And I agree with Monrena here. He's not a troll.
Just a mindless spammer.
Indeed so makes it hypacritical of him to complain about me and the others when he does the same no?
Shandrea/Nar'Gaya wrote:Frankly, the constant spammmmage of every and all thread is getting ridiculously annoying. You've been asked to cut it short in several threads, I believe, so perhaps that's your cue to take a hint? Not pointing directly at just you, though, Monrena. There are others who are just as bad.
again if its getting realy annoying Pm it dont advetise it.. People respond far better if things like this are sent quieter in private... I am one of them want me to stop derailing all the time how about simply politly asking in pm?? I did already mention this.. And so sorry shaey for this

Anyway, I'm glad with the forums as they are. People spout bullshit other people know no shame and call their bullshit as they see. If you dont want that to happen then dont post bullshit.
Also the desperate attempts of taking the moral highground is beyond sad, stop screaming "TROLL!111!" at everyone that doesnt agree with your weeboo way of dealing.
And last, Shae I hope you have fun and that one day you come to visit holland. Since its way more intresting then that third world UK island.

Last time I did that was a few years ago, was that the one they take you around different set up rooms with actors of "old edinburgh" or is that the proper one where they take you through underneath Edinburgh? Both had similiar names I believe so I think I am mixing them up if anything.
Edinburgh itself is a pretty good city as I previously mentioned was there back in December with the girlfriend for a day. They set up a christmas faire there and there was even an outdoor ice rink, was awesome to say the least. Prince's street was even closed off to traffic which made the experience that much more bearable as we went around.
Even though I am close to it I just never seem to visit it often.
Anyways got to go feeling in guilt and shame knowing Shae can be anywhere between 10-20 minutes away from me walking distance.

This, though he has already caused me to have a nightmare and I'll surely have another one if I learn of him going to the Netherlands.
Regardless, Shae, have fun, but more importantly: Good luck with your interviews!

Sorry Monrena but Corleth isn't trolling, and neither does he spam the threads like some of you. Sure, he jokes a bit sometimes, but it's far from trolling. Also what he posts is relevant towards the topic(s) and purpose(s) of the thread(s). Neither do people view you lowly, they're simply a bit tired of the constant spam. Noone's attacking any of you, they simply give you hints of that your spam is annoying and you take it offensively. :p
Here you have the definition of trolling by the way, what the people here are doing is far from it.
Stop the spam and all will be fine!

- Spoiler:
- In Internet slang, a troll is someone who posts inflammatory,[2] extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, chat room, or blog, with the primary intent of provoking readers into an emotional response[3] or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion.[4] The noun troll may refer to the provocative message itself, as in: "That was an excellent troll you posted".
While the word troll and its associated verb trolling are associated with Internet discourse, media attention in recent years has made such labels subjective, with trolling describing intentionally provocative actions and harassment outside of an online context. For example, mass media has used troll to describe "a person who defaces Internet tribute sites with the aim of causing grief to families.

The layout of where you can and can't go in town changes every two weeks, I now have I've around the back of Princes Street just to get there.
Shae's in town though, so no probes for him. Shame he's only gonna be free for two days

again as i have said.. it it was bugging people a simple Private message would have been perfectly fine not some half Joke half jab in the ribs on the forums.. I may ramble a Lot.. But I never poke fun at people Not in the manner that was done here..
If people had a problem with it.. Fine Ask Properly and sensebly Dont do sarcastic and subtle hints.. Thats just rude
I am going to say no more on this matter.. If anyone else wishes to coment on this send me a personal message instead.. Im geting tired of defendding myself in a channel that is supposed to be for shae's awsome holiday to edingbourough...
On that note I did go to edingborough some time ago.. Visited the Castle and.. I remember a street I got delisious Butter short bread buiskets.. Delishious The only thing i remember about the castle sadly is a small shoot above the main gate that I can only assume was used to poor boiling oil down when it was attacked.. sadly I dont remember anything else.. I was young

Durham is one of my favourite places (at least in the North of England!) for architecture, and history. The Prince Bishops were a interesting lot for one... and the cathedral, second only to Lincoln (or the Minster at York) for me.
That is a great photo too.

Yeah it's such a lovely little city. Quiet, cobbled streets, tall Tudor-esque buildings or something, lots of cafe's, coffee shops, book shops and the castle/cathedral pleasantly looming over it all. Such a chilled out and nice place to live.

Aye, I meant the acting and "scaring". Pretty much to show how (according to them, hell do I know ) the murderers of Scotland's past were. Just a ghost house really. But I had fun, especially since they asked me of all people to step up on the podium to introduce myself to get a sentence. The actor started singing and shit.

Re: Shae's grand adventure
I don't even fucking care, guys. This thread is bullshit now anyways, just started because someone was scared that the RL pic thread would have a lot of shae pics. And worse is that he's going to be pissed at all of us for turning talk about his holiday into an argument that could have been ended if, instead of being snide and elitist, you guys just APOLOGISED and calmly explained what was wrong.
I've never been openly told I'm spamming, I dont intentionally try to, I just post in a way that feels normal. So if Cor wants to snidely tell everyone that it doesn't matter if you hurt my feelings in another thread a while back, or you guys want to piss all over me and my friends, you can all go to hell.

Re: Shae's grand adventure
Sorry (or not) to piss on your chips, Lyniath, but the Durham thing is perfectly on topic.
Talking about somewhere we know, and encouraging Shae to go see it, should he have time. Durham is within spitting distance of Scotland (hence the big walls to keep the ginger ones out), it's certainly worth the time if Shae in future goes again. Or anyone for that matter.
So your call against spam is, well, spam? I guess so. But I can't actually be arsed wagging fingers and taking names.
As for the Edinburgh Dungeons, I think they're operated by the same company who do the York and London ones. They're a bit shite to be fair, I took an ex's daughter to one for a day out a couple of years ago. Overly expensive and very hammy acting (which is always bad). They smelt of stale sweat and wee as well... save your money!
Go see the face in a jar in the Medical museum! And the penises and nut sacks from the Crimean War! It's almost as fun as it sounds.
And Mons Meg at the Castle (surely you'd love to get your grubby hands on a big cannon?).
The Castle is the RHQ of the Royal Regiment of Scotland, within which The Highlanders (Cameron) are based. That was my Grandad's regiment (since 2006 a battalion of the RRS).
Arthur's Seat is worth a trip up, too. Usually when the weather is clear (even if cold). Nice views and open skies.
