The Forlorn Cartel's Weekly Happenings.

Good day, ladies and gentlemen. I proudly present to you: this thread.
We at the Forlorn Cartel are, of course, awesome... But even we depend on every single person in this community. And thus, we came up with this simple, but potentially very effective concept. A weekly event.

“What the flying fuck,” You might shout, and I can understand the kerfuffle. This isn’t something new! Weekly event have been held for years! Yes, yes indeed! But we, personally, find that weekly happenings that revolve around the same thing can become a drag for regular attendees.
This is why we’re doing this. Instead of offering one event, week after week... We’ll be setting one day, on which we’ll host -different- events every week. Or, at least, that is our admirable goal.

You might call us nuts for wanting to come up with a new event every week, and rightly so. That’s why we won’t be doing that. We’ll go through a randomized routine of popular events we’ve hosted in the past, with the occasional once-a-year/month happening for variety’s sake.
So instead of having a, for example, weekly meeting in which we stand around people talking politics on, let’s say, every tuesday of every week.. we’ll be bringing Fight nights one week, gambling evenings another and so on. We hope that this’ll keep things fresh, and enjoyable to attend every week. (Not a hatepoke at any political RP. I love ‘t. It just has a very selective audience)

What we ask of our beloved potential visitors is.. Which day?.. Of course, this event will be organized by The Cartel, but it’ll be organized for everyone. Naturally, we’ll have guild-only events next to these.

But great idea. Probably for fight nights i'd sugest that there are two fights at the same time, so that it won't take that long.

Sounds like great fun! I miss the days of street fights and chasing simple thugs, getting tired of cultists with super powers these days.

I'm guessing not Friday or Saturday, since people like to go do that..socialising thing. Perhaps Wednesdays or Mondays?

I am guilty of socializing
So weekend wouldn't work for me personally, but if the audience requires it we'll work 't out. My personal preference is with wednesday as thursday has the senate that we're involved with sometimes.
But don't let me influence your opinions.
