DA2 is great, the demo played beautifully, but...

Flemeth got a whole lot younger and better looking in the week or so after the DA:O wardens left, though, if I followed the plot correctly. That's some storybreaking that I'm not so sure about and hope it's just a graphical update, and nothing more.

Doesn't Flemeth steal bodies? And trying to avoid a DA:O spoiler, but I can't, doesn't she have a good reason to need a new one after she meets the Wardens?

After the wardens leave, they soon come back to kill her, though...? You can, at least, so it doesn't really make sense to have her throw in a bodyswap there...

It did confuse me greatly when I played through the demo. :<

It is a confirmed change due to the new art direction DA2 took. She is not the only DAO returning character to have a serious makeover...

EDIT: Regarding Flemeth. It's not really confirmed "She steals bodies". That was Morrigan's assumption I recall but Flameth's agenda is not really known so that assumption of her breeding daughters and replacing bodies to outlive her life is but as stated, just an assumption. Morrigan makes light of this at a later point, I think in the Witch Hunt DLC but can be wrong. And while she can be "killed" in Origins as part of Morrigan's personal quest, it is clear that alone will not kill her as she will always come back. Killing her dragonform is just a way to prolong her return.

"Flemeth is not a blood mage, not an abomination, and not even truly human. "

If I am to take a wild guess. Flemeth's agenda will become apparent in DA3 should Bioware ever go on to develop that.

Anders was an arcane warrior in awakening. Or well to classify it...Healer in plate. Worked rather smooth.

To be fair, Isabella has always been known to be a pirate and to look different than she did in Origins: She just lacked a unique model due to time constraints/lack of pirate models for such a minor (In Origins) character.

By that logic I would assume that be the very reason for Flemeth's change as you wondered earlier. Razz

Flemeth isn't a "Talk to once to learn a skill" character. While we don't see much of her in Origins, she's still a pretty big influence overall. Not really the same kettle of fish.

I like the music!. Tho I can understand how the content can disturb some people where one can view the company as having balls for doing such a scene but yeah I don't mind this vid. In a real zombie situation shit like that would happen anyway. How many resident evil games did you go without seeing a child zombie? o.<
