I think you could put
Adenah "Duskeye" Thorgint-Goldheart
under the magi of Kirin Tor, somewhat... she's been in Dalaran for a while before returning home. She doesn't actively carry out jobs for Kirin Tor atm.

That's fine, I just want a list of people involved incase they'll be interested in coming to events that'll be hosted that include the Kirin Tors members etc

Saevir lives and does research in Dalaran (when he's not out and about studying stuff), though he isn't an actual member of the Kirin Tor. Would that count?

Alot of human/gnome/high elf magi would have been affiliated with the Kirin'Tor in the past and still carry some kind of bond. Braiden for example studied in Dalaran under an Arch-magi from the Kirin'Tor but he does not consider himself a member. He has many connections/contacts in Dalaran and some amount of reknown in scholar circuits for exploits within the field of alchemy mainly. This means he would likely know about what happens in the city of the magi and possibly be given an invitation to observe/participate in certain events. Perhaps it would be wise to add a list with independent magi/Stormwind mage tower magi/highborne/etc with ties to the Kirin'Tor to avoid confusion?

Regarding Arch-magi status, wowwiki (which is admittedly a halfassed source) describes it like this;

Archmages can come from any arcane caster class as long as they have a sufficient level of arcana and spellcraft knowledge. They must have the ability to cast arcane spells and spells from at least five of the schools of magic at a certain level of proficiency. They must also spell focus in two schools of magic. Archmages of the Kirin Tor forbid warlocks and necromancers from their ranks.

Oressia's full name is (Arcanist) Oressia Spellshade.
