A lot of things seem to be out of touch, from my experience, it seems that Spectral Guise isn't working at all, pop it and people just keep chasing me while I'm still in guise, attacking me without any problem. There seems to be a wide problem of graphical issues too.

Apparently the Warlock "Glyph of Nightmares" that are supposed to let you run on water, doesn't work in BGs (haven't tried the real world yet).

Is it leg part kilts or chest dresses with kilts? If it's dresses, you won't have an issue, if it's an actual leg transmog, then you'll get that.

Curiously enough you can negate the effect by equipping a robe ontop of the kilt, then remove the kilt then the robe.

So it would seem. Not like they actually NEED the extra damage. I mean, they got awesome CC/immobilization/slow effects, high burst (higher than warriors, but most have that without even trying anyway, check Anrim's DK for instance). The only thing they lack a bit in is survivability, but they are supposed to be glass cannons anyway.

Frost Bomb now deals 40% more damage. Frost Bomb now deals 60% of its damage when used against other players, down from 80%.

Pandaren are a good example of how detailed the new models will be. They have facial animations with moving eyes and mouths, fingers that are all individual and not just a mitten, as well as new animations.
