No clue what castamere is though I concur with this! It's breathtaking to see the scenery and the characters in HD.I'd never lower myself to watching it in anything less than 720p.
I have to agree with Melnerag. Atmosphere and the ambiance is done so perfectly in this episode. I had my boxes on loudest and I nearly fell off my chair when the wildfire exploded. Never thought they'd do it so majestic..

- "A Storm of Swords":
- The song describes the rebellion of Houses Reyne and Tarbeck, Tywin being seventeen at the time and his father Tytos reigning as the Lord of Casterly Rock. Tywin lead the Lannister force against the rebellious houses, and utterly wiped them both out. No heir was left, and their seats, Castamere (House Reyne) and Tarbeck Hall, were razed to the ground. After the victory, the song was written to describe his triumph and ruthlessness.
"And who are you, the proud lord said,
that I must bow so low?
Only a cat of a different coat,
that's all the truth I know.
In a coat of gold or a coat of red,
a lion still has claws,
And mine are long and sharp, my lord,
as long and sharp as yours.
And so he spoke, and so he spoke,
that lord of Castamere,
But now the rains weep o'er his hall,
with no one there to hear.
Yes now the rains weep o'er his hall,

The proud lord is Lord Reyne, "the Red Lion", named so after the red lion in the coat of arms of House Reyne. The one he is "addressing" is Tytos Lannister, "the Toothless Lion". The whole talk about claws describes the rebellion, the "rain weep o'er his hall, with noone there to hear" the destruction of the house at the hands of Tywin.

- This is my prediction for how much they'll show
- Jon Snow killing halfhand, then his story ends with him rather "going to meet Mance" or meeting him and he says "I'm going to march on the wall."
- Arya finishing on getting the coin and learning the words OR Meeting Lem and that lot and ends with her walking off with them.
- Ramsey Snow 'killing' Theon and Bran etc escaping.
- Jaime and Brienne fighting, though I can't really remember what those two were doing around this point! I just remember their fight and then getting captured by the goat.
- House of the Undying and hopefully meeting STRONG BELWAS!!
- Robb introducing his new girlfriend to his mum AND/OR executing the Karstarks who betray him.
- BUT FINALLY, my prediction of the finale ending is the prologue to book 3... THREE HORNS MEANS WHITE WALKERS!
