuge Pointe, Arathi Highlands. I could not see a reason to deny him this, thus I gave permission.

A hand was raised by Thane Greyblade, who raised concerns regarding the troop movements, if this would provoke the Forsaken unnecessarily. Cpt. Nightfall replied that their goals are to capture key strategic points and scout out what the Forsaken are doing in the area.
While our relationship with the Forsaken isn't prioritized, the peace we have with them is, so far. We do not wish to see something escalate in the area that might conflict with our interests elsewhere (read as the campaign on Argus).
The Horde might move their troops around in preparation for something for all we know, but we do not intend to fire the first shot and provoke them into attacking our positions. Too much hangs in the balance against the Burning Legion in order to risk what peace we have.

Cpt. Nightfall proceeded by reading a letter from one of his scouts who, when the letter was written, was last heard from inside Stromgarde along with some troops from Refuge Pointe. He then proclaimed that the Forsaken are our enemy and that they will likely not cooperate with the Alliance. This much we realize as well, but we do not wish to battle the Horde on unfavourable terms. Our own forces are bound to battle the Legion, we have our reserves home again but they need time to regroup and refresh themselves.

I repeated my reply that permission is granted for the Ninth Company to move through our lands, but added that we do not wish to hear of any battles between the Alliance and the Horde. Cpt. Nightfall promised to do what he could to keep calm while up there.

With that topic concluded, a night elf visitor asked about the Seat of Magical Affairs, as she seems interested in potentially applying to it. I gave her the answer she sought and she replied with that she will ponder upon this decision.

Another visitor, human male, asked about the same Seat, regarding if it could initiate digsites and excavations about historical artifacts and other relics. I replied that it would be the Seat of Artifacts job to do such, but that Magical Affairs can instigate something if it be of magical nature. Seemingly satisfied with that response, he returned to where he stood.

As no further topics were raised, we concluded the meeting after roughly forty-five minutes. May the Titans guide our steps wisely.

I began by announcing that we still have several Seats vacant for application, namely Artifacts, Transactions and Magical Affairs. Two interested people approached and asked what was required, then they backed up again.

Sen. Darkale had nothing new to report, due to him being busy with family matters. There are however the traditional events coming up soon, so there will be more news as they come along.

After that, the word got free, and the first to raise a hand was Flemk Meserath, who wished to know if the Explorers' League could assist her team with some research. I asked her about what exactly they were researching, and she answered that it had to do with how Light reacted with other schools of magic. As we have neither a Seat of Artifacts or Magical Affairs at the moment, we couldn't help her with her request.

We then got requested to aid in a military effort in Felwood, Kalimdor. A cult is kidnapping children and doing some horrible rituals upon them. I told however that our forces are tied up, what with the Argus Campaign and all. If any volunteers or adventurers are willing to join the group, next Wednesday at nine bells is the time for their action.

We then concluded the meeting after roughly forty minutes. May the Titans guide our path, always.

Written on the 23rd of November by Chancellor Blackforge

Attendance list:
Senator Thoridge Darkale
Senator Kuba Roughshot (late arrival)

Senate starting as usual at 20.00 local Ironforge time.
I began by stating that we are still looking for three (3) new Seats in the Senate, Transactions, Magical Affairs, and Artifacts. After that, I reported about some of our progress on Argus since we got some reports through the Aldor regarding our operations there, it certainly haven't been easy to send letters to and from the Vindicaar. We are making steady progress there, but it seems our allies there are wondering why we are not contributing fully towards the effort of defeating the Legion.
Representatives of the Stormwind Council stated that they have spotted allies going to the frontlines, and that Stormwind does have resources on Argus as well. The question from our Argus allies remained unanswered though: Why aren't we focusing fully on stopping the Legion?

After that, we moved to the free word as Sen. Darkale had no news to report. First to raise a topic was a representative from the League of Arathor, who told that he was requested to represent Arathor at our meetings. He then proceeded telling us about a "clash with unknown Horde individuals", which we reacted upon.
The Arathorian continued to tell about the details of the clash, that it had been near the road from Hillsbrad. This detail told us that armed Alliance forces had entered Horde controlled areas on their patrols, which provoked a hostile reaction from the Horde in return.

I do not like it at all, that the Ninth Company went back on their word to not provoke any hostilities while up there. We do not want any unnecessary fights right on our borders when we have to focus on the more grave threat of the Burning Legion. We cannot commit any forces to clean up their mess as of now, due to our commitments on Argus.

