Prologue is a Private RP Server, set up by someone (name escapes me). Basicaly a carbon copy of Wow, but they have tools in it to edit mobs/ownership of structures, even place buildings (Or so ive been told)

It took a lot of rp'ers from Venture Co. for a while and was the start of the decline of rp there - which made us remaining rp'ers pretty pissed off - some of them came back so I guess it wasn't the nirvana it was claimed to be.
It also got shut down/sued/whatever by Blizz at one point.

They weren't shut down, and as far as I heard, they're opening for another beta phase sometime in april..

Yeah I heard they moved to another host; they move when they get shut down I believe and restart elsewhere.

"Epilogue" got shut down when it was out. During TBC I believe. So they created Prologue and it's been in beta most of Wotlk and the last phase of it starts now in april (launches live after summer)
