This sounds a great event, but I doubt I'll be around in time tonight to catch it. Would have been fun speaking -for- certain uses of Shadow

We don't really have any-one speaking for the good of Shadow etc, so the debate may change a bit to see if people in the audience can have their say.
Re: [A] The Dark Arts VS The Holy Light Debate! (part 2)
There's already tons of subtle propaganda in the phrasing of the debate in favor of the Lighties.
...I love it! So dastardly <3

I just noticed I'm with Vaell... *facepalm* Saying: 'Light, save me.' at the start of the debate is a very bad giving up move? Jokes aside, so the Light debaters will talk first and the shady speakers will have to argue against, got it right?

I'm pretty sure both myself and erwtenpeller were going to speak in defense of the so-called 'Dark arts'.

It's funny how anyone playing a "lightie" is immediately expected to be a Chapter-like extremist and evil around here.
Being a druid and therefore neither one or the other is nice *nod*.

It's kind of hard to deny that the Light is "nice".

Woo-woo, chugga chugga chugga chugga chugga chugga chugga chugga
Woo-woo!
@Drustai: I must admit I missed most of it due to real life and mostly responded to the last speaker. I always enjoy being given opportunities to shape my character in public though, and Huruma's 'charge' was definately one such moment.
Thanks to the organisers of the event! Really enjoyed it.

Gonna hit the bed now, but I think I have the transcript somewhere. If nobody does, I'll post it tomorrow(or a TL,DR version).Drustai wrote:Very sad I missed this due to my shitty net.

In short though, was great, interesting views and great laughs on the side watching the people's reactions. Thanks Wulf for the good job.
