Re: •IC• Report Archives
Written on the 23rd of March, by Chancellor Blackforge.
Attendance list:
Senator Kaylock
Senator Hutchins
Senator Stormpike
Senate started per schedule at 20.00 local Ironforge time.
Senator Kaylock had nothing to report, thus we moved on to senator Stormpike.
He wished to know if the Council of Three Hammers have had time to look upon the decree proposal so far. With the Broken Isles business taking so much attention, we suspect it'll take a while for them to make a decision or reply upon this. Senator Stormpike will until they've looked upon the decree do his utmost to withhold any expeditions unless they are manned by personnel he consider trustworthy.
Non-member citizens of Khaz Modan will undergo light background checks, while non-hostile foreigners are to undergo heavier such. Senator Stormpike claims to preserve the League's morale by doing so, preventing pointless expeditions upon wasted opportunities. He claims that there is nothing the League can do at this point without bumping into League-trained Night elves, Gilneans, Humans and Wildhammers who keep occupying worthwhile archaeological spots without sharing their finds.
Senator Hutchins wished to make a suggestion to this decree, to which we agreed to listen upon. He wish of senator Stormpike to go back and review his decree, recall why the Senate appear to have issue with it and rework it to something he believe both fits with the intent and may be more favorable to the rest of the table. If senator Stormpike truly want this decree to be passed, that's how it should work. You propose the initial, it is judged. If viewed badly and yet you still want to push for it, you rework it.
Senator Kaylock agrees we are not in the position of Senator Stormpike, but that the Senate had concerns regarding a number of issues, the case as senator Kaylock has heard it has been presented there is an issue, but as she said, she would never be able to pass a law that could invoke treason for doing research regardless of who they work for. She says that she has no care for what the Explorers' League choose to do with archaeologists who prove to be untrustworthy, however punishing someone with Ironforge law is another matter.
Senator Stormpike however is talking about items of possibly formidable powers. Game-changing sources of knowledge and magic that could overturn the course of the war against the Legion and the status quo between the Horde and the Alliance. He believe this matter is too important to play dumb and pretend that it is a child's sandbox game and it doesn't matter who stole your bucket.
Senator Kaylock states that in the case a mad man was to hand over information to the legion or Ironforges enemies, they would be still breaking the law without this decree. Senator Stormpike then considers an alternative, to send an official statement demanding full cooperation from the leaders of the Alliance. That however might be hard without a Seat of Relations to handle the negotiations, to which we have agreed to try discuss the situation on Saturday, since the current topic have taken so much time. We then moved on to Senator Hutchins report.
Senator Hutchins report that the military operation has been a success, although to its nature it is still classified as to keep the troops safe from harm. A supply line is still in progress of being established, but the overall result is a success for our forces. Secondly he have made personal contact with a member of the Illidari, to discuss potentially working closer with them in joint efforts against the Legion. A deal of sorts shall be worked out hopefully by next week as he plan on meeting with them again at their earliest convenience.
After that, we let the word go free, and one hand was raised from lord Lightbringer, who wished to inform about two events coming up this weekend. First the Elekk Race held by the Aldor at the Exodar on Friday, then the Spring Ball in Stormwind Keep on Sunday.
After that, we concluded the meeting after one hour. May the Titans keep guiding our steps.

Sen. Kaylock had nothing new to report for this week.
Sen. Hutchins reports both good and bad news from the Broken Isles. The good news is, a large operation regarding the Broken Shore has been taking place yesterday and was quite the success. Various neutral orders, plus soldiers from the Alliance... and the Horde, have pushed onto the island and have established a small camp of sorts. Apparantly those who have dedicated themselves to fighting in that area have started to call themselves the "Army of Legionfall". We have a true foothold there now, and Sen. Hutchins is told the fighting against the Legion is near constant as expected.
The bad news however... As some around this table already know, the Ironforge mission was to the Broken Shore. Unfortunately, hours before the huge push on the main island, our previous hidden base... fell. Not directly to the Legion, either. It fell to something rather... unexpected. First, a wave of Murlocs that came from the sea. Which was rather unexpected but by itself, we believed could be handled... What we did NOT expect however was a brand newfucking island rising out of the fucking water, along with Fel infused Murlocs dashing up from the depths... followed by Fel infused Harpies...
Needless to say, Demons we were ready for. But being taken by surprise by those factors forced our troops back. Luckily most of our deployed forces made it back through a portal to the city. Sadly, not all. Their losses will be honored and avenged. Sen. Hutchins plan on sending more forces to aid this new "Army of Legionfall" and to avenge our losses... Ironforge will not be said to be taking a backseat against the Legion, we are taking our place on the front lines. With that said, we moved on to Sen. Stormpike's report.
Sen. Stormpike begins his report by saying that he want to clear the slate and start from healthy foundations again. This victory against Gul'dan and the surprising success of the combined forces of the Alliance, the Horde, the Illidari, Dalaran, and other nations and councils against so many demons bodes well for this war. He was honestly fearing for the worst back in Ironforge, as if our work and quarrelling here meant almost nothing.
Ever since he joined the Senate, he understood what it meant to feel responsible for a government's successes, failures, hardships and marvels. When Dun Morogh came under attack by the Legion, he had forgotten that he'd once wished he could fight them once again. But over the last few days, he's come to realize now is the time that he finally understand our mission. That he should fight for his people, however he can.
Maybe he's been more interested in handling matters he have no fondness or proficiency for to prove that he was up to the task, and maybe he's only eager to go exploring again...
Sen. Kaylock asks if Sen. Stormpike is stepping down from his position, to which he replied while laughing, that if she ask questions with answers inside, then he can't really talk here. Well, he's not exactly steppinf down, since Transactions are but a temporary and superfluous charge for him (we still lack a Seat of Transactions, thus Sen. Stormpike has been covering that seat for the time being). Sen. Stormpike does not want to let any more opportunities run away from his grasp, and he want to lead the archaeological vanguard in the Broken Shore. He have heard there was a great many treasures to retrieve, and we cannot let the soldiers trample these delicate memories of the past.
Seeing how I myself have been leading expeditions in the past, told Sen. Stormpike that I understand, him covering for the vacant Seat of Transactions have left him with little time to do the work that he were assigned to do. Sen. Stormpike then says that this is why he hereby urge the Senate to join him in this project. The Temple of Elune is a place of great power. None have been left... Unchanged after living there. He states that we need to find the best sources of power to fuel our war on the Legion.
Sen. Hutchins then says: Wait, what? The Temple of Elune? You don't mean the one in the Broken Isles, right? Isn't that the tomb of Sargeras? That is a very ill-advised move given the current... Situation.
Sen. Stormpike replies that whenever possible. The Broken Shore in itself has proved to be rich in history and artifacts, according to Warden Maiev Shadowsong. He however doesn't know if she can be trusted, seeing as rumor has it that she had never noticed Suramar was still alive and brimming with activity in ten thousand years of jailing creatures in Aszuna. As we need bulwarks, destructive force and mending, we need to understand the very terrain we fight on. Archaeology is a complex science, mixing geology, history, languages, chemical practice, restoration of testaments of old and storyteller skills. Sen. Stormpike live for his clan, for Khaz Modan, for the Alliance, the past we uncover and the future we write down. He thus will depart for the Broken Isles and gather some troops.
I told him: Very well, if you feel that your presence is required out there, then I will not stop you. Just don't go get yourself killed for something that isn't worth the risk, understand?
Mountaineer Kuba volunteered to escort Sen. Stormpike and see to it that he is kept safe and sound, to which the Senate agreed upon, if he can find enough volunteers that can be spared from the currently detached forces. Discussion soon followed between Sen. Hutchins and Sen. Stormpike that I was unable to follow in its entirety, but it seem like insults started flying and I had to intervene in order to keep the peace in the room.
Sen. Stormpike says that it is decided. They will leave at an undisclosed time with a documented budget and allocation of it. For safety and transparency combined. The crewmembers will gather here on a few occasions to plan the trip. Sen. Kaylock supports the mission, however her place is not searching soil when she gets to Broken Shore , there are bigger demands of her there.
Sen. Stormpike asks her if she has heard them as well, which puzzled the other senators enough to ask what he meant. Sen. Stormpike then replied that he refer to rumors about something under the Broken Shore. After that he started to mumble something about I couldn't hear properly, but he looked rather pale, thus I wished to conclude the meeting to give him some rest.
However, sir Steyen Duskblade had something to mention as well in the free word. Related to Senator Hutchins' report, he would just like to pass on the news of success in the Ebon Blade's assault on the Legion forces on the Broken Shore. Dread Commander Thalanor has had the Ebon Blade assist the patrols of the island. With that said and done, we concluded the meeting for this week. May the Titans guide us, always.

