We've still not managed to quell the chav infestation and their ability to churn out children at the speed of light. I would be impressed with our figures if I knew they weren't directly involving the gigantic portion of our populace that push out 2-5 kids in order to be homed by the local councils.

I did not see the joke in it if im honest.. mabie it went over my head yes..