We had to continue on with the meeting though, and the next raised topic came from a night elf who wished to know if we could spare any forces for some mess in Felwood about a crone of sort. We had to turn her down regarding our armed forces, but we stated that we'd send any volunteers and adventurers their way when we find such.

After Sen. Roughshot arrived, he handed in his report, stating that there will be a big push against the Legion stronghold six days from now. All other details are withheld from the public until further notice, but that much he could reveal to help bolster the morale in our city.
Some other news regarding our Territorial Defense Forces mention that there have been some lost battles in Northeron and Gilneas, but that so far more ground has been gained than lost, so the mission continues on.

After that, no further topics were raised, so we concluded the meeting after roughly one hour. May the Titans guide us, always.

Thoridge Darkale, Seat of Relations
Kuba Roughshot, Seat of Order

A report came in from the Arathi Highlands regarding the situation with the Horde there. The Ninth Company have twice gotten itself into trouble with the Horde, this time near the road past Stromgarde. Due to the presence of the Company, they have set up a control area that no Horde is allowed to get through, including civilians and trade vessels.

This in turn have triggered a response from the Horde, who in turn have sent some patrols in order to find ways around the Alliance forces, which have been met by hostile Alliance forces. The situation up north doesn't look good at the time being, but I hope the situation can still be salvaged by negotiations regarding passage through Alliance-controlled land for civilians and trade goods.

A member of the Ninth Company then threw out an insult regarding, and I quote "Since when did a dwarf no be ready to protect their own". I replied that we are trying to protect everyone by not provoking our counterparts to needless battles. We are busy battling a real threat on Argus, right now.
We can ill afford to get into a battle on two fronts and I told them as much. Until the Ninth Company cease their hostilities, they will not receive any support from Ironforge, including food and drinks, in order to get all parts to the negotiating table and discuss a peaceful solution to this matter.

After that discussion, I reported about the lack of a Seat of Transaction which will hamper our efforts regarding the market tomorrow, since the efficiency will be lacking. We will do what we can to hold the fort, but that our guests shouldn't expect full effectivity from all sectors until we got a dedicated Senator in place to organize this.

A report from Argus had arrived, stating that the Vindicaar has moved over the Antoran Wastes in order to prepare an assault upon Antorus, a complex of great importance to the Legion war effort. It seems the final stages of the operations upon Argus is near, but I reminded the audience that the fighting will likely be very hard, and that any support they can give will be appreciated.

With that, we concluded the meeting after roughly an hour. May the Titans bless us with their wisdom to take the right path, always.

Sen. Roughshot reports that we are making progress on Argus, we have breached the enemy citadel and managed to fight our way to the Portalkeeper of the Legion. It is just a matter of time before their portal system cease to function and severly hampering their communications.

On the homefront there is news as well, as our Territorial Defense Forces continue to defend the lands and allies of Khaz Modan. With that done, I reminded the audience that there are positions open in Senate for several new members, namely Artifacts, Transactions and Magical Affairs.

First to raise a hand about it was Mountain King Greyblade, who wish to apply to the Seat of Artifacts, as he consider himself too old to keep on fighting for much longer. After a thorough questioning, we decided to accept his application and call him to the table, as his qualifications were more than adequate.

The word then got free and first to raise a hand was Esasia Fardawn, who invites all interested to a game of Magical Dodgeball in the Dalaran Sewers (OOC: WotLK Dalaran) tomorrow evening at half past nine.

Just as we were to conclude the meeting, a messenger demanded attention regarding an update from Arathi Highlands. It seems that the forces there have taken my advice to heart, allowing civilian transports through after searching them for weapons and troops. There have been a few minor skirmishes on the road between Galen's Fall and Hammerfall, but it doesn't appear to be organized attacks. Quite likely some adventurers who try to make a name for themselves.

Sen. Roughshot asked if the situation was contained or if they required aid, to which the messenger replied no. He did advice though to take care on the road between Refuge Pointe and Hammerfall, as most of the attacks seem to originate from there. Currently the situation is under control, according to the messenger.

Sen. Roughshot then asked about the attackers affiliation, in case they were with the Horde, another faction or organization to notice. The messenger stated that the tabards found were not matching any known organization to date. A gnomish bystander asked if this couldn't be a trick by the Horde to mask their intentions. The messenger said that they couldn't make any hasty presumptions regarding who they are grouped with, to avoid unnecessary provocations.

