I noticed I recieved the following PM from a 'Morgaan'/Edvarden(?).

Sry to bother you Heretic:P But atm you are the only one i can contack and not spamm the forums. My PC died so i can't realy logg in for a few days maybe.So i want to apologyse to every one in the Chapter for being in active

Note to admins: could you turn off PM permissions for guests? It's not like you can reply... They have no account to send it to

There's reason to need PMs as a guest though, I think that would be a bad idea.

Maybe there's some confusion in a guest account or the messaging system. I know PMs are shown as MPs (for some strange reason). Maybe people are mass messaging by clicking something "obvious"?

Maybe I'm missing a step, but why should guests have the permission to PM? If it were to contact someone, it's likely they got in touch with that person through the game already. If it's to get support for something, the first step is usually making an 'unvouched' account.
So the only 'technical' reason I can think of to let guests send PM's is to help them register their account. If a registration form proves daunting however, I'm surprised that person manages to get the wow to play.

Your mass messaging could be a good guess though.
