[A] Campaign: Stromgarde Reclamation [28/1/13 - 31/1/13]

Destroying hammerfall in its entirety probably isn't the best plan. I think we should leave it at attacking and burning, then the horde get the rp of the rebuild. More sensible for everyone involved.

It's not usually the way I'd do things either to be honest, Grim. But at the moment we aren't left with a lot of choice due to circumstances with the horde forces.

Still, I'm sure plenty of rp will come of it The rebuild and retaliation will be great fun.

Indeed, I think perhaps having the Forsaken organise it IC was always doomed to have every other Horde race sort of say "Meh.".

yeah I kinda agree with that, not met any one yet horde side RPing a builder, or anything of the likes

Met plenty Alliance who can shrug off their armour to do something else than fight all day. For example hammer a few spikes, not so hard to create roleplay, or?

All in all, tonight was amusing! I hope tomorrow will be aswell.
Good to see the Red Blade coming out of hiding for a noble cause, Kingdom of Stromgarde's Gchat flooded with excitement at it!

We were squished by your mighty magnitudes over and over, but damn if that wasn't an exciting charge!

Definitely enjoyed the RP-PvP tonight - it's not all about winning!

A big shout out to vengeful, the skirmishes on thandol span rocked. But you was no match for our kitten on steroids!

Just the heads up for Hammerfall, Dwarves left some notable damage there as in they set explosives on the watchtowers and blow them up, as well as some damage from the siege machinery could be spotted on the objects there.

Otherwise, this thing gets more fun every day! I will upload some screenshots by the end of the week though! And as for Horde, give us more bones to feast on!

Two warriors and a feral on steroids = a poor little priestess in shambles. Plus we need to gear up some of our (newer) members a little more. Going to spank that hunter for backpeddling on me.

Though we were still outnumbered, we had a blast running in to get ourselves killed! As for the matter in regards to Hammerfall and its state: We (OotRB, though others are free to RP it differently if they think there's a better solution) have RPed putting out fires and doing a bit of rebuilding here and there after it was set ablaze by the Alliance. I think it's generally a bad idea to RP a settlement as being completely destroyed, especially considering how Hammerfall consists of a bunch of old, run-down buildings. Not like they'll be rebuilt in exactly the same manner if it was completely destroyed.

Anyway, so much for that matter. Tonight was the only night we orcses saw a chance to get involved (and for that 'one person' who was silly enough to claim we were metagaming: We were asked way beforehand to come to its aid, so it was all planned out), so good luck with the remainder of the campaign! We had fun while we were involved.

Again, massive thanks to everyone involved!

Tonight was amazing fun with all the small battles dotted around, and a big special thanks to the Orcs of the Red Blade who came back to defend Hammerfall! We had -great- fun scrapping with you, especially in the smaller battle outside Hammerfall!

Tonight was awesome, sadly I have no footage of the other skirmishes but I DO have the fight with OotRB in the following video. Your second charge was a surprise and sadly I haven't hit the recordbutton there (eventhough we did win it!)
It was a blast, we were all superhappy to scrap with some orcs and the fights were brilliant.

Indeed I did Allthough I did have a lot of shots with spinning camera that I had to cut out. Frankly the most were too laggy and shaky for it anyway xD

Shame we don't have anyone Hordeside filming as well. could combine the two in some way. I always die too fast to film anything.