With that said and done, we concluded the meeting after less than an hour. May the Titans guide us, always.

Written on the 14th of December by Chancellor Blackforge

Attendance list:
Senator Kuba Roughshot
Senator Fultric Greyblade

Starting as usual at 20.00 local Ironforge time.
Sen. Greyblade began to report as Sen. Roughshot was delayed a bit. Sen. Greyblade is currently busy trying to get into the position properly, but there is progress on the artifact front. The Legion pawns have left a considerable number of artifacts behind that we are gathering and investigating, but we can only recover so many. Currently the League is sifting through the lot, and if they spot anything dangerous, it is treated with care until disposed of.

Sen. Roughshot reports that there have been progress on the Argus Campaign, as our forces have managed to bring down the portalkeeper of the Legion. Our troops managed to defeat the Antoran High Command, some of the highest tactical commanders the Legion have, as well as taking down one of their huntmasters, before laying siege to what appeared to be their chief engineer.

Astonishingly enough, it would seem that contact has been established with one of the Titans, Eonar the Lifebinder! I hope that we are able to meet with the Pantheon at some point, to talk about everything that has happened since they departed.

In other news, our Territorial Defense Force achieved total success during their latest deployment, no loss on the battlefield is the report. Without a doubt their training has paid off.

After that, one of the Arathorian representatives reported that there is additional conflict in the Alterac region on the continent of Lordaeron, between some Alliance-friendly separatists and the Horde. The separatists have occupied the town of Strahnbrad and is resisting the Horde efforts to take them out.
The League of Arathor is preparing to move there, as well as the Ninth Company to aid the separatists. Due to our interests up there (see Stormpike Clan in Alterac Valley), we cannot ignore the threat towards those operations. We also need to consider the nearby Hinterlands and our Wildhammer allies.

Reyxor Nightfall of the Ninth Company stated that there is a timed gathering for the 17th of December, but he is uncertain if his company can make it by that time. He do however think it might be advantageous if we send forces there to aid the separatists. We cannot promise anything though as of yet, since the campaign on Argus is yet to be concluded, but we cannot ignore the need for our arms either. We said that we will send what forces we can muster.

With that done, I raised two topics regarding Senate. First was that this is the last Senate gathering for this year. No reports will come during the next two weeks, as we are on holiday.
Second, we have experienced some late arrivals lately in Senate, senators walking in later than the stated time for the start of the meeting. Thus we voted to change the time to half past eight instead (20.30), to better accomodate the Senators work times in order to allow them to get to the meeting in due time.

After that, I mentioned that we are going to organize a Winter Veil celebration, but seeing as our Seat of Relations is absent at the time being, we couldn't mention a time and date just yet. It will be done however.

With that said and done, we concluded the meeting after roughly forty minutes. May the Titans guide us, and a merry Winter Veil to the Council of Three Hammers.

Written on the 4th of January by Chancellor Blackforge.

Attendance list:
Senator Fultric Greyblade

Senate starting according to the new time set, 20.30 local Ironforge time.
I started the meeting by greeting everyone and wishing them a Happy New Year. Moved on to the resignation of our Seat of Relations, Thoridge Darkale, who stated health issues as cause for resignation. We thus have three Seats open for applications, Magical Affairs, Transactions and Relations. All who are citizens of Khaz Modan are welcome to apply for the positions, if they believe themselves qualified for it.

Sen. Greyblade reports that the Lightforged have lent quite a bit of this new resource called Argunite, for us to study in order for us to draw energies from it and keep it from depleting. Sen. Greyblade will keep us updated about the progress.

The Arathorian representative have returned to give us a weekly report from the campaign in Lordaeron. It would seem there have been some brief battles near the settlement of Strahnbrad, but that the Ninth Company had to retreat to Refuge Pointe due to failing supply lines.
Captain Nightfall continued the report from there, as he mentioned the lack of supplies were evident enough that they barely had anything to consume on the way back. He then asked the Senate if his troops could use Aerie Peak for storing supplies for the time being, to which I replied that it is doable, but that we need to discuss it with the Wildhammers first. He thanked us for the support given and we moved on with the free word.

First to raise a hand was Scout Yannim of the Ninth Company, who is partaking in an investigation regarding some mysterious piles of dead rats found gutted in Stormwind, lacking the insides entirely. He then inquired if we had seen anything here and requested that we'd tell at once if we spot anything like what he described earlier. I told that we'll notify the guards about it and keep our eyes open.

