We carried on, and eventually switched to PvP gear for the hell of it. Because our numbers had been pretty much equal since the beginning (yes, Dorik and me counted), it would be a fair game. Still the Horde won, however, and whether or not I had some dwarves complaining about us "zerging" in, you can't really say that standing on top of every single exit of the tunnel is a very "fair' tactic either. You use any tactic you can use to your advantage, so will we. That's warfare for you.
The difference there though is that you have ranged as well I was on top of the bunker at the end but still got killed, so not as if we are immune.
Id prefer to see more RP than whining (even though I have done in the past) during the event. I think ive got past the point were winning/losing doesnt matter anyway but doesnt mean I wouldnt like to see a decent fight. I know so far we can pretty much do what we like in regards of tactics but rushing on mounts and using bloodlust is kinda fail in my opinion. Especially when you pretty much do it every charge, skipping past front lines to have 5-6 warriors bladestorm in the middle of the raid.
As I say its up to you lot of course to decide how you play it out but there is clearly room to restrain yourselves a little bit, such as when we split our raid on the Wetlands shore to attack you instead of zerging your smaller group (at the start anyway ).
Im not writing this to say who is wrong or right, as im sure you can gripe about us just as much but just my thoughts anyway.
P.S Perhaps using smaller groups to fight across Loch Modan (like we did with the Forsaken in Silverpine Forest) might be worth a shot to have some WPvP that lasts longer than 10seconds.

Re: The Campaign in Khaz' Modan
We have done the smaller groups PvP before - in fact, we aimed to do that more often in the Wetlands as well, but not always did we have a proper amount of dwarves to face for such skirmishes - but in this situation, with small tunnels and a massive advance upon the next lands, there wasn't really room for anything else. I did make an exception for charging the bunker, however, when I sent only a few groups in to even up the odds a little. In case there's more to follow in terms of this campaign, I'm sure more of it may even follow, should both parties be interested.
I see your point you're trying to make in terms of the charges, but we noticed the dwarves using any skills they saw possible as well after our first charge, so then we decided to use skills such as Bloodlust as well. As the battle ensued, we tried to go a little easier in terms of AoE and the like, but all it takes is one press of a button by a single person when it comes down to Bloodlust.

Yep, as I say im sure both sides fully went for it but just bloodlust is probably a tad too much, especially in mass PvP. Somebody suggested waiting for Dwarf shamans but I dont think most of us can wait that long.
At least it wasnt a total rout and both sides had casualties.

The Gates of Dun Algaz
A multitude of Orcs have laid siege to the Gates of Dun Alagz, although the Dwarves of Khaz' Modan mounted a fierce defense, the bunkers and fortifications were unfortunally lost. In their blazing charge to reach the hearthlands, the Orcs and their Tauren allies failed to properly secure their positions at the Green Belt allowing the garrisons of Dun Modr and Menethil to march onwards unopposed and trapping the Horde forces at the Algaz Pass.
Meanwhile, the noble Humans of Stormwind have come to the aid of their Dwarven allies, bringing forth their Knights who are eager to engage the Horde in glorious battle.

Good, they can keep our airfield clean!
Anyway, I hope to be there next time again, I hope this one wasn't entirely gnome-less without me. Now we only need to get our submarines in the Loch somehow...

Retreat of the TTF
The Tinker Federation regrets to inform that, we cannot afford any more troops to aid in this war.
We will withdraw and focus on our own matters, for now at least.
But we are convinced that with reinforcements comming from the humans, the dwarves will obtain total victory soon enough.
My thoughts go out to those who died in battle and those who still fight, i wish you all the best and will wait for the day we will be able to fight along side of you once more.

over and out!

Presently the red blades have set up a formidable camp in a cave atop a rocky hill, this location is easily defended and well guarded. the red blades have been sending out scouting party's which have regularly clashed with Dwarven scouts from the rifle squad, both sides seem to be awaiting anxiously for the next battle!
will thelsemar burn?
Will the rifle squad gun down the orcs?
Will krogon find his Teddy bear?
