Re: [A] War Council of Stormwind, concerning the Black Hand (6th Jan, 21:00)
I have a few of thoughts on how the meeting was called, and who attended.
1. I don't believe the meeting should be restricted to listed individuals, but it should be limited to invited organisations. Individuals could be listed separately if they are not representing a particular organisation, e.g. Spymaster Spoon.
2. No organisation should bring more than two representatives at the table, with the possible addition of a scribe taking notes stood back from the table and not authorised to speak. We were probably worst in this regard yesterday, with five Disciples present. I will be raising this internally.
3. Invitations should be addressed to individual officers of organisations rather than more generally to the organisations. This will help reinforce the limit on how many representatives may attend from each organisation. To support this, those organisations who wish to attend should submit two contact names to the Minister. In the case of the Disciples, this would be Wulfgnar and myself.
4. A pre-issued agenda would help. A standard form that explains the expected protocols for keep order could be used so that the Minister doesn't have to explain it four times at the start as people gradually drifted in. This would focus attention on the intended subject.

Did somebody say "Panda"?
Just tell them there's a treasure buried underneath the baddies' base. They'll have Duskwood swooped clean in no time.
*Find some Pandas taking tea with the Blackhand*

We actually explored a crypt and punched some zombies while this meeting was being held.
Good times were had.
