Operation Moonhammer Operationmoonhammer

Ghostlands is a part of the original Blackened Woods. The current Ghostlands region borders the reclaimed Eversong Woods in the north, and is the location of Zul'Aman.

Little is known of this shadowy region of Quel'Thalas. The blood elves applied the scorched earth policy to these woodlands, effectively giving the Scourge as pyrrhic a victory as possible. It is likely that vengeful phantoms of the battles with the Scourge and a majority of the undead remnants left over from the invasion of Quel'Thalas still linger here...

In recent days it is also the staging ground for the combined Darnassus-Ironforge assault into Quel' Thalas. From a small Night Elf outpost at the Shalandris Isle the invders aim to capture the town of Tranquillien and the Thalassian Pass. The proud Blood Elves stand resolute in their defense of the homeland. Now, admist the ruins and rubble of the past the future of the region will be decided...Operation Moonhammer begins.

Chapter one: The Landing
The Dwarves of Ironforge are the first ones to set foot on Quel' Thalas, arriving by ship, thier Night Elven allies having been delayed by a storm over the Great Sea. From their landing zone the Dwarves have begin probing the Blood Elf defenses and found they have fortified themselves in the ruined villages wich dot the Ghostlands. As soon as the Night Elves arrive, the battle will begin for real...

Sounds like a great plotline!

Only got one bit of criticism regarding the map: The sanctum of the Sun should be red too, it's got Belf NPCs.. Magisters, guards! Razz

Wait, what?

And how about you specifiy your allies as "Nature's Grasp" instead of "Darnassus"

I second what Mandui said, I participate under my nelf rogue in this event and its just awesome, both the Alliance members and those from the Horde. If you do not wish to be a part of it atleast have the common decensy to respect others effort at making RP, and if you cannot keep your distance Smile

Split the topic as per request, since people carried on afterwards. Be civil. Keep it clean, or it will be cleaned up. The hard way.

If people had been patient they would eventualy get the chance to join.
Rp-pvp takes time to build up, if people show up and act without any regard towards others we're getting nowhere.

Well the rp-pvp battles with the Cult and sin belore has been lots of fun since we both check each others gear and health before we begin to make sure everyone's happy with it. Just got pissed off when this random sunfury elite comes running -after- the battle in full pvp gear, aiming everyone who had rp gear but ignoring the one who had pvp (and even beating on her).

Can I just say, i'm really enjoying the events. But more so i'm enjoying where they are going.

Look at what has happened, a relatively small event between a few guilds is evolving into a world event. Which is rather amusingly close to how it would happen in real life. As the combat increases, more nations on both sides are attracted. I hope to even get the Arathorians involved!

The Silvermoon Council, Will once fully formed, call of the allies of Silvermoon, and they are very grateful for the help the cult have provided so far, and hope they will knee on doing so until the dwarves and Night elves are driven from the kingdom of Quel'Thalas.

Orcs might be gotten AND it seems the gnomes have joined the dwarves aswell. I was really happy when a guy in Silvermoon came up to me and told us about them....

I wonder if this can be evolved into the plaguelands crusade in some way or another.
