Criminal Records Archives!

Hello Everyone! All credit goes to Jenelle Fault for this idea, but we decided to make an actual criminal archives to assist our own guild and the other guard guilds. This could be something that is sticky'd on the forums somewhere so that people can research people they arrest and actually know their criminal past.
I would appreciate if you could post your characters criminal past and -ONLY- that. Please don't put other comments on here, I wish for it to be a forum post just for the IC criminal records and not other comments to make the thread hard to find people. I will eventually put this into the main forum post and keep updating it to keep a flow of people's records around.
It would be nice to state your name at the beginning, then the records, as shown below.
This makes it easy to navigate.
E.g, someone is wondering about "Tom Baker".
Go to this thread, hit "Ctrl-F" and type "Tom Baker" and his records would show up.

Basic Description: Ruffled up black beard and hair tried to be combed, it's obviously botched though, he has a well tanned skin and a thick scar right below his left eye. Often has a golden shield by his back which seems to emit a magical, strange, aura. Usually also walks around in a blue chestplate and brown plate leggings and boots, as well as a helmet with two spikes on the sides, may be brown or purple.