With that done and no other topics raised, we concluded the meeting after slightly more than half an hour. May the Titans keep guiding us wisely throughout this new year.

None.

Senate starting per schedule at 20.30 local Ironforge time.
Due to lack of Senators, we moved straight for the free word. First to raise a topic was Esamik Silverlight, who reported that a Legion vessel has been sighted over Stonetalon Mountain. A mission to the area is required, this on Wednesday next week at half past eight (20.30) a force will be sent from the southern border of Ashenvale into Stonetalon Mountain to deal with it. Gathering location, Stardust Spire. Any volunteers are welcome.

Second topic to be raised came from Scout Yriah, who was tasked by a lady dwarf to look for someone who could mend a magical something. Due to the vagueness in the request, we couldn't help with it, but told him that if the lady herself could come to Ironforge, perhaps we could meet up and we could discuss it more proper.

After that, I concluded the meeting after roughly fifteen minutes. May the Titans guide us, always.

Attendance list:
Senator Fultric Greyblade

Senate starts per schedule at 20.30 local Ironforge time.
I began reporting that we still have a number of Seats vacant and open for applications (Magical Affairs, Transactions and Relations). Moved on to talk about the coming "Love is in the Air" festival and asked the public to come with suggestions for what to do during the festival.

Sen. Greyblade reports about the latest developments regarding the research of the materials that the Army of the Light provided us with. Argunite proves to be a stable resource, unlike most other Legion resources that we've come upon so far. Experiments were conducted in a safe facility and research of the other materials have been slowed in order to focus more upon researching Argunite.

A Gnome raised his hand and asked about why we were importing such things over such vast distances. Sen. Greyblade replied that it was a gift from the Army of the Light, and that we may make use of it as we see fit, albeit in small doses. The Gnome seems satisfied with the response.

A Human brought a report from the Alliance expedition in Stonetalon Mountains. It would seem that the Legion ship presence is confirmed, but that it have, for unknown reasons, crashed near the coastline. As the expedition arrived at Windshear Hold however, the outpost got attacked by the Horde! We told that we will send help, but when that arrives, we do not know.

We concluded the meeting after roughly half an hour. May the Titans keep guiding us on our path.

Written on the 25th of January by Chancellor Blackforge.

Attendance list:
Senator Kuba Roughshot

Senate starting as usual at 20.30 local Ironforge time.
I began by mentioning our vacant seats, which are still open for applications. We didn't get any response from the audience regarding that, so we moved on to reports.

Sen. Roughshot reports that the assault upon Antorus has currently reached a stalemate. A reinvigorated assault will begin on Saturday, and any volunteers are more than welcome to support our forces on Argus. The push is of utmost importance as some odd weather phenomena is stirring up some trouble among the scholars. Our intelligence service is currently trying to figure out what this might be, but for now we can only assume trouble.

Returning to the campaign on Argus, our forces have managed to find survivors through the Legion portal network. They might prove to be valuable allies in our fight against them.

After that, we let the word be free, and one person asked where he could possibly find a carpenter. We answered as well as we could, and concluded the meeting after slightly less than half an hour.

May the Titans guide our path, always.

Written on the 1st of February by Chancellor Blackforge.

Attendance list:
Senator Fultric Greyblade
Senator Kuba Roughshot

Senate starting as usual at 20.30 local Ironforge time.
I started by mentioning that we still have a number of Seats vacant for application, and that people are welcome to inquire further about it. We then proceeded with reports.

Sen. Roughshot started by mentioning that our campaign in Antorus have been delayed. It was mainly due to logistical issues however and could be solved relatively quickly. Sen. Roughshot states that the offensive will go on and that we will endure and persevere.

In other news, Sen. Roughshot reported that the survivors, related to our unraveling of the enemy portal network, were members of the Army of the Light who had been previously stranded or captured on other worlds in prior engagements. For now though, the Senator wish to avoid mentioning further details in public regarding some of the survivors. I can only fathom what that means.

Moving on with the reports, Sen. Greyblade reports that the research regarding Argunite is progressing. The material appears to be very powerful, proven by the fact that even in minute quantities it can store vast amounts of Light energy. For now however, the remaining supplies have been sent back to Argus, due to a temporal shortage of the Army of the Lights own resources. They will send more to us when they have replenished their own stocks.

