An intercepted message

The Horde couriers that had been intercepted at the Thandol Span were carrying the following message...

The preparations on Kalimdor are nearly finished. I trust that the Cult of Shadow is true to its word and sends the promised reinforcements. Surely, with our combined efforts we will be able to halt the advance of the Alliance curs.
#3Soon, the Horde shall march to the Rageroar Blockade, where we will cross into enemy territory. With a firm sweep we shall raze the enemy strongholds. First, we shall drive the humans back into that wretched Theramore, and shortly after that, we shall chase the night elves back to their stump in the sea.
Treat this information with absolute care. If the Alliance were to find out of our plans, the campaign may prove more troublesome than we had assumed.

Who intercepted these? Is there a specific guild that did or is it just out on info?

"This is grave news indeed, I shall take this to tha' Human Council tomorrow an' call fer a war meeting immediately!"
