God damn... I can't be excited for a game that comes out in 3 years time at the earliest. The concept might be perfected before then and the feeling everyone got with vanilla WoW won't exist in Titan.

I'd prefer a WCIV than another expansion but I've always said there would only be one more WoW expansion, now I'm guessing there will be a second. Another filler before Sarg.

They're spot-on with their art design, if anything.

Questioning whether they'll deliver with all they're promising and if it won't be kind of redundant in today's MMO market, though.

Well, they aren't trying to reinvent the wheel, but the combat has a lot of speed, and movement in it which is nice, as well as a lot of character in the game, we'll see.

I've signed up for beta atleast!

There's no statement from Blizzard, therefor it's not certain, and therefor you should not take these words for granted.

Confirmed with an official statement from Blizz:

In a statement, Blizzard spokesman Shon Damron said, “We’ve always had a highly iterative development process, and the unannounced MMO is no exception. We’ve come to a point where we need to make some large design and technology changes to the game. We’re using this opportunity to shift some of our resources to assist with other projects while the core team adapts our technology and tools to accommodate these new changes. Note that we haven’t announced any dates for the MMO.”

Edited to add; same source as above. But I read somewhere else they've cut around 70% of their staff from the project which is...mildly concerning.

As far as I know, absolutely no information has been released regarding the cost of Xbox One or PS4. So, they're obviously just shoving up a guess so people can start pre-ordering.

Amazon has priced the PS4 and its games the same. Given the rules of pre-ordering on Amazon mean that you get the lowest price between now and release, I think they have just gone for a figure that they are certain will be higher than it ends up so that they don't end up getting caught out when the price is announced.
