Suggestion: "The War in Alterac"

This is just a suggestion. But I was thinking, now when we are able to do "war games" with each other, choosing our allies and enemies. We could have RP scenario, fully in the BG zone. Having pre-events and so on, works fine aswell, if anyone wants. I was thinking Alterac Valley, since it allowes 40vs40. And is not about capturing flags. I think PvP gear would be recommended, now when we're allowed to transmog aswell.

But what do you think? Please leave a comment or suggestion, even if you're not that interested.

Hmm..wouldn't mind being able to actually play AV the way it was meant to, rather than "OMG! ZERG RUSH!!!11!!"

It would be way preferable over emote fights that's for sure. (for larger scale clashes, i mean.)

Don't you need to be in the same PVP rank range in order to do this? If one group is higher tier than the other it doesn't work, from what I've understood.

Nope, Wargames don't require a rating of any sort and, they don't grant honor, rating, or anything at all either, or that's what I've understood. Basically, they're in the game so you can have a BG for the fun of it. Or in this case, RP a battle.

Not with War Games I don't think...those are just for kind of a bunch of people who want to have a friendly game without rankings or randoms if I understood it correctly when it was announced...

Well, that's good then. I'd love to try out a Wargame, simply to see if it changes the faction icons to the guild ones, and to have some fun against people one can actually talk too outside of the battleground

Hmm...could even use these for RP battles that would otherwise get ppl ganked in, like Forsaken VS Worgens for Gilneas, battles in Outland via EoS and the Outland arenas, and other situations.... Blizz! Make more an AV style Outland BG as well!

Mainly cus nobodies thought about the War Game function since Blizz brought it in... and it was only recently brought so it was overlooked by a lot of people.

I've though about it and suggested it in the Cartel's channel, it never spun off anywhere tho. *Shrug* Always wanted to try it

Because fighting out in the world is more fun than fighting in the worn out BG's that you've grinded for ages, atleast in my opinion. That said, I'm all up for this.

Okay then....so who's got a nice little war in the works we can test this out on?