With that, the reports are done and we moved along to the free word. first to raise a hand was a Pandaren woman, who introduced herself as the new Minister of Trade for Stormwind Council, Rue Xing. She raised an issue, which requires Stormwind to stop sending us food and water supplies. Apparantly, their rat issue has grown in unexpected proportions, which has affected their water and food sources.
Until that is solved, they cannot with good conscience send us any of those things. This brings her to her request, which is to ask for water and food to be sent to Stormwind, until this crisis have been solved. We cannot promise anything in terms of water, but we got other drinks to offer for the time being. As for food, we barely make enough for our own use, but we will muster what we can and send to Stormwind.

The next topic raised came from a Wildhammer representative of the Gryphon Hammers, who raised the topic of increased attacks by the trolls up in the Hinterlands, reinforced by a crew calling themselves "The Betrayed". So far, they have only encountered this crew in smaller numbers, but it seems that reports indicate that they can gather up quite a crew to attack our northern borders. We are thus sending volunteers to aid our cousins.

They also offered their numbers for our cause, to which we thanked them and accepted. Their numbers will be a welcome addition in the campaign on Antorus.

The next topic was raised by a dwarf named Ksenk Ironchain, who wish to apply for a Senatorial position. He brought forth his case for the Seat of Magical Affairs and we asked him a number of questions regarding his intentions and what he could bring to the table. We then asked for a suitable demonstration of his skills, to which he needed time to prepare. We agreed to meet in the same location and time for this topic.

With this said and done, we concluded the meeting after roughly one hour. May the Titans guide our path, always.

Meeting starting as usual at 20.30 local Ironforge time.
Sen. Greyblade had nothing of note to report.

Next on the schedule, a magical demonstration by our applicant for Seat of Magical Affairs. The applicant, Ksenk Ironchain, decided to cast some spells that changed his appearance, made him vanish and return, as well as some form of reflection of himself. After this demonstration, we decided to cast the vote. With full acceptance, we welcomed our latest addition of the Senate to the table.

After that, the word was free, but since no topics was raised, we concluded the meeting after roughly half an hour. May the Titans guide our path, always.

Written on the 1st of March by Chancellor Blackforge.

Attendance list:
Senator Ksenk Ironchain

Senate starting as usual at 20.30 local Ironforge time.
Sen. Ironchain reports that he is still working on getting together with his counterpart from Stormwind, other than that, nothing of note. After that report, we let the word be free.

First to raise a topic was Doomorn Silverflame, who applied for the Seat of Relations. When asked about his qualifications, he talked about calming wild Dwarves, what his beliefs are and that respect should always be mutual. After voting 'Aye', he was accepted into the Senate and we continued with the meeting.

Steyen Duskblade raised a topic regarding the introduction of 'Void Elves' into the Alliance, and wish to have a meeting to discuss those with us at a later date. He suggested that for the time being that they should have the same rights and rules as Death Knights. An elf wished to know what those rules were, and I suggested finding the lawbook within the Library.

After that, a Gnome wished to speak with the new Seat of Relations, but she didn't say anything during the actual meeting, thus we concluded after roughly forty minutes. May the Titans guide us, always.

Written on the 8th of March by Chancellor Blackforge.

Attendance list:
Senator Ksenk Ironchain
Senator Fultric Greyblade
Senator Doomorn Silverflame

Senate starting per schedule at 20.30 local Ironforge time.
Sen. Ironchain had nothing new to report.

Sen. Greyblade reports that there have been issues with the relic currently under investigation. Reports tell of rifts tearing open in various locations of Dun Morogh, which raise suspicions about the nature of the relic: It is seemingly a stolen teleportation device! We now need to find a way to get the device back however.

Sen. Silverflame shows a letter which contains a threat towards the Mountain, part of it goes:
"All that resides within Ironforge shall be evicted either by Force, FIRE or their own two feet."
After Sen. Silverflame read the letter, he asked me to take it, saying something about the nature of the threat rather than the threat itself. As I took the letter, a strange sense of dread came upon me, which forced me to drop the letter as soon as I grabbed it. It seems dark powers are behind the letter, a coven or something similar perhaps that are affiliated with ruinous powers. Further investigation is required, and volunteers are sought after to help our guards.

With that said, I announced that we still have a vacant spot in the Senate, the Seat of Transactions. Those willing to apply can do so at the Senate or by sending a letter to any of the Senators to request a meeting.