Re: •IC• Report Archives
Written on the 6th of April by Chancellor Blackforge.
Attendance list:
Senator Hutchins
Senate starting as usual at 20.00 local Ironforge time.
Recieved a notice earlier this week that Sen. Stormpike is busy with an excavation trip into hostile lands, location not told due to security reasons. Sen. Kaylock is absent, no notice of her whereabouts. Sen. Hutchins appeared with a rather ragged look, not told what has happened yet.
Sen. Hutchins reports that the Legion are have responding to the assault on the Broken Shore by conducting invasions of the other areas of the Isle, much like this we had to endure at the start of all this. Anyway, In response to this, Sen. Hutchins have arranged for a response from our military forces to aid the regions that come under attack, as they do. Crogher Fireshot shall be in charge of these forces and any letters inquiring about joining such retaliations should go to him. Any directed to Sen. Hutchins, however, shall go to him.
During the report, two hands got raised as both a random visitor and the captain of the Ninth Company attended the meeting. The visitor inquired about what the Legion is up to, to which Sen. Hutchins responded that his report is mentioning this.
Captain Nightfall asked if we could spare people with mining capabilities to dig a tunnel in the Western Plaguelands. Exact location is withheld due to security reasons. We will check with the Miners' Guild or Explorers' League if they can help with this.
I then mentioned that we are beginning preparations for Noblegarden that is to come in a few weeks time and that we are looking for suggestions as to what to do and if anyone wish to help with preparations. Addresses have been handed out to the visitors of tonights meeting.
Then the word got free, and the first to raise a hand was a Stormwind minister named Meserath along with a councillor Everstride. Min. Meserath request permission to be included in the list of organisations that can operate in the Khaz Modan territory, under the name of the League.
Sen. Hutchins asked if that means they wish to join up with the League of Explorers' or simply work alongside it?
Min. Meserath replied that this can be arranged, we would prefer for now to work along side due to the fact that we have a private financier. Without this financer the development of this department would have been impossible. Right now Stormwind income are focus on the wars.
Sen. Hutchins asks if the work they plan on undertaking alongside the League be in the name of Stormwind or under the direction of their financier?
Min. Meserath responded that it will be under the name of Stormwind for now sir. And all depends if we can get an agreement.
The gathered senators discussed the topic for a while, but couldn't come up with a decision at once. A response was made asking the minister to send letters to either Sen. Stormpike or me to discuss further details.
With that done, another visitor raised his hand, and he wished to know what we were doing against the Legion, why we weren't concentrating all our efforts into beating them back until the war is over. We gave response to that, stating that the everyday life must go on, that citizens still need to eat, to live, if to be able to support our forces.
The visitor then claimed that we were ignoring our armed forces at the Broken Isles, that we weren't doing enough at the homefront to end the demonic threat. We replied to that by mentioning that supplies must be gathered before we send them, troops must be trained before we deploy them or it will all be a waste of time and effort.
Seemingly not sated with those responses, he still stepped back to let us wrap up the meeting. We concluded the meeting after forty-five minutes to sign the report. May the Titans watch over us, always.

Re: •IC• Report Archives
Written on the 20th of April by Chancellor Blackforge.
Attendance list:
Senator Stormpike
Senate starting at 20.00 local Ironforge time, as usual.
Sen. Stormpike reports that surveying has been halted for a week, due to the status quo on the Broken Shore, thus the League are now focusing on the areas already liberated. He has hope for resuming the digging on Monday. They have also found several artifacts, of mostly kaldorei origin, seem to be statues of Elune or some priestess not entirely certain yet. However, an exhibition is to be planned, the name "Rise and Fall of the Quel'dorei" was suggested.
After Sen. Stormpike was done with the report, I mentioned that I wouldn't be able to put up any event for this years Noblegarden due to lack of suggestions and ideas what to do. Sen. Stormpike gave one suggestion for the coming year, gathering eggs for a blindfold event, and let people guess what species laid them. After some discussion regarding ideas, a visitor interrupted and wished to speak of her idea. Find a person to dress up as a bunny, then visitors are to find saidbunny person in a game of hide and seek.
When that was done the word got free, and the first to raise a hand was Captain Nightfall, of the Ninth Company. He wished to announce his new position in the Stormwind Council as Minister of Defense, as well as to inquire about tunnelwork in the Plaguelands. Sen. Stormpike says that he have some connections in the civil engineering department, due to its joint operations with the League, thus he will use those when he got an explanation as to why the tunnel is needed.
The tunnel will be used by the Ninth Company and their allied forces to move around against the Forsaken. Due to the military side of the topic, the precise locations will be held secret. The Ninth Company will provide military protection for the diggers, and the Temple of Ironforge will provide magical protection in form of leyweavers against potential magical threats in form of remains of plague and the like, to which Captain Nightfall said that he accepts their aid.
When that topic was handled, we asked around once more for potential topics, but all were content and remained silent, thus we decided to conclude tonights meeting. May the Titans guide our steps, always.

Started at 20:00 hours as usual.
My apologies Cyrik but I forgot to take down notes for the meeting, here's a brief list.
Reyxor Nightfall of the Ninth Company is now Minister of Defence for Stormwind and is still inquiring regarding a Dwarf mining time to dig tunnels.
Dwarvish member of the Ninth Company mentioned an attack by the Horde during a Noblegarden Fair in Goldshire, I believe it was mentioned two assaulted it (rather stupid to have only two in my opinion, might be bandits using Horde colors. Needs more info)
Member of the House of Yore is requesting some Mountaineers teach some of their lot a few techniques of Mountain tracking, survival and the like. I'll have more details by next week, they're sending me a letter.

Re: •IC• Report Archives
Written on the 4th of May by Chancellor Blackforge.
Attendance list:
Senator Hutchins
Senator Kaylock
Senator Stormpike
Senate starting per schedule at 20.00 local Ironforge time.
Sen. Hutchins report that Alliance forces encountered a Horde patrol in the north, but after a few skirmishes the Horde patrol retreated back where they came from. Reports from the Broken isles however aren't that positive, we have hard fights at our hands, but we are holding off the demon onslaught. They have been forced to divert their forces to previously liberated areas, where our allies of the lands help hold them off until we can dispatch of them.
Sen. Kaylock reports that she has nothing new to bring to the table this week , other than to ask the guards dealing with reports of cultist activity to only bring her evidence she can use, papers with raving mad men speeches are not something the senator can make use of.
Sen. Stormpike wish to invite Sen. Kaylock to the Broken Isles, if her health permits it. Sen. Kaylock replies that her health is well enough, after which Sen. Stormpike then start to load up a variety of artifacts upon the table we gather around. He then states that he is in need of assistance with his work. After a closer examination of the items he cluttered upon the table, it seems that all of them come from a variety of cultures that at some point have been influenced by Old Gods.
Sen. Stormpike has a theory that the Broken Isles hides more than the dead husk of the Black Titan. Sen. Kaylock asks about what her role in this would be. Sen. Stormpike replies that he's giving her an opportunity to study 'wicked history', as he puts it, to which she accepts.
We then let the word go free, and the first to raise a hand was Captain Nightfall, who wished to know if we had all recieved a letter he sent roughly a week ago regarding guards for the Senate meetings. Sen. Hutchins replies that he has indeed recieved such a letter and briefed us about it, before agreeing that the guards are most welcome to help protect the meeting.
Sen. Stormpike acted a bit strange however right after this, he doesn't weem to be entirely well since he claimed he took medication for something that caused him to react poorly. We decided to cut the session short after that, concluding the meeting after roughly one hour. May the Titans guide our way.

