Dalaran returning to the Alliance

I'll edit this when we have a concrete date planned but I was hoping to get things in full swing maybe next week? It's my best week to organise anything because it is reading week for me, so if it gets delayed further - it may have to be someone else.

It's been a while since we all learnt about Dala coming home and we all wanted the event a month ago. We were leniant with patch 4.3 because some people wanted to do the quests. I think those people have had long enough (the way I see it, if you haven't done the dailies by now, this event clearly doesn't mean that much to you / you don't care about quests and want to get it rolling!)

So if I scheduled this in for next Thurs/Friday or something, how much interest would it bring among the mage community? I was thinking of a DM event, with people playing Sunreavers as well.

The event would literally be based around kicking those pointy earred goons out of the city and perhaps a lead up to the next council where it all can be announced.

Feedback is welcome/appreciated!

It happened already. Patch 4.3 introduced daily quests which lead to the event. You needed to do the quests for about 2 weeks.

Just started on those today, actually. Sadly I grinded my brain into dust with the other factions, so I needed a rest.

A lot of people have already started to treat this as having happened already, so yeah it's about time to get the show on the road.

Sadly won't be able to participate on Dru now, seeing as she's illegal. Had been looking forward to it. Meh.

I just thought that was in Stormwind and regions under their command?

It's a shame Dru can't come, a lot has happened since we originally planned to get this rolling. You're still welcome to help out with the event in any way.
