They're foreign exapt's and are not recognized as Kuwaiti citizens by the state. It's nearly impossible to be naturalized or whatever here (main reason why there were protests here). They have to be "sponsored" by a Kuwaiti to get into the country and their sponsors basically own them then and are in charge of almost everything when it comes to the sponsoree ...

... no. The idea was that you could choose what you wanted to wear. Not that you 'don't have to grind'. In fact, it's supposed to encourage people to grind -more-, since that's how you actually get the gear for transmogging.

I personally am not annoyed with it at all. It's a great system. The only thing I'd like to see is the ability to transmog per slot instead of per item. It's annoying having to re-transmog every time you get an upgrade.

I can appreciate it to a point; for instance an army of level 10's in full fireland look-a-like gear would get a bit samey, but a level 85 character that loved the BC gear..

I was just expecting it to be something it isnt, and it kind of put me on a downer.