After that the word got free and the first to raise a hand was Minister Bloodbath, who noticed the effect the before-mentioned letter had upon my person. She claims it is fel energies that surrounds the letter, as she tried to weave a spell behind her back, which the letter sought to "absorb".
She then continued with another topic, regarding herself. She's announcing that she's recently been somewhat held by blood magic, which have affected her to some extent. She is currently under watch by several orders in order to secure that nothing else happens to her.

After that, we decided to conclude the meeting after roughly half an hour. May the Titans keep guiding us through these dangerous times.

Written on the 15th of March by Chancellor Blackforge.

Attendance list:
Senator Doomorn Silverflame
Senator Fultric Greyblade
Senator Ksenk Ironchain

Senate begin at 20.30 as scheduled, local Ironforge time.
Sen. Ironchain reports that he's been busy organizing a demonstration along with the Minister of Magical Affairs of Stormwind, as they wish to get the public more interested in matters of magic.

Sen. Greyblade reports that he is busy finding ways to find the lost relic. It may take some days, perhaps a week, but when he returns he will have found some clues to the whereabouts of the relic and send an expedition after it.

Sen. Silverflame reports that on the 18th of March, Ironforge will be going through a search sweep by the guardsmen in order to find signs of any action taken to weaken the defense of Ironforge.

I then mentioned that we are still on the lookout for a Seat of Transactions and that those interested in applying can take it directly under a meeting or schedule a gathering with us at some other time.

After that, the word got free, and the first to raise a topic was Reyxor Nightfall, who had two topics to discuss.
First, if Ironforge could use some extra guardsmen during the sweep of the city. The Senate didn't see any issue with that, so it was granted.
Secondly, he reported that during a patrol, requested by Sen. Silverflame, the patrol unit apparantly encountered some Horde soldiers moving through one of our tunnels in Loch Modan! It was according to his report concerning enough that something might need to be done about it. To that point, he is relocating his company to Refuge Pointe in order to better travel between Stormwind and Lordaeron for their operations.
He is also requesting some aid with supplies and manpower for that effort, to which we need to discuss later in a more private gathering.

Second to raise a topic was the Minister of Magic from Stormwind, who wish us to notify Stormwind at once if a Miss Esasia Fardawn should we spot her. She is suspected of being infected by void magics, thus she needs to be detained.

With that said and done, we concluded the meeting after roughly half an hour. May the Titans guide us, always.

Written on the 22nd of March by Chancellor Blackforge.

Attendance list:
Senator Doomorn Silverflame
Senator Ksenk Ironchain
(Delayed) Senator Kuba Roughshot

Senate started per schedule at 20.30 local Ironforge time.
I first announced that the Library have been cleaned up, after the incendiary attack last Sunday by that coven. We then proceeded with the reports.

Sen. Ironchain reports that he and the Minister of Magic will be attending the market in Darnassus on the 30th this month, preparing a magical show to gather peoples interest in these matters. The Minister of Magic filled in that anyone interested in showing off their abilities are free to talk to her or the Senator of Magical Affairs for entry.

Sen. Roughshot reports that the investigations regarding the attack upon Ironforge are underway and that additional security measures are being put in order. What unrest that came of this event has been handled since then.
Additionally, our troops are done with the campaign on Argus and are preparing to withdraw in an orderly manner. We are keeping a regiment there in order to secure the evacuation proper.
On another note, reports indicate there is activity in the area of Silithus. As of what it may be is unclear yet, but nothing good has ever come from that place.

Sen. Silverflame reports that an expedition will be launched on the coming Sunday, in order to try and find the cult responsible for the incendiary attack upon Ironforge. The evidence gathered so far indicate they came from the area of Blackrock Mountain, but which area has yet to be determined. He once again ask for volunteers to aid with this matter.

The audience then asked questions regarding the topics we've discussed so far, and Minister Bloodbath asked for clarification about whom to discuss the volunteer question with, to which I replied that Order and Relations are the ones to talk to about this.

The next raised hand came from a volunteer in yellow armour, who wish to discuss the logistical matters after the meeting.

The third raised hand came from an Arathorian representative named Relmiv Goodhill, who bring news from the Arathi Highlands. He was requested by Captain Nightfall to attend tonights meeting in order to tell that the orders from Stormwind has arrived at Refuge Pointe.

We concluded the meeting after precisely half an hour, at the ninth horn in the evening. May the Titans guide us wisely, always.

