Re: Mists of Pandaria
Between Isle of Thunder dailies and the Grizzly hills dailies, you should be able to farm 700 honor a day without ever engaging in pvp combat...
So right now is a pretty good time to farm that Malevolent set to wear for RP outside blueshielded areas.

Yes. Note that there are two "groups" of grizzly hills dailies. It's the ones down in the south, by the mouth of the river, and by that island in the middle that grant honor, the others (north) are worthless. These give roughly 200 honor.
The Isle of thunder dailies, if you pick the PvP path, should give about 570 honor, if I remember correctly. On the Isle of Thunder, there is a risk of PvP, but in my very limited experience, a lot of the hordies there are PvE-ers and won't engage you, and there will be other Allies doing the PvP-quests alongside you, so you can group up for safety.
Addition:
That means one pvp piece every 2-3 days of questing, which isn't too bad. Also saves you from dying from lack of gear in BGs/buying the crafting set, if you have the patience.

Pretty much the same from the horde point of view, except you don't group up for safety, but because of the low spawn rate on captives, don't know if it's like that on the alliance side.Clydas wrote:

Seemed like that'd be the smart thing to do, yes.

Re: Mists of Pandaria
Having at least 2 people there is nice, yeah. Solanum and I had a great deal of fun taking out 4 alliance that kept trying to attack us... xD They felt so victorious managing to kill us both once when they gathered 6 people and we had an elite on our backs as well. :p Do plan to go there again, although we will no really be doing it for the honorpoints, but I heard the rumor you can gather CP beyond the arenacap there...

Also CP you get from doing the Thunder isle dailies does NOT count towards your cap (Up to the 1800 anyway) So if you just do arenas and do the dailies every day you will get 2150 cp per week.

Re: Mists of Pandaria
Ok, here is clarification from Lead Encounter Designer Ion Hazzikostas (Watcher) regarding the change to Zandalari Warbringers.Yes, it’s intentional. Zandalari Warscouts are supposed to be difficult solo encounters; you can use various control mechanics on them.
Zandalari Warbringers, however, are designed for groups of players. They’re immune to snares and other control effects for the same reason that most 5-player dungeon bosses are: those effects would make the encounter easier than intended. Grab some friends, or invite the people camping the spawn to join your group, and you should be just fine.
In summary, it is dangerous to go alone. Bringing friends should make taking down a Warbringer much more manageable. Was making Horrific Visage uninterruptabale also intended?
Bring a friend with a dispel magic ability to counter Horrific Visage's fear effect.
Suddenly a wild Blood DK appears with up to 4 fear breakers and mad selfhealing.

I wasn't surprised, I simply find it to sound better with "Suddenly" as a prefix. I've played a DK since the start of WotLK you know.

Really? That's good to know, thought it didn't work that way.

One day Blizz'll hire someone to voice act a dwarf without them sounding utterly daft. One day.
Maybe on that day we'll get a decent Gilnean voice actor as well. I need to stop daydreaming!
