Bobby Kotick's antics with the CoD franchise (and the gaming industry in general) just grinds me in a bad way. I wouldn't reward the shit they're doing with MW3 with a pre-order.

It's got good singleplayer. The entire CoD series after MW are probably the worst MP shooters ever though.

In all honesty, I would actually prefer Battlefield 3 in this coming season. Modern Warfare 3 comes with a lot of cool features, such as the Elite database. A very nice addition but having it to be a paid service is not something that they will win many customers on. Battlefield has already their own, free database where players can check their stats up on with.

The only thing I see making MW3's Elite database be successful is because of their easy ways of creating Clans, Groups and the sociality you will get access to.

I missed the ME3 reel due to the stream crashing, but the Kinect Ghost Recon gunsmith looked incredibly impressive.