Written on the 11th of May by Chancellor Blackforge.
Attendance list:
Senator Hutchins
Senator Kaylock
Senate starting as usual at 20.00 local Ironforge time.
Sen. Hutchins reports no news from our northern frontlines, Horde seem to have calmed down up there. From the Broken Isles, things continue as one would expect. However, Sen. Hutchins is willing to share that he have been attempting to find any "pattern" to the invasions happening along the Broken Isles. If he manage to find any, we may be able to pre-empt a defensive force. Although he does admit, this is just speculation and a degree of hopefulness from his part.
Sen. Kaylock has something for this week that she mentioned from the week before. Unfortunately , Sen. Stormpike would have been most useful in this conversation. Over recent times we have been gathering scraps of information from the Broken Shore about nether disrupting holy grounds and other technology that quite frankly, our information on such is not as complete as it could be. Sen. Kaylock was on the hopes that we would make a expedition to study what we need so we can make use of this magic and lost technology for our own military means.
In particular was the Nether Disrupter of interest. Sen. Kaylock can tell that with a skilled warlock you could also achieve similar effects, however the prospect of being able to prevent nether rifts opening would be a huge advantage for defence against the Burning Legion.
I asked of her to send a message to Sen. Stormpike about the matter, so that he can aid as soon as he returns. I also stated that the idea of a Nether Disruptor sounds promising if it can be used in a safe manner. Sen. Hutchins agrees, preventing the rifts would help us keep ground and even claim more, perhaps even put on some more of an offensive rather than defence. He think this would be something worth pursuing, from a military standpoint at least.
Sen. Kaylock have little idea of the ability or possibilitys until she can see for her self, however the hope is that it can be. She mentions that there IS one issue though: The Broken Shore is a hard place to do research safely, as such, a team would be needed, both who can learn and who can defend it self. Sen. Hutchins says that considering the reason for it, he think sparing a unit to act as a bodyguard would actually be rather reasonable. If this could prove to help against the Legion, it has his support. Sen. Kaylock would like to think she could obtain information within a few hours, but she cannot make any guarantees on it. Sen. Hutchins considers it to be fair enough.
After that, the word got free, but no visitor raised a hand, thus we decided to conclude the meeting after roughly twenty minutes. May the Titans guide our steps, always.

Re: •IC• Report Archives
Written on the 18th of May by Chancellor Blackforge.
Attendance list:
Senator Hutchins
Senator Kaylock
Senator Stormpike
Senate started as usual at 20.00 local Ironforge time.
Sen. Hutchins report that he is now reasonably sure that there is a pattern to the invasion times of the Legion in the Broken Isles. No notable patterns as to where they'll strike from what he can see, but certainly "when". He is going to start arrangements for a team to be ready at one of these times.
Sen. Kaylock wish to bring up the topic of the Expedition to search the Broken Isles, as was spoken about last week. With the assistance of Sen. Stormpike, she would like to see this happen this week, a team made and prepared to go out. She then asks Sen. Stormpike if he would help to form a team for Expedition, which he certainly seem pleased with.
By her calculations we should be able to form a team together by Tuesday, with volunteer aid from those wishing to join. Sen. Stormpike boast nine companions, including five soldiers, two clerics and two explorers for the expedition.
Sen. Kaylock then clears her throat and states that any who are skilled ether in combat or in archaeology are more than welcome to speak in the open talk or after the senate about joining, the mission will be to the Broken Shores.
After that, I noticed that Stormwind ambassador Boozeboat had joined the table, thus I asked of her what she had to bring to the table. She then announced that she have returned to Ironforge on behalf of Stormwind as an ambassador, to make cooperation between the two nations easier in many things. She was greeted with quite open arms by the other senators for that announcement.
Sen. Stormpike mentions in his report first of all that this new collaboration with the Seat of Magic's research sounds just like what his boys and he needed. But he is interested in Sen. Kaylock's trade and it seems to go both ways, to which she replies that he should elaborate. Sen. Stormpike answers that he wish etching magical properties into mere tools, enchanting them, since discovering the craft of the Titans has been terrifyingly interesting, and... The very origins of everyone around this table were enchanted Titanic statues. The reports from Northrend are positive: life comes from an enchantment process: Dwarves, Gnomes and Humans.
Sen. Hutchins wonders if he refer to the "Curse of Flesh" thing that was debated back during the War in the North, to which Sen. Stormpike responds that the history we know goes further than that.
For the first time it is starting to make sense to him, which then lead to him stating that he is more than ever ready to fight the Legion by our side, the best way he knows. He have stressed the importance of fighting back to learn more about the Legion on the Titan-forsaken Broken Shore. And, he is to announce next Senate an exhibition schedule for the Hall of the Explorers in the upcoming weeks.
After the lastconfusing bit of the report, we let the word go free, and the first to raise a topic was a member of Fraternity, Flemk Meserath who wish to assist on expeditions controlled by the Explorers' League. A dwarf also raised a question at the same time, making it hard to discern what he wanted to have said while I tried to hear what the human female spoke about. Sen. Hutchins called for order in the room, and the multiple discussions ceased.
Flemk Meserath continued her request about access, to which Sen. Stormpike asked if she had got the right applications for such, which she then said that she did not have those at the time being, but that she will get them filled in and sent soon.
With that said and done, we moved on to the next topic, the dwarf whom earlier had interrupted asked if Sen. Kaylock could hold another magic course for new recruits, to which she obliged and said yes, she can hold more courses for those willing to learn.
The third to raise a hand was Lord Maelmoor Lightbringer who wished to know if there is someone Senate or another person in Ironforge that he could contact for matters regarding the Light. Sen. Kaylock replied that she is the one to talk to, considering magic is her department. He then replied that he will contact her during the coming week.
After that, we concluded the meeting after roughly one hour. May the Titans keep guiding our steps.

Re: •IC• Report Archives
Written on the 25th of May by Chancellor Blackforge.
Attendance list:
Senator Kaylock
Senator Stormpike
Started the Senate meeting at 20.00 local Ironforge time, as per routine.
Sen. Kaylock reports that preparations were being made on Tuesday for organizing the research mission plans, however it didn't go for long since Sen. Stormpike had to leave early, which annoyed Sen. Kaylock to some extent. He did however give reasoning as to why he had to leave, as he thought they did not have enough manpower to do this, thus he was busy getting reinforcements. Sen. Kaylock is seemingly satisfied with that response, and extends her invitation for others to join the expedition upon the Broken Isles.
Sen. Stormpike says that regarding the new explorers, he would like to introduce the newest additions to the team: Kelinn Everstride, Christabelle Bloodbath, Flemk Meserath, Aeron, Ichabold, Tinix, Ogrik and Esasia Fardawn. Sen. Stormpike said that they will prove their skill soon enough as they are needed to reinforce the team. If everything is agreed upon, we shall meet up after Senate and decide on the next movement.
Sen. Stormpike also would like to point out activity reported by Explorers stationed in Kalimdor. He doesn't know what it is about, but there is a wildlife hazard near the Wailing Caverns. He then asks if anyone have heard about anything like it in the Barrens? I answered that from my time in the Barrens, the Wailing Cavern was surrounded by quite a bit of vegetation, if the hazard was related to that I do not know. Sen. Stormpike said that it was likely so, and that he shall investigate the matter further some time and send some experts over.
He also says that regarding the Broken Shore, our tests and surveys haven't yielded much over the last week, as many discoveries are identical utensils with no apparent interest.
Ambassador Boozeboat mentions that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is organizing a Gilnean culture night this Sunday in Surwich, starting at nine in the evening. Also possibly related to Foreign Affairs, she have invited people to celebrate the annual Sporeggar...ian... Mushroom Festival in the village of Telredor in Zangarmarsh tomorrow night at nine o'clock.
After that, the word got free, but since noone raised any questions or topics, we concluded the meeting after roughly forty minutes, May the Titans guide our steps, always.

