Check out the East End Echo in the IC Section of the forum, and be wary for the Old Brewery opening to customers soon!

Come to the Old Brewery: the filthiest, seediest, most ill-famed pub in Stormwind! Lively ambience and good boozes, a hooligans' favourite! (Located in the Dwarven District, at the entrance to Cut-Throat Alley)

JP: "Ahh, I'm.. sure an opening deserves a visit. Such places for social gathering are.. interesting.. to observe. Surely, there could be no harm in a simple visit!"

What are the opening times? Razz

As for now, when I can, usually during the evening. I'm still working on a definite schedule.

We're also working on boxe-fights to take place in the backyard, stay tuned.

An incomplete list of our activities, directly from our forums.

Protection racket ([You must be registered and logged in to see this link.])
A protection racket is an extortion scheme whereby a criminal group or individual coerces other less powerful entities to pay money, allegedly for protection services against external threats (usually violence or property damage).
The Forlorn Cartel extorts money from local shopkeepers and traders, in exchange of a so-called "protection". If the target refuses he's soon "persuaded" to be in the need of protection, through assaults and beatings done by the Forlorn Cartel associates. Almost everyone is involved in this activity.

Drug trafficking ([You must be registered and logged in to see this link.])
Drug trafficking is the illegal production and distribution of controlled drugs and narcotics.
The Forlorn Cartel controls the biggest and better organized drug trade in the Eastern Kingdoms, having on its payroll drug bosses, taskmasters and plenty of dealers. It also controls the only opium den in town. The one overlooking on this business is Feydor.

Unlicensed bare-knuckle boxing ([You must be registered and logged in to see this link.])
Bare-knuckle boxing is the original form of boxing, closely related to ancient combat sports. It involves two individuals fighting without any boxing gloves or other form of padding on their hands. The difference between a streetfight and a bare-knuckle boxing match is an accepted set of rules, such as not striking a downed opponent.
The Forlorn Cartel organizes a weekly fighting ring in the infamous Cut-Throat Alley, involving the toughest goons in town wishing to fight for money and glory. Betting on those fights is an extremely common activity too. The ones overlooking on this business are Ezlbag and Swindle.

Bootlegging ([You must be registered and logged in to see this link.])
Bootlegging is the illegal business of transporting (smuggling) alcoholic beverages where such transportation is forbidden by law.
The Forlorn Cartel smuggles exotic boozes from Booty Bay and Ratchet and sells them to the local bartenders; it may happen that the latter are forced, through intimidation and violence, to buy those goods even if not interested. The Forlorn Cartel also brews its own beer in its brewery. The one overlooking on this business is Orville (Zinkle).

Arms trafficking ([You must be registered and logged in to see this link.])
Arms trafficking is the illegal trafficking or smuggling of contraband weapons or ammunition.
The Forlorn Cartel smuggles weapons and explosives from outisde the Stormwind Kingdom and sells them to fellow outlaws, mercenaries and sometimes to professional weapon sellers. The one overlooking on this business is Damor (Zinkle).

Happy birthday to us, our first year of activity! We'll celebrate it with a rally in Stormwind and a party in the Forlorn Caverns. Long live organized crime.

Gogol made this post a while ago, it explains well what are we about:

This is generally the most logical way to integrate quik thieves into GENERAL RP. By that I mean in a non W-PvP situation.

General Use of Brawlers, Bawlers and Bastards - The General use of street urchins in roleplay when your character does not possess a magical means, or that fine, maney years of assassin education. There are a number of reasons the use of em Bastards adds to the roleplay, such as:

In the streets - Strolling down a back alley or a main street, where ever these sneak thieves go they will add some proper immersion for everyone.

Bothering you - These beggars and newsboys and quick thieves here in the district, the sailor dives and gin mills and blind tigers on the Waterfront, the anglers and amusers, the she-hes and frepps are all more or less lacking in proper education, and as in general with that comes narrowmindness. Fear, superstition, paranoia all hauls from it; racism. Even if these light forsaken chracters have nothing to do with you, they will sure offer you some RP.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Criminals and Guards - A cut-throat will and should never go up against a well drilled, heavily armoured guard, expecting to win. A single guard should on his hand never go up against a gang of ten back stabbing Miner boys, expecting to win. Mutual respect is the keyword here. They both need each other, giving rp to the other side to work with.

How we are rough, but not unbeatable - With the attitude of these poor souls of the lower classes, comes maney arguments. And with arguments comes the fists. And a street thug is no great samuray-ninja warrior, it's throwing fists and heads, sometimes a stiff kick. Flying round houses, dropkick two barreled shotgun hi-low crouching tiger stuff is NOT what the usual street thugs do.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Defeatable - Yes you can fights us, you can even send your filthy sneak thieves, base defilers unworthy any noble name, but sticks and stones cant break our bones.
Fight the rising tide of criminality, we support this, we want this. Win over us, have us rot in your rotting jail cells, this we want too.
But we will come back, with a vengance. Unless, we've grown to old.

I want your thoughts on this.

With best intentions.
