I loved Draenei from the very start and still don't understand the hatein' but oh wells, that a side, although the Pandarian may be a little bit of a marmite race, I think their awesome style and zones will balance out the fluffy-pandie side. SAMURAI PANDA!

Edit: Even if some buildings look funny.

I know Ninjas are Japanese, but I think the Pandas will have some ninja-school in WoW, hence blizzard raping IRL lore.

Don't expect samurai or ninja pandas. Blizzard used to use more Japanese outfits and so on for the pandaren (there are pictures of samurai pandaren), but the Chinese bitched a lot about it. Hence why all pandaren now display proper China culture/clothing.

I believe this is because of China shooting down Blizzard's original panda plans because the panda's were being portrayed as "Too Japanese". Assuming that decree is still in effect, I'd say its safe to say that Blizzard is at least going to make an effort to avoid as much Japanese influences as possible and just stick to Chinese.
