Funny story...

Some guildies and I decided to get some guild achievements done while RPing at the same time. At one point, we decided to portal out of the instance to the closest city. As soon as I stepped out of the portal, I get an emote in my chat window...an emote of a very inappropriate nature.

I stop there, hoping I misunderstood, but sure enough another emote pops up and there it is, plain to see: two people ERPing in /say.

So I mention this in guild chat, then I decide to handle this ICly. I emote that my char clears her throat. She then informs the two people she caught that if they keep on doing it that way, they're never going to have children (it was two women) and no wonder their race is "dying out."

The two characters disappeared moments later, from logging out I'm guessing. Amused, I look up one of them on the Armory and she's not wearing any of her gear. I shake my head and run along after my guildies to continue our RP.

I just checked out that character on the Armory again and it has disappeared. Dunno if they name-changed or what, but...I admit, I lol'd when I realized that name disappeared.

On a somewhat related subject, there was a time when Raenmar was kneeling next to a female character, and she emoted something along the lines of "manages to swallow some of it as she gags", right as someone ran past.

It really wasn't how it seemed He just came past at a really bad time.

It went up on the realm forums for a while, I may have gotten a few of the details wrong. Saved them, I'm sure. Unfortunately I've gone through three new computers since those days, so they're well and truly lost.

Ruining ERP is remarkably easy when your character is sixty three, you just talk about sex in front of the offenders and it kills their e-boner faster than a mage without iceblock.

Oooh I've watched a documentary about that. India have similar beliefs too where intersex people are classified as a "third sex" separate from males and females. Arabs have something kind of similar too (we have a third gender too) but it's not emphasized all that much

What I didn't know though was how men and women would marry intersex/gender-ambiguous people, that really doesn't seem like to me. It feels like they're just exaggerating the truth. Ultimately, people wanted to have kids, and a feminine man is still ultimately a man with man parts, so why would heterosexual man marry them? Maybe I'm missing something here