Re: •IC• Report Archives
Written on the 1st of June by Chancellor Blackforge.
Attendance list:
Senator Kaylock
Senator Hutchins
Senate started as usual at 20.00 local Ironforge time.
I began by mentioning that our Seat of Artifacts has been injured and thus would not be able to attend for a while. He is currently treated at the Temple of the Moon in Darnassus. The exact reason for this is kept quiet for now.
Sen. Kaylock reports that the expedition to the Broken Shore went underway yesterday. The mission made some progress but with legion forces as they are, we were limited in our time. They were attacked by what first was manageable numbers but after some time they were forced to retreat back. Also, Senator Stormpike was hurt it appears by the mission. We have yet to find out the cause or total effect it has had on him, but it seems unlikely that the demons in the area was behind the injury.
Sen. Hutchins reports that at the moment, the most priority reports he have recieved are in regard to the Legion. Mostly logistics with supplies, we have supplied holy water, weapon oils and sharpening stones. Food, such and so forth to the Legionfall.
One small regard to Sen. Kaylock's mission however, that he believe is worth stating openly. The Temple that Sen. Kaylock mentioned was swarming with Demons, who after our ambush to clear it were on us like we'd disturbed a hornets nest. If we venture there again for extended periods, it may be wise to bring larger numbers if possible. Which means that Sen. Hutchins will be accepting any volunteers who would wish to provide muscle to future expeditions, payment provided by himself and the fundings of his department on the Senate.
And a final note worth mention, the efforts of Christabelle Bloodbath have been noted as without her he doubt they would have all made it back out alive, if at all. She will be recognised for her contribution in some form, Sen. Hutchins shall see to that himself. I thanked her for her service, then we moved on to the free word.
First to raise a topic was Cap. Nightfall from the Ninth Company, who wished to let a representative from the League of Arathor speak up in Senate. As to why the representative didn't raise his own hand, we asked but recieved no reply. According to this representative, Forsaken have blocked off the Thandol Span and are robbing trespassers, which both myself and Sen. Hutchins found odd, seeing as Dun Modr lies right next to the bridge, and I have not recieved any reports regarding any Horde movements from the militia, nor have Sen. Hutchins heard anything from the Mountaineers based there.
The Senate see no reason to send additional forces up to Thandol Span, as our troops are occupied on the Broken Isles as it is. Until further proof is provided, no forces will be moved. Christabelle Bloodbath raised her hand and apologized for the interruption, but suggested a solution to this topic. Since the area known as Arathi is still considered part of Alliance territory from the days of the seven kingdoms, and Ironforge has not laid claim, if he starts his mission from there it should satisfy everyone, as they won't be operating within our lands, and if they do find evidence it would be of benefit to the Senate.
Sen. Hutchins responds that we had no intent on denying him this mission, he is free to venture through Khaz Modan as he wills. He is concerned still considering as to the "trespassers" comment. As it seemed aimed at our traders and caravans along the Span rather than the supposed bandits. Regardless, Ironforge permits its allies to travel through Khaz Modan to meet their needs. Cap. Nightfall is seemingly upset about this conclusion, as he left the meeting after a heated debate with Sen. Hutchins.
Next to raise a hand was Flemk Meserath, who wished to present the items found from the expedition yesterday. we asked of her to step forward and present the items, and she put a crate upon the meeting table. She explained that it contains mostly everyday tools, but that two items should prove of interest to the League.
One of them is an ancient enchanted book. We can tell it is enchanted since it didn't suffer from aging. It is of course Night elf hand made. It is incredibly old, and we can tell that since the writing is way to far from recent Kaldorei language.
The other item seems to be an orb, but its nature is yet unknown, as she didn't have the chance to investigate further. Flemk Meserath did however ask for permission to take a broken mechanical thingie with her. I didn't see any issue with that, hence I allowed her to keep it.
A male Pandaren spoke next, stating that he has been taking care of Gimli. He have been watching over him in a long time, and is also somehow responsible for his illness. If we wish to aid in his recovery and to understand what evil seized him, and still awaits us in Thal'dranath, follow the ley lines to the Jade Forest in Pandaria. I didn't quite grasp what he was talking about, but seemingly Sen. Hutchins had seen him before, blurting out that it was that mage who kidnapped the Seat of Artifacts from his intended treatment.
The pandaren then teleported away, and I asked if anyone was able to track where that portal lead to. Christabelle Bloodbath offered her services and told that the portal leads to the Jade Forest in Pandaria. Sen. Hutchins offered his support if she wished to pursue this pandaren.
No other topics were raised, thus we concluded the meeting after eighty minutes. May the Titans keep guiding us, always.

