Might want to keep in mind that, as far as I'm aware, the planned meeting in Razor Hill isn't quite the same as what's mentioned here. For starters, not all representatives would be present or invited, if that were to be the case, and I understand it's mostly concerning the upcoming campaign in Northrend too, so instead of already discussing any potential locations, we might want to decide how to roll with this thing first.

I personally liked the suggestion of ambassadors too. Perhaps if they have gained enough trust in due time, their guilds or such can be allowed a better place within this so-called "council" too (and think up a better name, cause council sounds too prissy for Horde if it ain't used along with something "war"-ish).

A brainfart of mine, regarding what Vectoria said on who's allowed to speak. Would it be an idea to have a neutral party to let people speak, and perhaps handle the agenda of the day (maybe invitations to the next meeting, so to speak)? Or is that unnecessary and just - you know - something that'll get in the way. It would only be someone to announce the topic, let people speak, and not voice their own opinions (hopefully).

I've got an unguilded orc that could handle it IC, but I suppose that might be a stupid idea since that could seem like favoring the orcs further. Not sure yet.

Covenant, enclave?

And I don't see a problem with being the neutral party, would have to be that or a tauren.

Aye, I reckon a neutral party would be a welcome sight, and most of Morgys' characters got the scaryness that is needed to keep everyone seated. *Cowers*
Also, as Kozgugore mentioned, the meeting in Razorhill will be about the war up North.
As for the name of the 'council' (I agree again, that Council sounds a bit too Tux and tie for my taste)
I've thought of Gathering (Perhaps with something infront of it?)
The word is as neutral as it can get and sounds like it can suit all aspects of the horde, perhaps with the exception of Blood elves who might see it a bit uncivilised?

Still a tad War-like in my ears.
What I think the name should represent would be that it should be a gathering for all sort of things.

P.S. Deleted the previous post beacuse I was unaviable to find an edit button.

P.P.S. ZOMG! The Gathering of All sorts of things!

Maybe throw in Wisdom somewhere.
Gathering of Wisdom (sounds like somekind of old orcish practice)
Ring of Wisdom... meh.
Conclave of Wisdom.

Autobots roll out, no seriously, I got nothing against "Court of the Clans" but you'd confuse the belfs because we don't do clans <3

I was thinking more of Court of the Clans to be like an old orc thing on Draenor and what not that has been reborn to suit the modern times whilst keeping its name

Saurfang had this snazzy multi-racial outfit down in Silithus called the Might of Azeroth. granted, it had alliance races in it too, but it seemed like a good theme for naming a multi-racial force.

Might of the Horde for the combined forces then? And The Gathering of Might for the meeting itself.

I'll have to make a proper think of the idea of a council wrt to The Third Way... (more to follow).

But wrt to Grufftoof and BDLI? If the council makes it easier to sell tings dat go brock and boom, den dat be gud. So... i'm sure he might be interested in being interested.

OOC: good idea, I will keep reading.

Well, my guild is loyal to the horde even though we don't live the war that much as a racial guild, we're still loyal and we do honor the Horde. We don't have dark agendas or anything but we work a little different than the horde, to the other (light) side, as in, we're more of vindicators serving Alexstrasza than some cultists or anything, being our main concern to protect her ideals (life, balance, things) so it kinda doesn't fit sometimes but well, we in the AN can work that out.

Anyway, if you need help with anything, we're oocly great enthusiasts of the idea, so me or Alathena are always available if needed! :p

Right, you weirdos. I'll try to sum up the points we need to discuss, or are otherwise important.

Name: Avengers (Placeholder)
When: Every two weeks (Is that too often? Should it only be monthly?)
Where: Warsong Hold for the first meeting, then the locations will alternate in accordance to the different members of the "council".

Who will be there?

A neutral party to "guide" the meeting.

Full members
The Cult of Shadow (1-2 Representatives)
Orcs of the red blade (1-2 Representatives)
Sin Belore (1-2 Representatives)

Ambassadors

Second Gurubashi Empire (1 Ambassador)

--

I am not sure where to place Ashen Nevren, because - ast stated - they are clearly Horde. So fully fledged member or ambassador, what would the guild itself prefer the most?

I would gladly place the Mistrunners in as members too, but I haven't seen them around in quite a while. I know there are other tauren guilds (Like Grimtotem), but I'm not sure how active they are, nor if they are "Horde", so to speak.

None of what I just wrote is cut in stone. I just figured it might make things easier to overview if I made a little list. I like lists, and mindmaps *twitch*
