Look at this! Over 300 posts and 6000+ views, brings a little moisture into my eyes ^^.
To celebrate, I'm posting todays comic early! (Has nothing to do with the fact that I left work early today )

Admit it, getting the "!" above your head anytime you wanted someone to do something would be rather silly.
I wanted another scene showing idle times since it gives some life to the relationships between the characters.
Now, the chessboard in this strip took way much longer time to make than it needed, as someone who has played quite alot of chess I felt the need to make a game that made sense to someone who looked at it, unfortunately the end version became to small to notice .

Re: Requiem of a Warlock
Hello readers. What would you say if I were to post another comic right now? Pretty awesome, right?

When Roleplaying a military organization you're inevitably going to end up doing some marching over vast areas of space. The problem with that is that it's fairly time consuming, and chances are that most of the people you're marching with are disciplined soldiers, and since walking in a straight line in stoic silence can get somewhat boring... Now, the Baron was never anything close to disciplined and would often try to lighten the mood during times such as this. Of course, when your commanding officer hates your guts... Well hilarity ensues .

Re: Requiem of a Warlock
Dang, the "first" game seems a lot less impressive when only two are playing it .
Anyhow, latley I've been working on something, and I wanted to see how you feel about it. When I first started drawing the comic a bit more than a year ago I didn't think I'd keep it up as long as I have. To tell you the truth I figured I'd make four of five of them and then get bored. As such I didn't bother too much with the art style etc (most of it is just a quick conversion of another project I was working on at the time).
As a result, the art style (while reasonably realistic) are not ideal for a comic. Therefore, the last few weeks I've been sketching on a new style which - while more cartoonish, allows me to make things such as more expressive faces, more dynamic poses (one of the main problems with the current style is that it's quite difficult to work with when it comes to anything other than static poses).
Anyhow, I wanted to post some of the concept for the new artwork here and see what you (my lovely core fanbase) thinks of it:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
Keep in mind that it's far from final, there is alot of work left to be done with shading on clothes, a few tweeks with the coloring and a load of 20 or so characters to convert to the new style (should I go with it). My goal is to switch styles once I'm finished with the current arc (which will go on for about 8 or 10 more strips). But I wanted to ask what your opinion about it is? Do you like it or do you prefer the old, more realistic, style?

Personally I like the old style. Partly 'cause I'm used to it, but also because I rather suits the comic and story!

I see your point. One of the biggest strenghts with the current style is that it's fairly realistic making the characters appear quite human. If enough people feel this way then maybe I'll just do an upgrade of the old style instead.

Well then, I'll probably end up making a mixture between the two. Something like this perhaps?

Edit: Oh, and it should probably be noted that with this upgrade the Baron will be able fire one shadow bolt from each hand. While jumping.

Actually, I'm quite preoccupied with a little game called IRL. Since the promotion, I'm at work far more than before, and during the weekends I'm usually with my girlfriend. Gives me precious little time for videogames - and that goes dubble for MMOs. I'll be back to WoW sooner or later though. But not with the same activity as before.

I like the old style aswell, I'm pretty okay if the poses aren't that overly dramatic. Something about the old style that caught me.
Oh btw, are you bored of bad SWTOR yet?

Yes, I'm done. It was rather "meh" game play was fine, but RP unfortunately close to non-existent. Rarely managed to find anyone willing to roleplay. Even the RP guild I joined was less then interested .
Anyhow, time for this weeks comic:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
I had to work late today, so you get this weeks strip a few hours later than usual. I hope you don't mind.
Strahnbrad, if you don't remember, is the place were the Baron grew up. Which means drama will ensue shortly.
