(A) Council of the North

OOC Idea: To create a council up north, that is made up of guilds who wish to involve themselves more in RP up north and try promote more RP in the north. The council would consist of elected members of any order who wish to partake in the making of northern RPing events.

Topics: The Topics that will be discussed would consist of war effects against the forsaken from the west of Lordaeron, as well as problems with the scourge from the east. Such topics will include future campaign ideas, damages done by forsaken/ scourge troops to northern supplies. Saving refugees of the north, tactical ideas, Area's to support and area's that are vulnerable to attack by us.

Main aim : To create a wider community within the North for RP, as too long has it been used for a week of RP and left as everyone return to SW to be met with LOLrpers. The North is a gift to RPers with its beautiful lore and land to RP with. The council is to have regular RPers come and see the meeting and hopefully wish to join in any order up north, either it be Arathorians, Legacy, Shroud, or even make there own. We want RP here, in the north.

When will it take place: It will take place on the (( Time and place info in calender invites)) and take place ever 2 weeks after that.

Who are invited? : Every Last single RPer out there may come and watch the birth of the new council, we wish to have as many orders as possible and RPers to created RP in the north.

IC: Highlord Gabriel Lightsoul, along side his officers of the north, Invites the Alliance to witness the creation of the Council of the North. For too long have the forsaken ruled over our lands, I and my order wish to bring forth the might of the entire Alliance to there doorsteps, to create a council where representatives from any order, may come and speak for them and part take in discussions on how we may bring down the undead threat.
The undead forces grows ever day, and ever day more of us will die in the mud, fields and snow. The forsaken went down to hell to destroy our beloved Lordaeron and down after them we must go! The council of the North will unite the forces of the Alliance and help reclaim our lost city, and finally allow the people of Lordaeron and indeed all of the Alliance, that no more will they have to fear the rising dead.
That is why people of Azeroth, the time is now, where the beginning of the end will fall upon the undead.

I make a promise to all of you, that this war cannot be won by lonely forces, only by uniting us all, will the throne of Lordaeron finally be filled with the living.

How the council will be run on the first day:

1.) When all are present, The Lordaeron Alliance will explain to all why they are here.

2.)
Names of representatives from orders will be taken down, where after the council meeting will be confronted and interviewed on why they would make a good member of the council, as well as of course an OOC discussion.
3.)
Plans for future assaults on the forsaken and scourge will be explain.
4.)
Members of the Audience will be allowed to raise there hand and ask questions and promote ideas or complain about places where the council will need to bring there attention to.


I hope as many orders as possible and RPers can come, I really hope this will be a succes and a bright future for RP in the north

On another slant... Perhaps we should think bigger and form an Alliance meeting. Horde have one now, we should too! Plus ours would be more fun than smart elves watching Orcs shout Lok'Tar all night.

And you can contact me or any of our officers for anything that is scourge-related that you/the council would have in mind and for planning for big campaigns and such across Lordaeron if the Scourge would take part in it.

I sent an invitation on the calender to most GM's with the time, place, date ect.

Would this be restricted to north-EK Alliance guild members or could single members with ties to Lordaeron seek out chairman spots too? As Kavalis is a Lordaeron noble, this could be relevant to him.
