Plus all was accomplished without calling anyone a corpse, heretic or demon-alien thing. I could of went all zealous but the point of the Mass was to discuss the current situation of Duskwood and the Chapters stance on it. Didn't want to get into off-topic debates and arguments in fear that message would be lost. Doesn't mean Adraste wasn't thinking it though! >.<

People who take that recitation as meaning the Draenei will suffer a Lightless existence showcase a fundamental misunderstanding of the particular recitation and the Anethionean orthodox doctrine.

By Lightless races, it means races without any capacity or affinity to 'the Light', such as murlocs, furbolgs, troggs, orcs, trolls...

The Draenei are clearly a Light-blessed race with a prophet of their own, however he is not their final prophet. Anethionean's believe they will one day recieve one of their own more in line with the Anethionean belief. I've used this example before I think, but it is similar to how Islam see's the other Abrahamic faiths as possessing of truth (i.e 'being of the Book'), but having been corrupted in some ways over time.

The tenth catechism of the Anethionean church, the unalterable concrete interpretation of how Anethionean's view other Light-worshiping races is: "Those who do their Sacred Duty are also beloved by the Light, their ways of worship are however inferior to the true Anethionean Faith. Those races who do not follow the Holy Light may one day receive a prophet of their own" - "If you do Sacred Duty (do good, combat evil and avoid selfishness) you are recognized as a believer (in the general sense), and deserve some respect." So, clearly, the Anethionean church does not believe Draenei to be living a Lightless existence.

Written on a whim, but I hope that clears up some stuff for those not that familiar with Anethionism in-depth. What would be interesting however, would be if someone decide to roll a Draenei proclaiming himself as the next 'Anethionean prophet' - it would definitely cause a stir. Wink

Lex is forgiving, respectful, often shows mercy and restraint, honest, seeks to improve his circle with union and connections with each other, fights for justice (his own form). In many ways he is a Paladin in action.

Dru follows the light out of fear of her people and a desire to be restored to life.

Lex = exist to better himself and others.
Dru = self.

Perhaps LEx will be DK anethion.
