Leaders of all the guilds in the Alliance, step forward. This is a call to each and every guild of the server, on the Alliance side (for now) to gather together, and have a discussion about the status of our server. I will be trying to contact everyone I am able to during this week, to let them know of a meeting that will be arranged on a day of the following weeks.
Expect this post to be updated soon.

The meeting will take place next Tuesday, the 7th of June, at 20:00. A calendar event is going to be organized for those that have requested participation, and for the rest of the people I have managed to get in contact with that are not in this forum. PLEASE, if I do not contact you, and you feel you deserve to be on such meeting, without a doubt, give me a poke, for I might have missed you by mistake!
Several questions that will be discussed during the meeting. I expect everyone that will attend to it, to find an answer to each during these days so that the meeting can go smooth and fast:
-What do you think the current state of RP is?
-Where are the problems, if there are problems?
-What can we do about these problems?
-What can we do to improve the state of the community?
-How can we bring more RP arround and make the cities and hubs feel more alive?
-What's lacking right now? but most important. Do people want to do anything about it?
Please, think about these questions, but do not make this thread become the discussion in itself. Kudos for Geldar for everything so far.
Expect a new update soon.

Not only what Saihna said. But as well, if there are many unguilded people that may want to take part of this discussion, they can simply join a guild and get informed by their guild leader. If that is not an option, I will be able to give and write the ideas out of what was discussed here once the meeting takes place.

If I'm not misunderstanding, people in some kind of organisational leader-y role are also asked to join (like Geldar and Exaythe), since the idea is to talk about how to improve the RP situation of our lovely DB. If I've got that right, I'll be sure to be there.

I'm de facto coleader of tss with Amaryl and have some influence in the gnome community.
I wonder how you plan to get all rp guild-leaders/community leaders to be able to attend the same meeting though... especially in summertime
