Meeting of arcane minds

"Arcane users, or those interested in arcane, are invited to attend a meeting on the 12th of May at eight bells in the evening (20:00) at the Academy of Arcane Arts and Sciences within the Wizards Sanctum in the Mage District of Stormwind City. The meeting is a event where users of the arcane, or those who have things to debate, discuss or wish to listen about issues relating to the arcane, can come and talk to like-minded users.

The meeting shall be headed by myself, the minister of magic within the kingdom of Stormwind, and hosted by the Academy of Arcane arts and Sciences.

(( Ooc section: This is hopefully going to be the first of many arcane meetings for the Alliance where magi, or those interested in the arcane, can some and discuss issues or matters that concern them. Warlocks do count as users of the arcane. Just use your brain, don't come walking in with demons if you value your toons life. Magi aren't the friendliest of people to warlocks! If people have any questions don't hesitate to send me a whisper in-game, or post something on this forum.))

Anyhow, either way might attend it on my warlock. Of course after last times incident, he'll not be trying to steal your magical weapons. As well as... Er be in a disguise and stuff. Friendly or not! Sharing knowledge of arcane is fun either way.

Sadly was called into help my old guild on Throne of Thunder a bit so yeah couldn't come. Hope ya all had fun though.

Thanks for to the few who did turn up, and no worrys to those who didn't. While the numbers might not of been great some interesting topics were spoken and debated on. While it wasen't as grand as I planned, I did find it enjoyable, and I hope others felt the same way. I might try and form another event like this in the future.

I missed this due to IRL stuff.
My RL is becoming busier than I'd like it to be so my activity has become very sporadic. :/

Pro tip, set a date for the next one already. "In the future", and you easily forget to hold the next.

I do promise I will get around to making "ANOTHER" as the eipc thing above asks--nae--demands! Though at the moment I'm swooped of my feet with Irl-things, which sucks! But I will try and set a date at the end of this, or the begging on next, month. If anyone has desired dates of when to set up another meeting feel free to ask, and I'll try and fit it around what date everyone would like best, and when I can do it.

I don't mind setting one up if you don't have the time. I am addicted to magic RP, and must have my regular fix.

Feel free to do so! As much as I like doing events, bringing up issues for all to debate and speak with is something that I need to look into icly, and find out, for some people don't bring up what could bring more role play. Just so it's not ten minutes long, and dull as a fel-users senses! If I have the time I will also come along, and add with any issues or known problems to my toon at that time. It's nice to not be the main focus at times, and I do like being on the side lines, than the main focus, despite my role as a Minister.

But, yes! If you want to go ahead and set something up. The last thing I want is people feeling they can't host or make magic events, because some guy in a pointy hat does a few. It's all role play at the end of the day, and if it makes more for the magical community then I welcome and ask people who want to do such, to feel free and make their events. Lots of yeses from me!

On it. Any preferred day? I like wednesdays. They usually seem oddly void of events.

Wednesdays seem fine and dandy on my part. I'll make sure I can remove any work I have for then so I can -hopefully- attend. Which date would suit you the most? Just so I know which date to throw all my files onto the floor, screaming "Screw this crap"

I will sort it out tonight, when I have access to the Adventurers Guild calendar.
