Re: [A] Murders Most Foul, and the Stormwind Epidemic!
The Week of the 5th through 11th of November
Three confirmed dead from the illness, while others find their conditions worsening. Out of the three dead, one was killed by an enraged friend who suffered from the sickness, the victim suffering no symptoms himself. The enraged killer was subdued and taken to the stockades.
- OOC:
- Some NPC's killed by the Fel sickness, and potentially a few players could be sick now. If you need an excuse to act violent or erratic, this is a viable one I am sure. The poisoner is still at large, and the authorities are yet to investigate.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs Requests Assistance investigating a new disease.
The symptoms of this disease include but are not limited to:
- Stomach pains
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Becoming easily irritable
If you believe that you have this disease, know someone who does, are a healer who has treated this disease, or know something about it that wasn't listed above, please contact Minister Webbles Boozeboat or someone at the Cathedral as soon as possible.

A letter would arrive at the Council's headquarters, written on quite dark coloured paper with a silvery ink. The handwriting is somewhere between elegant and practical looking. The envelope seems to be sealed with a seal of the Ebon Blade.
For the direct attention of the Stormwind Council, related to the current blight that has befallen the city;
After some inspection of the symptoms, I believe the matter will require a hands on inspection. My current experience with diseases is albeit related to creation as opposed to curation would allow me to understand the disease, however I would require a suffering patient to truly understand. If you wish to take me up on my offer, any return post can be sent towards the Wardens' Headquarters within the Mystic Ward in Ironforge.
Signed;
Steyen Duskblade, Senate of Ironforge.

Re: [A] Murders Most Foul, and the Stormwind Epidemic!
The Winter Veil and New Year Period
The epidemic plaguing numerous citizens around the city has taken a turn for the...strange? Those who already carried the disease and showed the symptoms suddenly lost most of the diseased traits they carried, only to have them replaced by new and very different ones.
- Lethargy. Those who bear the illness are often very tired, unwilling (and feeling unable) to perform even basic tasks.
- Decreased vital signs. Victims seem to breath less often, have a reduced heart rate and pulse, and react slower to all forms of stimuli.
- Hemorrhaging. Many who carry the sickness seem to bleed profusely at even the slightest wound. A simple cut would bleed for hours if left unattended. This combined with the next symptom have brought many close to death.
- Spontaneous open wounds. Old scars reopen, nose bleeds, cuts forming inside the mouth and other orifices (where weaker, less protected tissue would be found). This has proved near fatal for many victims.
- Strange blood. At first the victims blood became watery, with streaks of a purplish hue among the ordinary crimson. As time goes on those with this symptom find their blood becoming more and more dark and thick, soon even surpassing the regular viscosity of blood. Despite the thickening, hemorrhaging does not decrease. In fact, wounds seem to expand to compensate for the bleeding.
- Healing resistant. Victims are starting to prove more difficult to treat. Wounds that would normally close completely form scars, and larger wounds won't close at all, merely artificially sealed for the time being. This resistance even applies to magical and light based healing.
- Strange reaction to the Light. Those exposed to the Light seem to experience an odd sensation which can be described as a burning feeling without the discomfort or the pain. Most victims are becoming highly resistant to the healing properties of the Light, with extreme cases becoming downright immune.
It is unknown what brought about these changes, but it is obvious to all that these symptoms could prove more fatal than the ones before.
- More info! OOC:
- Those who were able to determine the Fel nature of the disease already would be able to detect that the new symptoms are not caused by the Fel alone. Anyone with experience of void based energy and magic would be able to tell that their is a heavy influence from that type of energy.

The Week of the 23rd of January
Most curious! Those carrying the disease have suddenly began reverting back to their old symptoms, while others appeared to be without symptoms completely. For some this change occurred overnight, others seem to be slowly changing back as the week progresses. Something is not quite the same though. The infected, and seemingly ex infected, appear to have become tougher; highly resilient to pain, bruise less often, skin harder to pierce, and they tire slowly due to physical activity.
What is most peculiar, and troubling, is that those around the individuals who bore the disease, those uninfected and unaffected, report feeling drained of energy when around the patients, as if they had gone without a nights rest prior. This lethargy disappears within an hour of being away from the infected (around 5 human paces away).

Report from an incident, possibly related to the epidemic:
A female nightelf was assault near alleys of Shady Lady Tarvern in Stormwind. Assaulter was a child with a knife as a weapon. The assualted individual suffered knife wounds in head area.
The assaulted reported the child got in fire from the attack possibly due to mana potion drank by the assaulted before the incident.
There were several children connecting to the assault, who fled the scene. But the child with a knife, was reported being acting like unnatural for a child of that age. Possible demonic appearance, or something that causes similar behavior.
