How laws of Stormwind could've been...
...had Dragomir's suggestion been accepted!
Eye for an Eye
1.1 If one inflicts corporeal damage upon another, the very same damage should be inflicted upon him and he will pay for the healing
1.2 If the damage done cannot be healed, he will pay a fine accordingly to the severity
1.3 If result is death, burial and reparation to the family will be paid from his capital
1.4 If the attack was with forethought and malice, public pain will be inflicted upon him
1.5 If the damage he did cannot be inflicted back (broke 7 arms), and was intentional, all his limbs and his ribs will be publicly broken and a brand burned on his forehead
1.6 If he acted with forethought but his attack did not succeed, he will face a fine and public paining
1.7 If the one he attacked is a guard or a priest, the punishment will increase two-fold
Ten-fold
2.1 If one takes illegal possession or does damage to another’s property, he will compensate ten-fold
2.2 If the property stolen has importance to the owner, it must be returned
2.3 If such property cannot be returned or is damaged beyond repair, he will pay another ten-fold
2.4 If the property belongs to the State or the Church, he will serve duty to the State or the Church
2.5 If the theft was intentional, his hand will be crushed
2.6 If damage done was intentional, he will be publicly pain
2.7 If he made himself guilty of arsine, he will be thrown into a fire
Fundamental Freedoms
3.1 If one denies another access to a public place without the right to do so, he will be exiled from the same building for a week
3.2 If he used violence, he will be exiled from the place for life
3.3 If one robs another of his freedom without the right to do so, he will lose his freedom for three times as long
3.4 If he denies him anything while taking another’s freedom, same things will be denied to him
3.5 If one chases a man from the man’s house or property, he will be humiliated in public
3.6 If one doesn’t lat a man pray in peace, he will be banished from the place of worship for three days
Slander, Instigation of Crime and Heresy
4.1 If one insults or slanders a priest, official, guard or a foreign dignitary, he will pay a fine
4.2 If one doesn’t follow the Guard’s instructions, he will be robbed of his freedom for a day
4.3 If one slanders or insults the Church or State, he will be humiliated in public
4.4 If one preaches against the King or State, he will be pained in public
4.5 If one preaches open rebellion, he will be exiled for life
4.6 If one preaches against the Light or Church, he is guilty of heresy, and will be humiliated publicly and excommunicated
4.7 If one preaches or instigates violence and crime, to a crowd or to a man, he will be publicly pained, fined and banned from public speaking
4.8 If one calls others to damage church and state property or priests and officials, to a crowd or to a man, he will be publicly pained and exiled.
Sorcery and Witchcraft
5.1 If one commits a crime using Magic, he will be forced to wear an anti-magic collar on top of the regular punishment
5.2 If one raises a body using dark magic, he will be publicly pained and humiliated, and exiled
5.3 If one summons a demon in public, he will be publicly humiliated and demon slain
5.4 If he summons a demon in a Holy Place, he will pay a fine be excommunicated on top of that
5.5 If one bewitches another or places a curse, he will be humiliated and pained in public on top of other punishments, and be branded
5.6 If one takes control of another’s mind or places him under influence, he is responsible for all the crimes committed and on top of that will be branded, humiliated and pained in public
Banditry and Obstruction of Justice
6.1 If one defiles the court order, his punishment will be increased two-fold
6.2 If he defiles it the second time, he will be put to death
6.3 If one doesn’t report a crime or refuses to testify, he will be publicly humiliated
6.4 If one harbors a criminal, he will be publicly humiliated
6.5 If one assists a criminal, he is guilty of all his crimes but his punishment will be twice as small on top of all the crimes he commits in the process of assisting
6.6 If one shows pity or preaches mercy to a convict in process of humiliation or paining, he will be fined and do duty for the State
6.7 If one regularly assaults men in the countryside, city and on the roads, he is guilty of Banditry and will be put to death
6.8 If he seeks to spread terror in city or in countryside, he is guilty of Terrorism and will be put to death
6.9 If he claims the King’s Lands as his own and undermines Royal authority, he is guilty of Rebellion and will be put to death

7.1 If he consorts or befriends an Enemy, he is guilty of lesser Treason and will be branded and publicly pained
7.2 If he assists the Enemy in any way, he is guilty of Treason and will be publicly pained, humiliated and branded
7.3 If one conspires to harm the State or the Church, he is guilty of Treason and will be publicly humiliated, pained and branded
7.4 If one attacks the Kingdom and seeks to bring down the status quo, he is guilty of High Treason and will be put to death
