[A] War Council of Stormwind, concerning the Black Hand (6th Jan, 21:00)

ATTENTION TO ALL STORMWIND MILITANT ORGANIZATIONS

THURSDAY, Jan. 3rd. [30]

Ruthless murderers calling themselves the BLACK HAND are threatening the security of the kingdom of Stormwind. As such, you are hereby summoned to the WAR COUNCIL OF STORMWIND, at 21:00 on January 6th, 30 ADP.

Under new Ministry of Defense policies, the War Council of Stormwind, in contrast to the Grand War Council, is assembled for threats to local Stormwind security, and solely involves local militias and voluntary organizations.

All interested organizations are to send no more than THREE representatives. Only registered organizations are permitted to attend.

As of this posting, the following organizations have expressed intent to attend:

The 1st Regiment - (Representative(s): Lieutenant Colonel Bismack Bronze, Lieutenant Irene Silversong)
The Disciples of Light - (Representative(s): Rae Wulfgnar, Velspeth Wollerton)
The Chapter of Holy Anethion - (Representative(s): Archlectress Gwendelyn Ashborough, Shadowbreaker Farelin Kierstad)
The Knights of the Ebon Blade - (Representative(s): Ebon Knight Decurius Longmane, Ebon Watcher Jarod Windwhisper, Ebon Knight Anaris Moonshadow)
The Kirin Tor - (Representative(s): Archmage Arenfel Serpentine)
The Legion of the Fallen Cross - (Representative(s): Gaern Strombourne)
Holy Lightbringers - (Representative(s): Maelmoor)
House Mistmantle - (Representative(s): Lord Braiden Mistmantle)

If your organization is not currently listed, please send a letter stating your organization's intent to participate and who shall be representing the organization.

Minister of Defense Areyah Conover shall act as Speaker for this session of War Council. The War Council shall begin at exactly 21:00 and end at 23:00, unless all discussion is concluded prior to that time.

The War Council of Stormwind shall be held at the war room of Westbrook Garrison. The 157th Company shall provide security.
