Re: [H-RP] Banner of the Bloodhoof - Tauren Guild
From all across the great continent of Kalimdor, the Shu'halo come home. From far cold Winterspring, they march until their hooves are cracked. From the far southern deserts of Tanaris, they soar on the mighty wings of the wyverns. From all across the Barrens, their great kodo caravans carry them home. To Mulgore.
The banners are raised. The drums of war are sounded. The Bloodhoof prepare again to lead their people into the heart of the chaos that is Azeroth. All foes of the Horde and of justice fear, for the mighty hammer of the Tauren people is again poised for war.

Re: [H-RP] Banner of the Bloodhoof - Tauren Guild
Once again, I've been slacking in my posts...
However the time of night (me being tired) means I shall post here what I've already said on the realm forums. Main difference being that you all get pictures!
We've since arrived at Camp Winterhoof, been getting some fantastic RP for a few days now! With an awesome clensing having taken place at the apex of Frostblade Peak, we're starting to get ready for a return trip.
So, as of monday we're returning to Mulgore, ending our long trip through Northrend. But first... and technically tonight (as of writing this early in the morning), we'll be making guild announcments IC.
In anycase, you think we're done yet?
Oh no!
We're still getting busy:
- In planning stages for IC/OOC cooperation of the Banner and of Vengeful!
- Attending the upcoming War event in Wetlands!
- Mercilessly crushing Hunters trying to gank us.
- Gearing up our freshly dinged guildies!
- Preparing mass events for all Tauren role-players to take part in (irregardless of guild, but as a way to draw the whole community together)!
- Turning Thunder Bluff back into a hub upon our return, and re-engaging in RP within Ratchet and Crossroads, in conjunction with the other guilds and players active in Kalimdor. As usual, there will be more to come.
"May Her eyes watch over you." - From the Realm forums.
As a bonus for you DefiasRP regulars, here are a few pictures of what we've gotten up to:
We left Thunder Bluff on hoof to take the Zeppelin to Orgrimmar, then further on to Warsong hold.
We arrived, but I (stupidly) forgot to take pictures earlier, instead you might spot the others downstairs.
We set out from Taunka'le (cursing myself for forgetting to grab pictures of our time there). Whilst crossing a bride, Thygore's Kodo (the one carrying all our supplies) careened over the ropes and down into the murky depths.
Without supplies we're forced to settle in with the refugees at the Westwind refugee camp. Not long after however, we met two travellers on thier way to Agamars Hammer (the pair across the fire were questers who had'nt actually RPed before, Goreskull on the right and Solhoof on the left).
Having travelled south of Westwinf to Moa'ki we took the turtle to Kamagua. But not before we me a figure that caused us great worry. A Death Knight, curious of our purpose in Northrend started to follow us, much to the chagrin of our Sunwalkers.
With our supplies replenished and the Tauren well rested we made our way north to Camp Winterhoof.
Sadly... I completely forgot to grab a screenshot of Kosul's Clensing event, not to mention my zoom out function... wasnt zooming. At all. However I did get a picture of us whilst location spotting for an event!
Love how surprised Sonitus looks.
But, all the same... it's been great fun up north, and we've really grown since. But have you ever been really excited to go on holiday, but by the end, you just cant wait to get home?
Thats it for Northrend folks. As of next week, we're back in Thunder Bluff!

Great guild fully of friendly outgoing people. Very active from what i've seen over the last few days. If your thinking of making a tauren these are the people you want to be with. The banner is almost as good as this...

Sounds like a great guild Always been thinking that if I ever tried horde rp, it would be a tauren. If I can get the time to rp another character, I might join this.

Some pictures from a recent event, where we "cleansed" one of our members.
On the way up the mountain, we had to stop to let some of the older, feeble members catch their breath. *cough* Magaskawee *cough*
Us preparing for the ritual, you can't see Kosul's nervous face from here.
And here is Kosul, attempting to defeat his Inner Turmoil. He managed in the end, with a little help from his friends.
It was a great event, with some great RP to match!

And -here- is photos from a more recent event, the death of one of our members, Noko. *quickly mutters a prayer*
We all make our way to Bloodhoof Village for the Rite of Passing.
Everyone gathers to pay their respects to Noko.
Kosul steps forward to honour his mate in life. *holds back a tear*
A very touching event, indeed.
