I hate your bathroom. EVERY family member HAS to take BATHS instead of showers. Conviniently atleast 2 in a row while I need to pee.

I admit to taking ages. 2 hour showers and 30 minutes to do my hair. Plus the 10-20 minutes for beauty products. <.>

I still dont see how you can use -that- long!

1-2 hours in shower because it includes bath and shaving. Also includes simple relaxation. Plus my tangled frizzy hair is a bitch to clean.

30 minutes doing my hair... have to straighten it every time I shower because it looks horrible when not.

10-20 for beauty products... facial cleansing/toning, body/face moisturizer, hair frizz control, fade cream for silly arm freckles, makeup...

... and that doesn't include tanners which I've been meaning to get.

Occasionally I bring my boombox into the bathroom so I can listen to it while doing all of the above. <.<

You can live in one of the 3 unused rooms in my place, or even the little storage room under the stair, Corleth. Imagine....you'd be just like Harry Potter, just without the mean folks! I'd only ask for breakfast in bed every day for as how long as you plan to live here. Think about it well before you reply.

People always say they like my hair even when it's not straightened too but I think they're lying. <.< It's horrible. It's like... mad scientist hair.

Though I only straighten it when I go out, I leave it when I'm just staying at home.

Exactly! Sad

I use the InStyler for it which helps.

Spoiler:

It's really nice but the thingy only spins one way so I have to use a second straightener to clean up the left side unless I have someone else doing it for me.

I have these amazing ones with moving plates. I can straighten, curl, add a bob, etc. Razz My hair when it dries is... like an afro. It's all fluffy and silly. x) It NEEDS straightened. It used to be naturally straight until I started dying it. It's purple atm. Razz

Because women haven't been like that since the dawn of time!?
That's the only thing swedish females do. Half of them doesn't even look good!

Oh I've been meaning to dye my hair. I want blonde streaks. Right now it's just dark brown.

And yes exactly. Mine like... puffs out to my shoulders if I don't straighten it.

My cousin used to straighten her hair to the degree of a crime. She used to loose tons of it each time. It was like watching a rape. The result used to look good, but the moment a drop of water would touch it, the whole silkiness would go apeshit. Was might amusing to watch this shit happen every single time xD

Then one day she finally got convinced to simply quit doing that anymore. And then...omg, it was amazing. She went from something like this
Tzeentch's Thread of Everchanging Topics - Page 32 Hair

to looking similar to this
Tzeentch's Thread of Everchanging Topics - Page 32 Modelbride3

She had never looked that good before and best thing was, it was all natural. She replaced her rape-the-hair products with I-love-my-curls ones and is still happy with the decision years later. She sometimes still straighten it for a look change, but it's faaaaar from every day. Nature wins babeh!

Edit: Most of the time people just don't know how to handle their hair correctly and they call it bad hair, which concludes to them simply raping it to hell and back in order to create something that looks more or less okay-ish by the common standards. Or at least that's what my hair stylist relative claims (ironically enough, this one is my aforementioned cousin's mother xD)

I look retarded with curls. Razz My hair was like... straw growing up. XD just hung straight. Now it goes all fluffy and frizzy. :3 I'm kind of stuck with the straighteners. XD I like to cut it sort of short and just spike it about.

See the problem is, Mandui, my hair isn't curly. It's wavy/frizzy/dry. I live in a rural area and we get all of our water from a well. So it's all saturated with minerals and stuff which absolutely demolishes our (my mom and I) hair. (also, never drink from the tap here. It's fucking disgusting)

I'd have to spend just as much time curling my hair as straightening it, and I've never been much of a fan of curls really.

I spent two weeks in Greece and got shouted at by an old man for wearing shorts in a Greek orthodox church. I'm not going back there unless I have servants to cook me souvlaki, moussaka, stiffado and those stuffed peppers 24/7.

Dreth beat me to a beard comment, I used to (and still do, though not as much) spend aaages trimming my beard. I also have VERY curly hair, never straightening it though. The results would be catastrophic.
