Basically Sonitus, if you've seen the Who's the Tank sketch or Who's on first, you'll get the idea.
What I did was "Now in these ogres I got stuck with had some very weird names. Who was the spear ogre, what was the club ogre, somebody was the mage ogre" insert audience participation, and enjoy the laughs.
