Recent History

House Michaelis was in the area of Duskwood. It was a very rich family, quite famous at the time, which was about ten years ago. The Head of the Family was named Keith Michaelis, and was skilled in ice magic. His wife, was called Rachel Michaelis, and was skilled in Conjuration. There were two children of the family, fraternal twins. One called Eva Michaelis, a girl who was skilled in Conjuration, much like her mother. The other was called Tobias Michaelis, who had a fast understanding of Alchemy and exceeded many expectations, but had seemingly no magical prowess.
When Eva and Tobias were nine, there was a mysterious fire. The guards of the house had all been slaughtered. Tobias rushed to his fathers study to find his father with a large hole where his heart should have been. When he got to his sisters room, he witnessed her burn to death, and he gained a large burn scar on his right shoulder, when he tried to save her. Him, his mother, and one of the Servants of the household managed to escape the fire, which was started by a Mysterious man named Ramirez Hex.
Seeking help, they tried to make their way to Stormwind, which led through Westfall. On the way, both Rachel, and the Servant died of unknown illnesses, and they were weakened by fatigue. Tobias survived and by this time, he was thirteen. He continued his life, and is now nineteen, calling himself Steven Adams. But that's another story.

Just a bit nitpicky I guess.
But do you mean Hearth like as a fireplace?