Re: •IC• Report Archives
Written on the 8th of June by Chancellor Blackforge.
Attendance list:
Senator Kaylock
Senator Hutchins
Senate starting per schedule at 20.00 local Ironforge time.
Sen. Kaylock began by bringing forward the information gathered from the mission a few weeks back, or more a report on what they returned with. The expedition had limited time but there was a few items of interest that came back with us despite the limitations, a device we believe is a communication device to work with the legion ships from above being one of them. There are other items as well, mostly corrupted beyond Sen. Kaylock's willing to go into full details, but any who wish to help with research into these odditys can talk to her after the Senate is over.
As soon as Sen. Hutchins arrived, the Stormwind delegates consisting of Ministers Lightbringer, Nightfall, Haythorn, Meserath, Oxley brought up what was discussed at the Stormwind Council last tuesday. They mentioned that they have had a vote of confidence in regards of what Minister Nightfall had done. Usually this is to be done the following week but they felt that the matter was urgent and hence they voted in the closed session.
It was deemed that due to Minister Nightfalls previous work, such as improving guarding of Stormwind and his plans and leadership against both the Legion and the Forsaken he would remain at his position given a number of conditions:
The first one obviously to apologize in front of the Senate for his letter.
Secondly from now Stormwind Council will ensure any communications related to Ironforge and belonging lands and borders are first to be informed to the Ironforge Senate.
Thirdly the Stormwind Council would like to offer a contribution to our army, as a form of compensation for the offence.
Fourth matter would be to discusss the trade agreement that we brought up in the Council-meeting, in this case we would need to discuss it in more detail of course.
Minister Lightbringer finish his speech by saying that "Given our track record between our nations and our strong and good relations, which is the backbone of the Alliance we hope to settle this matter tonight, even more so given the situation with the Legion and Forsaken."
Sen. Hutchins was first to reply to this, and ask: "On the first point then, does the Senate accept the "apology"? After Captain Nightfall was clearly not regretful of his actions, even trying to argue their favor, during the Council this past Tuesday?" to which we said "No", since we did not find it genuine.
Sen. Hutchins continued: "Second point of communication. While fine, if you are referencing Captain Nightfall's so far baseless claims as to Forsaken gathering at the Thandol Span. Then you are essentially offering nothing. Third, contribution to the army. Explain that, please, in detail."
Minister Lightbringer replied that the second point is to avoid similiar issues from occuring again, as for the contribution it could either be coins or resources or a combination, depending what the Senate would feel most important.
Sen. Hutchins answer to that was: "If you wished to avoid similar issues you would have a better and more effective selection process for your Ministers and fire those who have shown themselves woefully unfit for the role, Minister."
Minister Lightbringer continued: "The decision was based on the Ministers previous contributions and the the timing, finding a new Minister on such short notice with the ongoing conflicts with the Legion and Forsaken would have put a risk in place. He cannot speak for the reasons the others voted but personally what he just mentioned as well as the idea of redemption was contributing factors."
We then raised a vote about discussing the compensation question next week, to which we all voted aye.
Sen. Kaylock comments upon the lack of disciplinary action toward Minister Nightfall: "Minister Lightbringer, my concern is although second chances are something i agree to... it seems very light considering the context of what happened in terms of punishment or discipline."
Minister Lightbringer responded to that with: "I understand but it should be taken into consideration that the public shame that Minister Nightfall has endured is part of the punishment, standing in front of the public both in Stormwind and Ironforge after making such a big mistake. He was also warned by the Council and there was a vote of confidence which as mentioned rarely happens at all to indicate the seriousness of the situation."
Sen. Kaylock retorts with: "Minister.. i have had more public humiliation from crimes far less serious ... by the hand of Stormwind's law, and that was as a citizen with no responsibility to the city."
Sen. Hutchins recalls: " I remember Senator Kaylock being dragged through Stormwind, her "crime" being yelled out in each District and people being encouraged to throw rotten fruit at her for a lesser thing."
Sen. Kaylock continues: "I here have a letter Maelmoor, I just wrote it.. no real thought behind it.. but its a accusation of treason against a member of the council, my point is,, I doubt people here would accept my grounds to delivering it to you.. even if I DO agree with all. I'm not going to hand this letter in to you .. because I would fully expect to be punished and to leave this table if I did without thought.. I have little sway in what you choose as the Stormwind Council .. however how much longer are you going to let Minister Nightfall's recklessness be payed by others before you change your mind?"
Sen. Hutchins then says: "So you're willing to spend money from the tax payers of Stormwind to pay for his "mistake" now. And wait until he makes ANOTHER big mistake like this to actually punish the CAUSE." to which several visitors had reactions upon, among them Steyen Duskblade.
He said: "So Minister Lightbringer is not only enabling incompetence in the administration of Stormwind, but forcing the people to take the brunt of the fault? You would have the people suffer for the fault of the oligarchs?"
Minister Lightbringer claimed that the compensation would not come from the citizens, but before I could catch all details, much argumentation broke out and I sadly missed to write it down due to that. I stated that we'll discuss the compensation at a future point of time.
Sen. Hutchins stated that as for the fourth matter Minister Lightbringer brought up, we will only discuss trade pacts with Minister Haythorn. Minister Lightbringer says that since he is part of the Stormwind Council it's part of the negotiations, no matter which Ministry handles which parts of this, to which Sen. Hutchins replies "So you're now saying the Minister of Trade... Isn't trusted to handle this situation by himself".
Minister Lightbringer continues: "No, I am saying that the Council has a number of different Ministries, a number of of them are involved in this but it's all part of the Stormwind Council."
Sen. Hutchins then ask: "So what ARE you saying, Minister? Is it the Ministry of Trade we deal with regarding TRADE or do we need to speak to the whole COUNCIL about it?"
Minister Lightbringer: "Minister Haythorn will handle that dicussion, just as I handle this dicusssion as Minister of Foreign Affairs"
Sen. Hutchins retorts that "Then we shall speak to him and only him regarding that topic. Discussions of the proposed compensation aside, I personally do not believe that by itself to be enough to pardon the insult. What would your opinions be, Lord Blackforge? Senator Kaylock?"
I replied that I do not accept any apology from Minister Nightfall any time soon. Sen. Kaylock agreed with that sentiment.
Sen. Hutchins said "Then I believe it is safe to say the Senate feels the Council of Stormwind has not done enough to punish the Minister for his actions, nor seems willing to do anything to punish its own in fact for their actions no matter how dire, in my view."
Minister Lightbringer asked: "What would you suggest then? I cannot take any further decisions here and now but I can bring it back to the Stormwind Council for further discussions if you would like."
Sen. Hutchins said that firing Minister Nightfall would be a good start and end of things. And until he is no longer in his position of "Minister of Defence", Sen. Hutchins stand by what he said during the Council and refuse to work with him under any capacity.
Minister Lightbringer: "So there is no other path forward from the Senates point of view? No path of redemption, just so I know what to be expected in the following dicussions?"
Sen. Hutchins: "Maelmoor, redemption is not something you can simply OFFER and expect there to be a result. There needs to be a DESIRE for redemption. Which, if he sought such, he would have apologised at the COUNCIL instead of trying to claim himself as in the right. IF he had chosen to RESIGN for his actions, THEN I would consider him to be seeking redemption."
Minister Lightbringer continues with: "Understood, as I said I cannot over-rule a voting of the Council, so I can only promise to bring it back for further discussions."
That topic ended there, and instead Sen. Hutchins brought up one of the visitors from Ninth Company, what seemed to be a... horned human?
"The last I saw of him was while the Closed Council was in effect, he was being arrested for using Fel Magic within Stormwind City and also admitting to having served GUL'DAN. Has the Ninth Company RELEASED him already? Two other witnesses were from the House of Yore, and one of those that arrested him was the Guard-In-Training of the Ninth Company, a Night Elf Mage. Surely, Captain Nightfall should know what his own Company does and who it arrests? Would he not have information regarding this?"
Minister Lightbringer responded that he do not know of this situation unfortunately nor does he know the man, if he was arrested they cound bring forth such information of course. Sen. Hutchins replies to that by saying "Are you saying you don't know what the situation is when the Ninth Company arrests such a potentially dangerous person? Who is now standing next to you free as a bird?"
Sen. Hutchins continues with: "If this does not further prove the lack of compitence to you other Councilors gathered here... Then I truly do worry for Stormwind."
A dwarven citizen stated that "We should take the lad into Ironforge custody.", to which Sen. Hutchins said "That has my permission, if the Ninth are denying he is a prisoner of theirs". After that, guards were called upon to restrain the warlock and put him into detention.
After that, the meeting was concluded since noone else had any topics or questions to raise after that. May the Titans keep watch over our paths.

