The Campaign is planed to be one-week long. If nothing comes up, from the 10th day to 16th of December. That is the 'planed' Campaign, the push into Jade Forest. If people wish to stay and organize more, they're free to, but that specific military operation is over at that point.

Most large Horde guild leaders are probably willing, least of those in Pandaria, but no clear spearhead.

You might want to try get someone to do that then. It helps -alot- both for your co-ordination and their part in the whole event.

Oh-hoo, that's an interesting prospect indeed. If you want to join together with the Alliance Neutral Pandaren, contact me in-game sometime and we can set something up. We will likely be either settling down in Greenstone Village or Dawn's Blossom, since those two locations seem to be smack down right in the middle of the whole mess.

A question! Can we "use" stuff like siege weapons in the defence of places? Like a Glaive Thrower(both Belves and Nelves use these) for example.

Roleplayed Actions
During the Campaign player creativity is strongly encouraged, as it may affect the outcome. Characters got the permission to use ships to travel along the coast, build and employ siege weapons on strategical locations and bottlenecks, create magical rituals to alter the landscape, arrange a gyrocopter raid on enemy forces or anything they may come up with. One requirement however apply.

Also, just a hint. It wouldn't be a bad idea if someone was recording the fights on video...

Tuesday to Thursday is Call-to-arms: Alterac Valey. Those who did not know, AV Rewards and insane amount of Honor whenever you lose or win, and rounds are generally short. If you want PvP Gear for the Campaign, grind it during that time!
