Oh I agree completely, loopholes and thus rp coming from them is good. But we still need some basic system or agreement, one that could effect how nations act toward each other too.

I'm not overly sure such a thing would exist. Nations have their Alliance, sure, but I doubt there would be some universal code of how to deal with things. I'm far more inclined to say that each nation would want to punish anyone according to their laws if said law breaker was on their land.

Oh I agree, but what about extradition of a criminal or mutual enemies? Just bog standard simple stuff, with loopholes to abuse indeed.

They've been extended from restricting it only in the city to now restricting it anywhere in the kingdom.

3.15 Obvious allegiance to the Scarlet Crusade
Wearing the colours or tabards of the Scarlet Crusade within the city walls or performing actions in their name is not allowed, as they are an enemy of the state.
Punishment: confiscation and destruction of tabard and a warning. If encountered again, a day in jail and ten lashes in addition to any other possible sentence.

I assume scarlets could declare themselves emissaries like this guy and be ok to wear the colours? Might want to add that.

EDIT: Also, do we have anybody RPing Magistrates? I know this has been a problem in the past.

The very nature of Roleplaying in an MMO presupposes altering existing lore to accomodate the players. None of our characters exist in the lore, after all, yet their actions still alter the world in which we roleplay. The Scarlets are banned in Stormwind, as a result of player actions.

If the Scarlets that are roleplayed would actually be friendly I am sure the player made law wouldn't be like this but it is what it is.