Written on the 15th of June by Chancellor Blackforge.
Attendance list:
Senator Kaylock
Senator Hutchins
Senate starting as usual at 20.00 local Ironforge time.
Sen. Kaylock begins reporting that we have identified some of the findings we took from the mission some weeks back. Some of her conclusions were correct on what they were for items. Sen. Kaylock would like to form a group who would be willing to make use of the findings in a new mission, however due to the nature of the mission she cannot give details here, as it would risk to the mission if information became open to legion ears.
As such, Sen. Kaylock would like to ask that any who have interest in fighting the legion with experience with their technology .. or fighting them who wish to help to come speak to her after the Senate meeting.
Sen. Hutchins have a report on what appears to be an attack on one of our supply caravans heading into Arathi. They were ambushed on the bridge itself according to the report, the bandits appeared to be made up of races that are members of the Horde. Due to this attack on our people, he has adviced any trade from Khaz Modan to the lands in the north be halted until further notice, he is also arranging a teaming to be gathered together to investigate the bridge and, if they remain, drive off the thugs.
Any caravans not of Khaz Modan origin that are heading north, Sen. Hutchins recommend holding off on traveling further than the Wetlands until the situation is delt with. If you ignore that warning and try your luck, then Light protect you. If anyone around the room wishes to aid in repelling these aggressors, then send Sen. Hutchins a letter as soon as possible as he intend to strike back in as short amount of time as is possible.
I personally promised to send part of the militia in Dun Modr for this endeavour, since it is too close to home for the town to feel safe from these raiders.
We have recieved an application for Seat of Relations, and the applicant was present in the room. Doctor Thoridge Darkale lay claim that he is a very competent diplomat, making many friends and few enemies along the way. He makes the promise that when it comes to negotiations, he is the man for the job.
Sen. Hutchins asks the first question for the applicant, namely if he can give an example of when he have applied his negotiation skills?
Darkale replies that a specific time doesn't come to mind... He is a man with many skills that have come to his aid at numerous occasions. He can be stubborn when he need to be, but he can also make compromises when it is necessary. He is also a man who has travelled far and wide across this land, and also have good experience dealing with people from all different races and all different backgrounds.
Sen. Kaylock asked the next question to the applicant, if he would say that his negotiations regularly go beyond Ironforge and its citizens.
Darkale respond to that by stating that he is an archaeologist. They do tend to travel a lot, but he also tend to sell artifacts and antiques I dig up, usually to the people nearest to where he dug them up, thus he've come to understand these peoples' mindsets. He is also a learned man in terms of history and culture, understanding the backgrounds of those he deal with, and he can relate his negotiations to previous successful ones if need be.
Also, he is very understanding of his own culture, which is important when arranging events and such here in Ironforge, which'd be another important part of the job. He assures the Senate that he would be the right man for the job.
Sen. Hutchins asked another question: Given the current situation between Stormwind and Ironforge, how would he intend to handle that?
Darkale answers that he'd push to get Minister Nightfall relieved of his post as he wouldn't be so happy dealing with someone who accuses his own people of being traitors. Sen. Kaylock cannot fault the logic Darkale use.
Sen. Hutchins final question went as follows: So what would his first plan be if he is trusted with the Seat?
Darkale answers that with as part of his job would be to host events here in Ironforge. Since Midsummer will be soon upon us, he'd say he would arrange a celebration to raise morale around the land. That is, If he's not too busy with the Reyxor situation, which I do understand is a rather large concern at the moment.
As no further questions were raised, we moved on to the vote to accept his application or not, to which the Senate voted Aye. We then welcomed Senator Darkale to the table, and moved on to the free word.
First to raise a hand was Ambassador Boozeboat from Stormwind, who wished to report that the newest twist in the Reyxor thingamajig is that he is to undergo trial for defamation under the laws of Stormwind.
Sen. Kaylock asks if Stormwind does intend to use its law for justice then, to which the ambassador replies that the Council found basis for starting this trial, and so Reyxor has been arrested. Or he was to be arrested. For ceremonial reasons the arrester had to be a specific person.
And according to the rules of the Council, he has been suspended for the duration of this trial. And, as requested by Hawthorne, Ambassador Boozeboat makes it clear that everything thus far was decided by the Council. The Ministry of Justice made the following decisions:
The trial is to take place in approximately a fortnight, and, the sides of this trial - prosecution and defense - are yet to be clarified.
Ambassador Boozeboat then asks that since Haythorn appears to be absent, where does this leave the trade deal?
Sen. Hutchins responds that trade shall remain on hold until our next conversation with Haythorn. This change in the whole situation will of course be considered. Sen. Kaylock replies that she believe we can take this new information into consideration for the trade deal , however she would not like to comment on how so until we have all had a chance to reconsider, for the same reasons Sen. Hutchins does not wish to just yet. The Ambassador accepts this fact. Sen. Kaylock states that she is happy to see Stormwind honoring its own laws and justice.
Sen. Hutchins think it would be safe to say we are pleased to hear there is SOME form of progress toward a punishment for Reyxor's actions. Also, he wish for the Ambassador to report back that he would be eager to speak with the Minister of Justice as soon as possible.
After finishing that topic, no other were raised, thus we decided to conclude the meeting just after one hour. May the Titans guide our path, always.

Re: •IC• Report Archives
Written on the 22nd of June by Chancellor Blackforge.
Attendance list:
Senator Darkale
Senator Rose K. Hutchins
Senator Hutchins
Senate starting as usual at 20.00 local Ironforge time.
Sen. K. Hutchins announces that she is in need of an engineer to help her work with a device that has been found in a past expedition. She is also announcing that she is in need of volunteers for some dangerous work, and those willing should thus send a letter to her office.
Sen. Hutchins reports that the Horde presence upon Thandol Span has been kept from entering the Wetlands, although they still control the bridge. The tactical advantages of the bridge is not lost to us as he describes how the Horde easily kept the control of the Span. The local Mountaineers are harassing the enemy forces at the moment, and we are preparing another strike upon the Span, should the Horde stay for much longer.
Sen. Darkale reports that discussions are underway regarding cooperation about the Fire Festival, which will be held soon. Food and drink will be served, and vendor stall will be set up.
The word got free, and th Stormwind Ambassador Boozeboat mentions that a closed trial has been held for Reyxor Nightfall, instead of a public one, and that he has been fined forty (40) silver in fines for the insults and threats he made. Minister Hawthorne pushed for a proper trial to be held, but sir Drayke insisted on keeping it closed, which we found disturbing to say the very least.
We found this evidence enough that the Stormwind Council is a council of corruption, and that if the Council is to try and evade discussing this by sending representatives, they will be SORELY mistaken. We told the Ambassador that we are calling Maelmoor to a meeting in the Stormwind Embassy at eight bells in the evening on Saturday. If he does not show up, we know what to think of him and his Council.
We are also to begin cutting all our trade to Stormwind with immediate effect! No excuses until the meeting is held!
After this, the meeting was concluded after roughly fifty minutes, since noone else had any topics to bring up. May the Titans guide us wisely through these times.

Attendance list:

Senator Rose K. Hutchins
Senate starting as usual at 20.00 local Ironforge time.
Sen. Hutchins bring reports from three different occasions that demonic forces have been sighted within the Wetlands. The demons oddly didn't seem aggressive in their usual sense, which allowed the local mountaineers to dispatch them with ease. However, after noticing several demonic groups they decided to shadow them, leading the mountaineers to the vicinity of Grim Batol. Further investigations will be made.
Sen. K. Hutchins mentions that she have found some experts on the artifacts discussed last time. Due to the nature of those artifacts, details like names of the experts will be kept secret for now to not divulge any intel to our enemies.
Sen. Darkale has nothing new to report, reminds the audience that a fire festivity will be held next monday at nine bells after noon.
After that the word got free and Lord Lightbringer was the first to raise his hand, who mentions that a trial will be held for Reyxor Nightfall, and that Minister Hawthorne will handle the details. House of Yore will handle the prosecution according to the minister, further details will be messaged in due time.
Second to raise a topic was Luxferious Haythorn, who have been on the track of a murdering racist. Seemingly this villain has fled to Ironforge and is currently in hiding. Wanted posters will be supplied and spread throughout the city. Haythorn also suggested having a market in Ironforge, to be held every second month until further notice. We voted and found the suggestion acceptable. May we all profit from this agreement.
With no further topics raised, we concluded the meeting after roughly fortyfive minutes. May the Titans guide our steps.

Attendance List:

Senator Hutchins gave his report first, and said that he was forming a strike force to investigate where the demons invading the Wetlands are believed to be both operating from and pouring out of. He said that their response will commence on Sunday. He also noted that the assault on the Tomb of Sargeras appears to be going rather well, if slow.
Senator Darkale didn't have anything new to report. He did note, however, that he intended to meet with Stormwind's Minister of Trade soon regarding the plans to have the Ironforge Senate co-operate in hosting the markets. Senator Hutchins suggested that Senator Darkale should travel to Stormwind to force a meeting with the minister as soon as possible.
The word then got free and Kelinn Everstride, Leader of the Fraternity, raised her hand. She asked about using the Explorers' League basecamp in Stranglethorn for one of her expeditions. It was agreed that this could be arranged, so long as the Fraternity shared their notes. She said that she would have to consider these terms, and Senator Hutchins noted that there would be time to discuss the offer, as it was still a little while before the expedition begins.
Whilst the meeting was being drawn to a close, a strange pandaren lurking in the corner spoke the following words: "Stormpike's fate still awaits your action. I shan't come back again to tell you so." Afterwards, he seemingly vanished. This is indeed worrying.

