Clergy meetings of the Holy Light

Where: Nortshire Abbey (if not mentioned othervice)
When: Every month's first monday
Who: All who roleplay priests, clerics, laymen, paladins, (holy) kights or belong to Light rp order, Minister of forgein affairs as she is liaison between church and state.

Even starts always with a prayer. After that we discuss on various topics that are brought up. Ask turn to speak with raised hand.
As we discus, we try to find practical outcomes and solutions on topics (lectures, depates on a topic, masses, pilgrimages, charity events...)

Each time after the meeting ends, we decide the time, place and next chairman. Chairman can be anyone willing. From those who are willing we draw name.

Is a night elf priestess welcome to observe?

I would like to say yes, but unfortunately it's just for Light priests and those who work for the Church of the Holy Light.

Only outsiderallowed in, to attend the first meeting(at least), is Minister of internal affairs, as a liaison between church and state

How would one know of this occurance happening ic'ly?

Emiraude sent letters to church, telling them to spread the word for those who qualify for the meeting. And me and Irys inform our guilds IC soonish.
