There's never going to be a real Pokemon MMO It's too bad, I've actually done a few play-by-post rps set in the Pokemon Special world and it was really fun.

I just saw the trailer for Pikmin 3 now (yes slowpoke). It looks awesome, and I wasn't planning on getting a WiiU but now I'll probably have to, the first two games were probably some of my favourite games ever full stop.

At the moment I've been playing a lot of Civ 5. The expansion definitely improved it a lot, and it has a few things over Civ 4 in my opinion. Hexes look and play better, and overall the game feels more like it tries to be a very complicated but fun boardgame rather than an alternate history simulator.

Playing the Mass Effect 3 multiplayer, as usual. It's basicly a horde-mode game, 4 players vs. 11 waves of AIs of one of 3 select groups.

The team was not too well organized, consisting of two decent players, one horrible, and me. While running an objective round mister horrible goes down, so I charge headfirst in, kill all enemies in sight, ress him, and generally play uncharacteristcly well... Then in the middle of my spree of awesomeness.... The game freezes, and I have to restart the xbox. My extreme deeds were futile, instead of feeling awsome I am now horribly annoyed.

LET'S BE FRIENDS (I wont get into how many people have laughed at me when I said I didn't have it on computer).

But seriously- I borrowed Mass Effect 3 a while back, didnt have chance to try the multiplayer. Now, however, I have my own copy, and when my laptop is stolen from me I drop off to fight Reapers or Geth or Cerberus. It took me a little while to get into it however. I was a moron and just went for quick matchs of any challenge. Kept getting kicked because my N7 rating isnt in the THOUSANDS. Though I was incredibly lucky to actually make it through a platinum run with a team who didnt boot me. Got so many credits AND a Geth character! Still no turians though... One day I'll find one.

Just started playing arkham city, hard, and seriously? A fight against 3 thugs takes 50 minutes, and if they touch me, I die and respawn after a 10 min cinematic on the other side of the city due to the retarded autosave system not triggering during side-missions.

The game may not be incredible (mainly due to the anti-climatic ending and all-too-similar scenary after a couple hours of gameplay) but damn, do they know how to make an emotional and brilliant trailer!

Never judge a game by the trailer, most of the best are outsourced; a lot of the most recent and memorable are made by http://vz3.blur.com who are fantastic at making game trailers but obviously...no comment on any quality of the actual games they make trailers for

Been playing Planetside 2 with Nifty.

It's a hell of a lot of fun thats for sure. Usually I tend to get tired of FPS games rather fast but this one seems to have a different feeling to it.

Also there's a DayzRP server Nifty and I have been hanging out on, pretty decent community there with Roleplay intentions and you can't just go around shooting someone as there's more rules. For example if you're robbing someone you can shoot them if they try to fight back or refuse to co-operate.

Nifty got stopped by two guys after repairing a bus and ended up giving them the bus. Next night it turns out that bus he gave to the two guys had the bus stolen by someone else and the bus was filled with medical equipment.

So... I downloaded SWTOR whilst bored. Made an Imperial Agent (Sniper). Like him. The game is so-so.

It goes properly F2P "soon" (it's currently free limited to level 15 I think?).

Did people still play occassionally or have characters somewhere? I think I'm on the (only?) English RP server.

RP seems to consist of Sith brooding and possibly ERPing and people dancing with their crotch in your face.

I guess that's a lot like Stormwind and Goldshire.

Also our journey was an eventful one. First we found a tent with a SAW in it and then we found a bus among a player base and fixed it up in time with them all gone then panicked as it was late and wondering where we were going to park it. Then we found a car that obviously belonged to someone else but it was in good condition compared to our bus with a leaking tank! So success.

I hope that guy enjoys his gasless bus.

DayZ just became lots more fun again.

So I went from having no games to play for a little while to having bloody four!

- Borderlands 2: But having to wait until my friend gets back from holiday to do coop, the intro is amazing if anyone hasn't seen it yet! They always choose the perfect song.
- Torchlight 2: Still deciding if I should play it now or wait a bit and find someone to play it coop with.
- Risen 2: I have like 8 months free of lovefilm, so I've been using it to get 2 games a month and this finally came through. Heard good things. (I was hoping Darksiders would arrive this time, though )
- Spellforce 2: Pretty crap game, I won't lie. RTS meets RPG, sort of in the same way Warcraft works but pretty terrible graphics, voice acting, gameplay is a bit dull and repetative and the game is only 4 maps long, though I'm just about to complete the second map.

And all of this before tuesday? Ergh!

I play occasionally, I've got a Jedi Sentinel and a Sith Warrior on the server Proginator, I love the game but prefer the freedom of WoW.