Re: •IC• Report Archives
Written on the 13th of July by Chancellor Blackforge.
Attendance list:
Senator Rose K(aylock). Hutchins
Senator Thoridge Darkale
Sen. Kaylock reports on behalf of Sen. Hutchins, that the scouting mission to the Wetlands have been successful, as they found the demonic infestation and begun cleansing the area of their presence. However the success came with a price, as Sen. Hutchins was captured and spirited away.
A raised hand from the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Maelmoor Lightbringer, momentarily interrupted the report to mention that if there is anything they can do to help, they will. We thanked him for the support, and moved on with the report.
Sen. Kaylock further reports that the relic recovered some weeks past, have been activated to some degree by Sen. Kaylock's team. She is going to request to move the relic back to the Broken Shore for our forces to use, but for the time being she will focus on locating her husband. She do ask for volunteers to come along in order to prepare the relic, people who are willing to enter dangerous areas are free to contact her for further details.
Sen. Darkale had nothing to report, thus we moved on to the free word.
First to raise a hand was Councillor Blazesong, who wished to discuss a potential lead toward Sen. Hutchins whereabouts. According to intel, Stonewatch Keep in Redridge Mountains is engulfed in fel flames. A rescue operation is being planned for Saturday, but they need numbers to increase success, something which several visitors volunteered to come along for.
Second topic came from Lord Lightbringer, who wished to update the Senate regarding the trial of Captain Reyxor Nightfall. The trial is delayed due to the search for a neutral judge, which will take a few weeks to organize. Any further questions regarding this can be discussed with Minister Hawthorne or Ambassador Boozeboat.
Sen. Kaylock asked the Minister if he knew anything in regards to another trial, about a councillor being attacked. Lord Lightbringer replied he had only just heard of it himself, he was not present at the scene of crime.
With that we concluded the meeting after roughly half an hour. May the Titans watch over us always.

Attendance list:
Senator Thoridge Darkale

We began the meeting at 20.00, and Sen. Kaylock was the first to report, mentioning a trial where the defendant died to a curse during the course of time. She called upon a vote for an investigation of the matter, so that we can take steps to if not prevent this, at least react accordingly. All voted in favour of doing so, thus we moved on.
Sen. Kaylock reports that the relic have taught her team a great deal, thus she wish to continue pushing the mission forward to gather a group in Ironforge coming Saturday at eight bells to discuss the full use of the relic against the enemy.
After her report, Sen. Kaylock had to leave as she was feeling worse from whatever ailed her. Sen. Hutchins had nothing of note to report, so he escorted his wife home to care for her.
Sen. Darkale reports that a market will be held the first Friday of the next month. No details are set in stone yet, but Kharanos is discussed to become the market location. This got a reaction from some in the audience, believing this would clash with the Stormwind market held on the same date usually. This was answered with that the Stormwind market vendors are coming to set up shop in Khaz Modan, thus there will be no clash regarding markets to visit.
With that said and done, we concluded the meeting after roughly fifty minutes. May the Titans guide us, always.

Senate started as usual at 20.00 local Ironforge time, and Sen. Kaylock was first to report. She wish to move the fel relic from Ironforge to the Broken Shore, now that her team are done investigating it. She deem it to be more of use on the Broken Isles, as a weapon against the Legion instead of potentially getting unstable in our vault. The Senate agreed to do this.
Questions arose from the audience regarding the use of our relic however, many reactions upon us having such to begin with, and to even use it without knowing the full extent of the damage it can cause. Discussions flew back and forth regarding if to send the relic away or to destroy it outright, but the Senates verdict was that the relic will be sent to the Broken Shore for military use.
Sen. Hutchins had nothing to report, but he wish to send additional guards along for the transport of the relic, and asked for any volunteers to aid with the mission of using the relic against our foes. Any volunteers can contact Sen. Hutchins for him to consider their request.
Sen. Darkale reports that the first friday of August will be the date for the Ironforge-held market, and Kharanos will be the location for it. The market will be open from the ninth bell in the evening, with plenty of vendors to attract customers.
After that, the word got free, and the first to raise a hand was Ambassador Boozeboat from Stormwind, who mentioned that a date for a trial has been set, the awaited trial of Reyxor Nightfall, on sunday this week at half past nine. Without further topics to discuss after this, we wrapped up for the night after about thirty-five minutes. May the Titans watch over our path, always.

Senator Blazebolt **this name appears to of been added in after**
Senate Started as usual at 20:00 Local Ironforge time, Lord Blackforge is not present as such the session was started by Senator Kaylock.
First report was Senator Hutchins who reports that nothing new has to be reported, both the north and battle on Broken Shore is going as expected then mentioned his efforts this week have been to find others who with to lend there help towards Senator Kaylocks Expedition.
Senator Hutchins then asked by Chiu Blastbolt was not around the table as he was under the impression the seat had already been given to her, both Senator Darkale and myself agreed then we welcomed Senator Blastbolt to her position around the table.
Second to give a report was Senator Darkale who reminded the Senate about the Market in Kharanos at nine bells after noon tomorrow on the Seventh.
Senator Blastbolt was asked if she had anything to bring to the table on her first week to which she announced she did.
Senator Blastbolt explains that she has managed to secure a deal with Pandaren in Halfhill for bread that has incredibly long shelf life to the bread we currently make here in Eastern Kingdoms, she brought samples and announcing a shipment already underway for Ironforge to trial it.
Announcement from myself this week was that the Fel Relic recovered from broken shore and being used in my expedition was being moved to the broken shore ready for future developments.
after some small talk the session moved onto open talk with the public who was asked if they had anything they would like to bring to the senate's attention this week.
A human male raised his hand and announced his name as Vincten asking some questions regarding the relic's origin and to if we knew what the relic could do. Only part of that question could be answered due to security risks, the relic being of fel origin and our understanding of what it can do is not the same as understanding how to use it, as such study needs to be done if we wish to use such things safely.
Vincten after seemed satisfied with the Senates answers and said he had no more to ask on the matter, non other raised there hand to bring another question so we ended the session there at 20:45 Ironforge time. *in small writting* approximate time

Sen. Kaylock repeats what was stated last week regarding the transfer of the fel relic that had been investigated previously.
Sen. Blastbolt has nothing new on Transactions. she's been working on some relations so that she can make some great deals soon. She did however bring up the topic of the new planet we see in the sky, which we have yet to uncover what that place is. From what is told so far, it doesn't look like a hospitable nor friendly place. We decided to send out senators Kaylock and Darkale to investigate this matter with our allies, checking if they have any intel about what this might be.
Sen. Darkale reports that Brewfest is coming soon, and that plans are underway for the event. Further details and ideas for this are underway and cannot be told just yet.
I then announced that the Seat of Artifacts was vacant, since Senator Stormpike haven't been able to return in time to stay on the position. After that the word was free, but since there weren't any hands raised with topics to discuss, we decided to close the meeting after less than half an hour. May the Titans watch over us always.

Sen. Hutchins reports that Sen. Kaylock is investigating the appearance of the planet in the sky, thus she will not be with us tonight. It appears to be Argus, the Draenei homeworld that they fled from. What we didn't know was that it apparantly was the Illidari who brought it to our skies somehow. Sen. Kaylock is doing further investigations and when those are done, Sen. Hutchins will plan for the future.
Sen. Blastbolt reported that she's been busy discussing trade with the farmers of Halfhill in Pandaria. She mentioned that she is very close to cut a deal with them regarding their products.
One of our mountaineers rushed into the room and blurted out that Gimli IV Stormpike is alive and in treatment by the physicians near the Great Forge. We urged him to calm down and wait for us by his side until after the meeting.
Lord Lightbringer wished to speak about the annual Pilgrimage to Uther the Lightbringer's tomb, held on the last sunday this month. They will gather at the Cathedral of Light in Stormwind around seven bells in the evening before they march out.
Last to raise a hand was one of the thanes and a mountain king from Dun Morogh, Fultric Greyblade, who wished to present himself and offer his services to the Mountain. We accepted his offer and then decided to conclude the meeting after thirty minutes, as no more topics were raised.
May the Titans keep watch over us, always.

