The point being that men have spent the last few millenia being inherently sexist and getting away with it, even placing the whole women inferiority into the base culture are religion of many cultures, and now that guy is acting the victim.
It would be even more whiney if it were a muslim man complaining about women being sexist.
Plus, that bit about that crime show was true. Like 80% of the time in murder its a man killing a woman, at least here it is.

Equality between genders doesn't translate into: men acted bad the last x years, so now women should act bad for the next x years. That's only asking for a wave function, while a general logarithm approaching 0, where the number is the amount of unviable difference, is what is wanted for equality.
