You really make it sound like you eat Black Pudding WITH custard... which would be disgusting... Very Happy

But Black Pudding, decent one not a mealy, overly fatty kind, is amazing if really well cooked (fried, no fat, but until it's just "burnt" at the edges... mmm). A lot of blood sausages are. Like the mustamakkara from Tampere in Finland.

I've never eaten it specifically around Christmas though... maybe that's a colloquial thing.

Anyway, Shae you know nothing. You probably only eat sand and camel dung.