Re: •IC• Report Archives
Written on the 24 of August by Chancellor Blackforge.
Attendance list:
Senator Thoridge Darkale
Senator Rose Kaylock Hutchins
Senator Chiu Blastbolt
Senate began per schedule at 20.00, and the first to report was Senator Kaylock.
She repeat part of what was said last week about the fel planet above our heads is Argus. It would seem that the Illidari leader, Illidan Stormrage, brought the world to our doorstep by using a... 'Sargerite Keystone', seemingly powerful enough to open up portals to far off locations as we have witnessed. After stating this was all the knowledge she had gathered so far, we decided to send Sen. Darkale to the Exodar for further inquiries, and if needed provide with support for their efforts.
Sen. Blastbolt reports that the trade saction upon Stormwind is in effect and that it will last a few weeks. Those who are affected by this are sent a notice regarding the matter. We are also recieving many goods from our new trade contacts, the only ones affected by this trade ban are citizens of Ironforge working and trading with Stormwind, as well as the citizens of Stormwind itself.
Sen. Darkale reports that he has met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs from Stormwind, Maelmoor Lightbringer, and the lack of progress in the 'Nightfall' matter. Stormwind seem hellbent on keeping him as minister, thus we carry on with the trade sanction. Another note on Nightfall, seemingly he has been busy dividing forces to chase something in Northrend, of all places to go to. Every soldier amiss versus the Legion is a risk towards Azeroth and the Alliance as a whole, thus we ponder his actions.
With that said and done, we returned to the task at hand and let the word free. First to raise a topic was Kuba Roughshot, a mountaineer who suggests making a military unit with the same responsibilities as the Mountaineers have, only not just with Mountaineers in said unit. Seeing as our forces are tied up in the Broken Shore conflict, he states that our lands are vulnerable toward raiders and zealots of sorts, thus he propose the forming of said unit.
Roughshot will overlook the recruitment himself, and foresee an initiation into active duty around fall. I told him to discuss the idea further with Sen. Hutchins at a fitting time, and perhaps also some unit captains to get volunteers for the force he's forming.
Seeing as he is a veteran since the Northrend Campaign, he seem fitting to form and lead said unit in battle. For recruitment matters, we told him to do so in the Military Ward if any place is available, otherwise the Commons or perhaps another city would be useful for recruitment. Roughshot will report back when he has made some progress with the topic.
After that was handled, we concluded the meeting after slightly more than three quarters of an hour. May the Titans watch over us always.

Re: •IC• Report Archives
Written on the 31st of August by Chancellor Blackforge.
Attendance list:
Senator Rose Kaylock Hutchins
Senator Sebastian Hutchins
Senate starting as usual at 20.00 local Ironforge time.
I recieved notes from Senators Darkale and Blastbolt earlier regarding absence. Sen. Darkale reports that he is being delayed in Kalimdor discussing certain topics with the Draenei, and thus cannot attend tonights meeting. Sen. Blastbolt reports that she have had a freak fire accident in her shop, currently investigating what caused it.
Sen. Hutchins reports that the Draenei have been busy with repairs upon their vessel. Sen. Hutchins is currently evaluating how to be able to assist them, if possible at all. He then state that Sen. Kaylock can provide more information about the matter.
Sen. Kaylock reports that the usage of the relic upon the Broken Shore has been successful. WIth the assistance of Fardawn they have been able to use it to effect in which to fight the Legion. She now asks for assistance to further aid the cause to push the Legion off from Azeroth.
I then asked her regarding about what Sen. Hutchins mentioned about the Draenei ship. She didn't have all details, but it seems to be a vessel much akin to what the Exodar is. After that, she didn't have anything further to report, thus we moved on to the free word.
The first to raise a hand was a elf who wished to tell that the Stormwind market is going to be held this Friday. I thanked her for the information and got reminded that Sen. Blastbolt mentioned something more in her letter. It said that the trade sanctions between Ironforge and Stormwind are lifted and trade will flow once more. I hope this means that Stormwind have been thinking about the situation and that they have reconsidered some choices they have made.
With that said, we concluded the meeting after roughly thirty minutes. May the Titans guide our way always.

Re: •IC• Report Archives
Written on the 7th of September by Chancellor Blackforge.
Attendance list:
Senator Chiu Blastbolt
Senator Thoridge Darkale
Started as usual at 20.00 local Ironforge time, initial report from Sen. Blastbolt states that trade has started to flow again between Stormwind and Ironforge, though she has yet to be able to reach their Minister of Trade.
Next report was from Sen. Darkale who has returned just days prior with a report from the Draenei at the Exodar, who have accepted our offer of aid for their campaign upon Argus and wish for us to send everything and everyone we can spare. Since Sen. Hutchins wasn't available, we decided to bring the troops home from the Broken Isles for the time being, so they can celebrate Brewfest with their loved ones before heading off to Argus, since we have to prioritize the more concerning threats toward our world and Alliance.
Speaking of which, Sen. Darkale have set a time and a date for the festivities to take place, on the 30th of September at nine bells in the evening.
This however got objected upon by a visiting Battlelord of the 'Valarjar' I think. He thought it best to send our troops to the distant Argus at once, without break between battles. We disagreed with him about that, since for some it might be a good chance to spend time with their families before they head out again.
After that, we had the honour of welcoming back Gimli IV Stormpike to the politics, though as an assistant Seat of Artifacts until he either feel ready or we find a replacement for the Seat as such.
With that said and done, we moved on to the free word, and the first to raise a topic was thane Fultric Greyblade, who mentioned that Ironbrand's digsite was having some issues, and the path led to a cave in Lock Modan. He wish for volunteers to come on Friday at eight bells in the evening to help solve the matter.
Nex to raise a topic was Lady Mira Blackwood, who wished to discuss something in private with Senate. As there was no other topics to be raised from the audience, we decided to conclude the meeting to hear what she has to say. May the Titans keep guiding us, always.

Re: •IC• Report Archives
Written on the 14th of September by Chancellor Blackforge.
Attendance list:
Seat of Relations Thoridge Darkale
Seat of Order Sebastian Hutchins
Assistant-Senator Gimli IV Stormpike
Senate started per schedule at 20.00 as usual.
Sen. Hutchins reports that he has been discussing with the Generals in the Military Ward and that they have decided to make use of the army reserves on the Argus frontlines, while the troops that were sent to the Broken Shore get a well-deserved time off from fighting during Brewfest. The reserves will hold down the presence of Ironforge military in the assistance of Army of the Light on Argus, until the forces that are resting can be shipped out in phases, in order to allow everyone to celebrate Brewfest with their loved ones.
Sen. Hutchins also wish to mention the actions of the night elf Esasia Fardawn, for with her aid to our cause in recovering and uncovering the relic and its usefulness have been recommended to become an honorary member of the Military Engineers of Ironforge, with possibility to become a full member. Also, she is to recieve a medal to award her heroic actions despite great risk to her own person.
Assistant Stormpike wish to thank everyone for his return, from those who nursed him during his illness to those who got him back to Ironforge.
He also wish to know the situation around the Broken Shore, if all evil has been cleansed out, as he wish to organize an expedition there in the future. Sen. Hutchins replied that the Broken Shore haven't had its demon infestation fully resolved yet. Assistant Stormpike stated that his team will restrict themselves to dig at the safer areas until further notice.
Sen. Thoridge reminds us that Brewfest is going to be held on the 30th of September at nine bells in the evening. Sen. Hutchins asked what has been planned for Harvest Festival, which is around the time for Brewfest as well. Sen. Darkale responded that something is planned for that as well, but seeing how important Brewfest is for dwarfkind, it had priority in planning.
After the reports were done, Sen. Hutchins wished to mention that a prisoner transfer has been organized with the House of Yore, one of our prisoners will be transferred to Stormwind for detainment. With that said and done, we concluded the meeting after roughly an hour since there were no topics to raise after the reports. May the Titans watch over us, always.
