Anyways I wouldn't get into the business of 'owning' houses purely because everybody will want one and of course not everybody can own one. A large amount of Lulz and Serious Business soon follows.

I personally agree on that. I don't see a problem in claiming a certain building as medic post or something however, but yeah, what gunnel said

A question about the DB duskwood server lore project.. How should I imagine the final result? Am just curious. Will it all be bundled neatly togthether or just some random stories posted all around?

Open to suggestions, really. I plan to edit up the stories that people posted, and repost 'em up all shiny and organised by category.

Other than that, I'm not sure. Right now it's just 'for people's general information' but it would be fun to get an IC version, too, if there's enough interest (and enough old families and old tales). 'Legends of Duskwood' or something?

Wow, fantastic to see so much enthusiasm being contributed to the project! Just like to say cheers Ariden, for producing the thread and being fantastic with your contributions towards the community! As for the group-related 'thing', (apologies for my low understanding of forums) - I would support it 100%, on the basis of expanding even more. I support the idea of the lore of Duskwood too, as I'd like to know some of the history! Knowledge is power! *cackle*. But, seriously... I believe we could discuss, and make a co-operative event with the clan sometime; possibly, accidently intervening with something of theirs. As for the conditions of Raven Hill, we'd be most appreciative of being able to share it; it would give us more 'player properties', and would help us develop over Duskwood.

Well it won't be IC information with the thread that's up now, so I'm not sure putting it in game makes sense. Or do you mean later, if we do compile IC stories?

I've no issues with sharing Raven hill or anything. It was more a case of letting you know that if I were there RP'ing on Ledgic, for example, considering the Caan village and Raven hill to be the same place wouldn't work. I just use the area because it's pretty good for it, but we're usually behind the actual buildings in Raven hill anyway. All should be fine!

Though, I must ask.. why would anyone want the buildings there anyway? I mean, they aren't just decrepid looking like the outside of homes in Darkshire, they're literally destroyed on the inside and look very much scourge'd. Surely it wouldn't make any sense to use them anyway.

The Duskwood community, swirls with a bunch of miscellanous RPers, ranging from: worgens, bandits, outcasts, cultists, etc. We'd see Raven Hill as a almost perfect hub, for those specific roleplayers. There're tents and caravans, also located in Raven Hill which enables the ability for more domestic space; the barn however, I'd believe to be abandoned - but a common place, to be used for 'specific' meetings (from my own perspective, that would be what I'd see it as.)

The Duskwood Community officers, are considering structuring a event that would apply to all different themed guilds - we're open to suggestions; but at this very moment, one of our top suggestions has been a rare expensive artifact, yet a religious symbol.

We also have an event in Darkshire, this wednesday coming up! We're planning on holding a sermon, with our local missionary and we're hoping to get a massive quantity of RPers! The Night Watch militia, are stationed in Duskwood and they both work on 'traditional' law enforcement, and generally the protection of the lands - we have sheriffs, but we're open to take more!