Written on the 12th of April by Chancellor Blackforge.

Attendance list:
Senator Ksenk Ironchain
Senator Fultric Greyblade

Senate started per schedule at 20.30 local Ironforge time.
Sen. Ironchain have nothing to report.

Sen. Greyblade reports that the previously lost teleportation device have been found and retrieved again, due to the capture of Esasia Feldawn. The device will be investigated thoroughly as it has been infused by fel powers, upon the end of those investigations the device will be terminated to ensure the safety of our lands.
The culprit who was part of this ordeal, Esasia Feldawn, is currently being treated for her unwilling participation in this mess. She will not face charges as she was not in control of her own actions at the time.

After the reports we let the word go free, and the first to raise a hand was Stormwinds Minister of Magic, Bloodbath, who suggest a meeting of guard officers, in order to discuss laws and their application. No date is yet set for this, but seeing how this might benefit our respective cities, we told that we will see whom we can send for such a gathering.

Second to raise a topic was a Ninth Company guardsman, who reports that their forces have moved up from Refuge Pointe to Aerie Peak, not without trouble along the way. A Forsaken ambush along their route caused them to lose some supplies, but they did manage to capture one of their numbers and interrogate the sod, who came from Tarren Mill.
This came as a surprise, as there were no indication upon troops gathering there. We need to gather some forces to send up there, and investigate this matter further.

After that, we concluded the meeting after less than half an hour. May the Titans guide our path wisely.

Written on the 3rd of May by Chancellor Blackforge.

Attendance list:
Senator Fultric Greyblade
Senator Ksenk Ironchain

Senate started per schedule at 20.30 local Ironforge time.
I began telling that we currently have a dwarf behind enemy lines, further discussion will be required before I can reveal more details though.

Sen. Ironchain suspect that his counterpart in the Stormwind Council, Minister Bloodbath, have gone astray. He wish her all the best and hope that she return soon.

Sen. Greyblade reports that there have been personnel changes within his department, which have proven to be effective. Things are going on track regarding that. However, the investigations regarding the vault sabotage a few weeks back continues. All things considered, we do not believe a lone actor was behind this stunt, but rather an organization of sort.

After that, the word got free and the first to raise a hand was a lieutenant from the Ninth Company, who wished to offer an apology for the behaviour and actions of the Ninth, but also crave one from the Senate for imagined attacks upon them. While we did accept their apology, we did not offer one in return. The soldier left abruptly after that.

A Wildhammer dwarf who travelled from Thelsamar warned us about a growing number of troggs in the Loch Modan area. We might need to send additional forces there to reinforce the local guards, should the situation demand it.

The Stormwind Minister of Trade, Rue Xing, invites one and all who have anything to buy or sell to the market tomorrow at nine bells in the evening.

After that, we decided to conclude the gathering. Both Sen. Greyblade and Sen. Ironchain left prior to the signing of the document, each for their own reasons I presume. I hope nothing troubles them.

Attendance list:

Fultric Greyblade

Meeting starting per schedule at 20.30 local Ironforge time.
I opened the meeting by announcing that we currently have two vacant Seats in the Senate, Seat of Transactions and Seat of Relations. I elaborated upon the details regarding the jobs upon request from audience.

Sen. Ironchain had nothing to report, beside trying to make contact with his Stormwind counterpart.

Sen. Greyblade arrived late for the meeting, but in time for handing in his report. He reports that there have been no further leads about the identity of the infiltrator in his department. However, it seems that the infiltrator collects metal ears, of which I've heard talk about from one of the Lieutenants in the Ninth Company.

After that topic was dealt with, Lieutenant Razorbak mentioned that his company and their allied company are in need of supplies. Seemingly the Stormwind drinking situation is now solved, so we can clear up that part of the supplies. As for food, we currently are lacking in that area. We will send what we can when we have anything to send.

When done discussing that, we let the word go free, but no further topics were raised. We thus concluded the meeting after less than half an hour. May the Titans guide us, always.

Sen. Ironchain reports that he have been sick for a while and have yet to find the full cause for this sickness. He will investigate this further.

Sen. Greyblade reports that his department is now in order. The metal ears that we've discussed previously have been investigated and can be tied to someone called "the Crone", which the Stormwind guards are searching for already.

We then let the word go free, and the first to raise a hand was a representative from the order Alliance of Lordaeron, who wish to set up some form of base within the halls of Ironforge. We will work out the details after the meeting.
