Those to whom this letter is addressed are invited to a Grand War Council to discuss and review the battles of Alterac and Tol Barad. We shall go over each battle, determine what went right and what went wrong, and then decide on how to improve for the future. Additionally, potential future operations will be discussed.

Only those who have received this letter of invitation may attend, so that numbers do not prevent proper discussion. Those who wish to make arrangements for specific additional individuals are requested to get in contact with me.

The Grand War Council shall take place on

It was an honour to lead the first battalion in Tol Barad, and I commend you, the rest of Alliance leadership (in particular, Marshal Steelfist), and all Alliance present at the battle for an overwhelming victory.

Unfortunately I will not be able to attend the Grand War Council: Baradin's Wardens have requested that I keep a presence on the Peninsula for one month to aid in overseeing the continued security and ensuring that no threat remains present.

With your permission, I wish to send Sergeant Ethou Beaton and Major Hadell Trelayne in my stead.
